You've been trying to build a routine or have been trying to get back on track but just don't know where to start? lets me help you out <3
first up are a few things that you should do daily! <3
Brushing your teeth, flossing, and mouthwash twice a day.
Showering either in the morning or in the evening.
shaving and lotion if you feel like it (my fav)
skincare twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed.
Perfect! now at first, this may seem a bit overwhelming, especially if you struggle with depression, but sticking to this will already do a lot-
Simple skincare:
my last point was skincare, so I'll give you a little run-through on a simple and affordable routine; obviously, I can't promise that this will work for you, but we gotta start somewhere, right? :)
morning:
Dove beauty cream bar works really well for me (costs like 1 €).
Neutrogena hydro boost aqua cream as moisturizer (10 €).
Any SPF that works for you, I use the la Roche-posay one (15 €).
night:
Dove beauty cream bar.
The ordinary glycolic acid as a toner (10 €).
The ordinary Niacinemid + Zinc (7 €).
and the Neutrogena moisturizer again.
This should be a good start! :)
mental health plays a massive role in self-care, so I have listed a few things that might help you feel a little bit better; building actual habits takes time, though, so don't stress about it too much, and just try sticking to a few! :)
Eat breakfast.
Take vitamins in the morning (Vitamin D, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, Iron, Folate/Folic acid, and Vitamin B-12, to list a few)
go for a daily walk.
Do a youtube yoga or stretch video.
Listen to a positive playlist or podcast.
No technology for 30 minutes.
Read 10 pages of any book.
Study something you're interested in for 15 minutes.
Write down 3 positive affirmations.
Make a to-do list.
Try a new recipe each week.
Make a grocery list.
take your time and try being consistent; eventually, you will get to where you want to be; you can do it! <3

MAKE A VISION BOARD WALLPAPER. Create one that aligns with your goals and dream self, so that every time you pick your phone up, you’re reminded of your goals and future vision. Also, great for manifesting!
KNOW YOUR APP’S PURPOSE. For me, tumblr is a way I share advice and learn, YouTube I also learn from others, pinterest I get inspired, netflix is a way for me to unwind etc. If for any app, you cannot name a proper purpose/intent to use it daily or to help with your goals, delete it.
DECIDE WHICH TYPES OF APPS YOU WANT. If you have a new phone, or you want to completely reset your phone, write or type, the apps, that you want and those you don’t.
E.g I want to learn a language, practice mindfulness on the go, get some mental gratification that isn’t addicting, organise my life better and have a way to track my progress. I don’t want apps that support doom-scrolling, make me compare myself and are addictive.
BE MINDFUL OF WHAT YOU SIGN UP TO. Newsletters, social media, subscribing to YouTubers and so on, just think about your goals and vision and if they align with them, every time you think about signing up/subscribing.
HAVE NO PHONE TIME/ZONES. For me, my phone is not allowed to be used in bed. If I must use my phone, I have to get out of bed first. My phone is also not allowed during study time, so I put it in a separate room which makes it inconvenient.
REGULARLY DO A DIGITAL DECLUTTER. Delete any old contacts that you don’t talk to, unsubscribe from newsletters and YouTube channels, organise your socials etc. Removes space and helps us to see our phones with more clarity.
SET PURPOSEFUL WIDGETS. These can be anything, motivational quotes, your daily to-do list, reminders of your habits and so on. However, make sure you’re looking at them and they're not just taking up space.
Guys. there’s a reason it’s taking you MONTHS on MONTHS on MONTHS to manifest your SP. or $10,000. or whatever tf. please pay attention to this post in full. The universe is not dangling your manifestation in front of your face like a carrot and randomly deciding what day you will be worthy of receiving your shit after chasing and chasing after it. This is what I had to learn to REALLY start easily manifesting whatever I want.
let’s get real and clear things up:
a lot of people are simply not taking the time to step out of their comfort zone and allowing themselves to feel good more than they feel bad. A lot of people (me included) have grown this addiction to feeling good temporarily and falling back into a slump and pitying ourselves. a lot of people have difficulty manifesting when just repeating a few surface-level affirmations..

let’s remember one of the Law of Assumption principles: Everyone Is You Pushed Out.
Why are we looking externally for what we need internally?
your SP, money, desired life, etc is not going anywhere.
In fact, those deep down limiting beliefs you have are what’s keeping them so far away.
What are we gaining by saying “my SP is perfect for me. They speak to me everyday, blah blah blah” and then for the rest of the day being mad at all the old shit they’ve done.. if that’s not even the version of them you’re manifesting?
if everyone in your life keep disrespecting you and betraying you over and over again, there may be something within you that is allowing this behavior. Do you really feel like you are worthy of relentless respect and prioritization? Or have you still been holding on to beliefs from years ago where you felt ignored, unappreciated, betrayed and abandoned? Why do you see riches and your SP as things that are so above you? If you really were always chosen and prioritized, you definitely wouldn’t feel this way towards your desires.
Calling yourself the best looking person alive is great, but alone may not be bringing you the genuine unconditional love you crave. I’m not saying you doing what you’re doing now won’t get you what you want, but it will save you a hell of a lot of time to apply this info. The Law of Assumption is a LAW. it HAS to confirm once you are actually changing your beliefs. You need to take all the old BS like you being scared of real love bc you never experienced it before or that you can’t make a certain amount of money without working hard out of your brain, replacing them with the opposite beliefs, and your life will drastically change. IT’S THE LAW.🌟 Let’s get out of this “everyone gets what they want but me” syndrome. We ALL getting what we want.

