stop living in the past focus on what you have now and what you want to achieve tomorrow

stop reacting to the negative ignore the negative, that which you do not like and which causes you discomfort, and replace all this with positive thoughts even if the situation seems complicated

recognize your achievements day by day they don't have to be only past achievements, every day we achieve something new even if we don't realize it, learn to see the positive in your days, there is always something small to be grateful for

take responsibility for what you think and feel be aware of your thoughts and emotions, nothing has meaning until you give it meaning, so try to always focus on the positive

speak nicely to yourself stop judging yourself or feeling guilty, change your negative internal dialogue, and talk to yourself the way you would like to be talked to

give power to the positive even in the most difficult moments, there is something to be thankful for, focus on the good in your life and make this habit a daily routine, always be thankful for something

be patient everything will come at the right time, so it is not worth losing faith

do different things every day do at least something different every day that helps you to connect with the best version of yourself, it can be a morning walk

be aware of your qualities and express them you can write down what are your qualities to be more aware of them and start to be more conscious of them in your day-to-day life, sure you have a lot of them and that makes you unique and beautiful

everything is a state. the physical is all a manifestation of your โ€œI AMโ€. every state is within you. itโ€™s not anything separate. at the same time you are rich and you are poor. at the same time you are one and the other. every state is yours. what you see on the outside, however, is the state that you choose to identify with.

this is why when imagining, start with focusing on the state you want to be in rather than the scene you want to be in. it can be exhausting to constantly imagine scenarios in order to feel like youโ€™re in the desired state. the scene may lack in something and you canโ€™t quite produce the right level of satisfaction. you can obviously have success with that, but itโ€™s much more convenient to start with state and then naturally produce scenes. do not confine yourself to one particular scenario youโ€™d like to be in but focus on the person youโ€™d love to be instead. when you focus on that then itโ€™s easier to produce a scene which implies that that person is indeed you.

donโ€™t make the mistake of confining yourself to a certain scene without focusing on the state first. focus first on who youโ€™d love to be. say you want to get back together with an ex. you imagine the scenario of you being back together but then you find yourself back in the miserable state you were in in the beginning and/or experience the same reoccurring problems you had before with that person. that happens when you donโ€™t focus on the state right at the beginning. you donโ€™t assume to be someone living a blissful and fulfilling life, youโ€™re just returning to the place you were before because youโ€™re focusing so much on the SP and the scenario instead of actually focusing on who you actually want to be. if youโ€™re not willing to be exactly the person you want to be then youโ€™re not ready to live your life consciously through the law of assumption.

12HOUR MOVEMENT CHALLENGE

i mentioned several times in the past that at some point in my journey i used to set alarms for every hour i was awake to remind myself to affirm. though i donโ€™t do that anymore due to it being too freaking much, it definitely gave me a lot of movement every time. if you love affirming as much as i do then you should definitely try this! technically itโ€™s only a one day challenge since thatโ€™s all you need but you can do it however long youโ€™d like to.

๐ˆ ๏ธดdecide what you want and create an affirmation

ยป example: i want to be 5โ€™0. my affirmation will be โ€œi am naturally 5 feet tallโ€

๐ˆ๐ˆ ๏ธดset an alarm or a reminder for every hour your awake

ยป assuming you already know how long youโ€™re usually awake, set a reminder for every hour. you can use the self pause app, reminders app, alarms, whatever it really doesnโ€™t matter so pls donโ€™t inbox me โ€œdo i have to use that app or any app?โ€ just make sure you have something thatโ€™ll remind you hourly. my reminders were usually set from 7am - 10pm so not necessarily 12 hours but whatevs.

ยป each time my reminder went off, i repeated my affirmation 30x (aka said it in my head 30x). i wouldnโ€™t necessarily say i said it robotically, i just said it normally like if i was reading a sentence from a book or something.

ยป thatโ€™s it yโ€™all. itโ€™s real easy. i did this around the lowest part of my journey and still got results so i donโ€™t wanna see any circumstances or excuses in my inbox. i rebuke.

โธป okay. tomorrow morning i will clear my inbox then after that i am going on a hiatus. as a girl, i feel as if i need a whole week to prepare for this vacation loll plus i spend a lot of time on here so i could use a break. so any questions you have try to get them in by 8-10am ish idk sleep schedule kind of fawked.

Big manifestations donโ€™t exist

For your subconscious no manifestation is harder to materialise than some other. The problem is your persistence, if you believe what the 3D says and try to connect your manifestation with logic and your environment youโ€™ll come to the conclusion โ€œthat it takes too longโ€ and โ€œthat itโ€™s too hard to achieveโ€. When itโ€™s actually already done in your 4D, doesnt matter if itโ€™s a โ€œbigโ€ manifestation it always materialises in your 4D instantly even with just one affirmation. So if you would believe your 4D and walk around knowing that itโ€™s already yours bc 3D will match 4D no matter what, then you can manifest flying/ a new past/ new family/ new planets without any blocks.

-> i wanted to add this to my the law and her laws post because this is also an aspect of the subconscious and loa. That your subconscious can materialise your manifestations completely effortlessly. For her, there is nothing โ€œharderโ€ to materialise. Only you yourself block your manifestation by saying itโ€™s hard and not focusing on your 4D.

-what is law of assumption?

it's a law that states that everything you assume to be true has no choice but to be true. so basically, your assumptions form the world, your assumptions are the reason for the creation of any and everything in this world. you can assume lions are blue in colour and you'd see evidence for that assumption. let's take some examples from your life, what is the colour of your hair? black/brown/blonde/ginger/pink/purple/green/blue/etc., see how your hair colour is the colour you assume it is? that's loa. if you assumed it was a different colour, you'd see evidence in the physical or the 3 dimensional reality of your hair being the colour you assume it is. it can seem fake at first because of logic but i promise you, it's not! try it out for yourself, like manifest seeing a certain colour or a fruit, an animal, food, a person etc. it is real and it works for EVERYONE.