MAKE YOUR GOALS/HABITS AN IDENTITY. Your lifestyle makes up who you are, quite literally. If you want to wake up early, then start identifying yourself as an early bird. If you want to get good grades, then start identifying yourself as a studious student. And so on.
This helps with feeling more accountable and committed to our goals and habits. However, don’t use this as a reason to overexert yourself.
THERE IS SOMETHING UNDERNEATH CERTAIN BEHAVIOURS. All of your bad habits stem from your subconscious. This is why mentally healthy people tend to think more about their physical health.
The best way to recognise patterns beneath your bad habits is just to talk to yourself. In any way or any form. Identify it, see what might’ve caused this subconscious thought and then work towards a way to replace the feeling that these bad habits give with a good one.
DETACH FROM THE OUTCOME. The more you fixate on the long-term results, the more longer, strenuous and exhausting your journey is going to be, especially because you’re going to want to give up as soon as results don’t appear. Focus on the short-term results.
You exercised? Now you feel good inside. You studied hard and understood everything? Great job for being so productive. You did that one really scary thing? What a great start!
THE PART OF YOU THAT DOES BAD HABITS IS NOT BAD. It is the complete opposite of bad. It loves you and wants to keep you safe, so it refrains you from doing anything ‘scary’ (which is typically new things in our lives) and makes you fall back on ‘safe’ habits which are a coping mechanism.
So, instead of berating that part of you that participates in bad habits even if you know it’s bad, understand it. As these coping mechanisms usually stem from our childhoods, we turn to these habits when we feel stressed, anxious or depressed.
BENEFITS : --- manifest even faster, improve your mindset and self concept and most importantly, helps you to get used to the feeling of the desire being already done.
EXPLAINATION : All of these are could be found way too much referenced in The Law Of Assumption.
If you want to be like 'that' then you must THINK like 'that'.
If you want to become a supermodel then think like you're the greatest, high paid, famous, irreplaceable supermodel; THINK AS A PERFECT SUPERMODEL, THINK LIKE A PERFECT SUPERMODEL.
If you want a new phone, then FEEL that you already have a new phone. Stop wishing to have a new one because you already have it there. You can't just see it because you refuse to believe it. Tell me, if you already have something, would you still wish to have it? NO, right? exactly.
If you wanna live in a mansion, FEEL AND THINK that you're already living there. Know that you always sleep in a fancy room and wake up in the same fancy room every time. Visualize that.
If you like that guy, ALWAYS FEEL AND THINK or should I say ASSUME that you're already dating him but only in your mind because remember, "to change the outside, begin on the inside." KNOW that you sleep as his gf and that you have a lots of thing to do tomorrow. JUST GET IN THAT STATE OF THE WISH FULFILLED. As the wish is already fulfilled, it means that you are his gf and so, feel it and think in the way as your supposed to think once you two are dating.
You must ENTER the mindset of your specific manifestation/situation/self or anything else + have a super strong belief to it until you can see it.

1. "you need high vibrations"
no, you don't need to have high vibrations to manfiest. you can manfiest if you're in a bad mood or if you're sad. your mood can't affect your manfiestions unless you start affirming negatively towards your desire.
2. "you need a perfect self concept"
you do NOT need a perfect self concept to manifest. people have manifested their desires without a perfect self concept. it is important to have a positive self concept while manfiesting but your self concept doesn't need to be perfect all the time.
3. "it takes ____ days/weeks to get your desire"
it doesn't take days or weeks to get your desire. you already have your desire, wheter you see it or not. if you think it takes a month to manfiest your desires, then it will take a month to manfiest your desires. but, if you instantly want to get your desire then just assume that you manfiest instantly.
4. "you need to take action in the 3d"
you don't need to take action in the 3d. for example: if you're manfiesting clear skin you don't need to use any product to get clear skin. you can if you want to, but you don't need to. some people that take action in the 3d are usually doing that because they are working with logic. you already have your desires, so why are you taking action in the 3d when you know that you have everything u want?
5. "intrusive thoughts ruin your manfiestion"
intrusive thoughts can't ruin your manfiestion. when you have intrusive thoughts just go on with your day and ignore them. your manfiestion won't be ruined just because you had an intrusive thought.
those are some limiting beliefs that i've seen people have (i also had some of those limiting beliefs.) remember that you are powerful and that you can have anything you want, no matter have "illogical" it sounds.