-what does it mean to assume?/how to assume?

to assume in loa is simply the same as the word means independently. "suppose to be the case, without proof" (google definition), that's all it is. you simply suppose that it's the case even without physical proof, just yet. your assumptions form your world so if you assume something even without any legitimate proof in the 3d, it has no choice but to eventually show up in the 3d. how long it takes for it to show up depends - again - on your beliefs or assumptions. to make it easier to not get demotivated by not having visible proof in the physical reality, it's good to have the assumption that it doesn't take very long for your assumptions to materialize in the 3d. your constant thoughts build your assumptions, all your thoughts are affirmations (affirm and assume can be interchanged in context of loassumption). for example if you constantly keep thinking that you're ugly, it becomes an assumption, so even if you weren't ugly to begin with (in your standards of what you consider ugly), this assumptions hardens itself into a fact in the physical reality by making you match your standards of what ugly is. want proof? remember how the self degradation fb memes became trending in the beginning of the pandemic, if you read those and agreed with the self degradation constantly, im pretty sure you must have started feeling those things show up in the 3d even if they weren't originally there. happened with me and a lot of others. so how do you assume? you think, that's literally all. it's just that simple.

all you need to do to manifest is affirm and persist.

-what does persist mean?

to persist is to stick to the new story or assumption and not look back to the old one. it does not mean that you have to affirm 24/7, it means that you dont affirm AGAINST what you're manifesting and simply STICK TO THE NEW STORY. "continue in an opinion or course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition" (google definition) KEEP GOING, do not look back to the old story so often that your old story is the one you end up manifesting again. STICK TO THE NEW STORY.

-methods

you don't need any methods, all you have to do is assume you have whatever it is you want and persist. THAT IS ALL. if you do enjoy methods or challenges, you can find them all over the community. the most popular methods are probably subliminals and scripting. you can make challenges for yourself so they cater to your needs.

If you wanna live in a mansion, FEEL AND THINK that you're already living there. Know that you always sleep in a fancy room and wake up in the same fancy room every time. Visualize that.

If you like that guy, ALWAYS FEEL AND THINK or should I say ASSUME that you're already dating him but only in your mind because remember, "to change the outside, begin on the inside." KNOW that you sleep as his gf and that you have a lots of thing to do tomorrow. JUST GET IN THAT STATE OF THE WISH FULFILLED. As the wish is already fulfilled, it means that you are his gf and so, feel it and think in the way as your supposed to think once you two are dating.

You must ENTER the mindset of your specific manifestation/situation/self or anything else + have a super strong belief to it until you can see it.

free will

okay thereโ€™s a theory that free will doesnโ€™t exist.

and iโ€™ve been thinking (bc iโ€™ve been worried about hurting people in ANY capacity bc of what i desire)

say i was manifesting a raise right

id say affirmations and do the whole process and everything

do i ever worry about changing the free will of my boss to give me that raise?? NO?????

because my boss WANTS to give me a raise. itโ€™s LAW. my boss wants to talk to me about getting a raise.

free will is nothing. i simply am more aware in this situation. i am manipulating energy. energy is constantly changing. i am simply bringing it in tune with my own.

changing the free will of your SP doesnโ€™t make sense because you must ASSUME that they want to be in a relationship with you. youโ€™re not changing their free will by making assumptions or saying affirmations or even using the whisper method and such.

you are simply following your path of fate. this has already been set in stone. you are just more aware of it than others on your path.

Guys. thereโ€™s a reason itโ€™s taking you MONTHS on MONTHS on MONTHS to manifest your SP. or $10,000. or whatever tf. please pay attention to this post in full. The universe is not dangling your manifestation in front of your face like a carrot and randomly deciding what day you will be worthy of receiving your shit after chasing and chasing after it. a lot of people are simply not taking the time to step out of their comfort zone and allowing themselves to feel good more than they feel bad. A lot of people (me included) have grown this addiction to feeling good temporarily and falling back into a slump and pitying ourselves. a lot of people have difficulty manifesting when just repeating a few surface-level affirmations..

Why are we looking externally for what we need internally?

your SP, money, desired life, etc is not going anywhere.

In fact, those deep down limiting beliefs you have are whatโ€™s keeping them so far away.

What are we gaining by saying โ€œmy SP is perfect for me. They speak to me everyday, blah blah blahโ€ and then for the rest of the day being mad at all the old shit theyโ€™ve done.. if thatโ€™s not even the version of them youโ€™re manifesting?

if everyone in your life keep disrespecting you and betraying you over and over again, there may be something within you that is allowing this behavior. Do you really feel like you are worthy of relentless respect and prioritization? Or have you still been holding on to beliefs from years ago where you felt ignored, unappreciated, betrayed and abandoned? Why do you see riches and your SP as things that are so above you? If you really were always chosen and prioritized, you definitely wouldnโ€™t feel this way towards your desires.

Calling yourself the best looking person alive is great, but alone may not be bringing you the genuine unconditional love you crave. Iโ€™m not saying you doing what youโ€™re doing now wonโ€™t get you what you want, but it will save you a hell of a lot of time to apply this info. The Law of Assumption is a LAW. it HAS to confirm once you are actually changing your beliefs. You need to take all the old BS like you being scared of real love bc you never experienced it before or that you canโ€™t make a certain amount of money without working hard out of your brain, replacing them with the opposite beliefs, and your life will drastically change. ITโ€™S THE LAW.๐ŸŒŸ Letโ€™s get out of this โ€œeveryone gets what they want but meโ€ syndrome. We ALL getting what we want.
