....gen getting into makeup after treasure island maybe?^^
Bold of you to assume he wasn't into makeup before petrification.
That man knows how to do the best winged eyeliner, and exactly which color eyeshadow to use to make his eyes pop. He used to wear red and soft pink lipsticks, and has considered more than once trying to make cosmetics from scratch in the stone world so that he can continue to enjoy something from the old world in a new way.
Okay that low-key makes me ship Tsukasa and Aurora even more cuz I love some Taurus x Libra, but I gotta calm down about this
"He's the big fighter guy, yeah? I'm into that."
The best part of that, is that his calm patience would be so perfect for someone like Aurora. Plus he's strong and reliable. I can see there being issues between them, but they'd be an interesting couple for sure.
How funny would it be if my dr stone oc was Stanley's younger sister (long estranged due to plot reasons) which leaves her feeling guilty for not trying to stop him from shooting Senku, feeling like it is somewhat her fault for not talking to Stan about literally anything but why would she he left her behind to rot in that hellhole by herself-
anyway...
i feel so embarrassed typing this out but. Haha you'll know who this is by the request,,, ryusui x oc. can be literally anything [even inspired by the art i made i mean what art I MADE NO ART] fld vkjskaxfje rldfske. NOT SAYING HER NAME. I'M ASHAMED. HER OC DOC IS PINNED TO THE OC CHANNEL IN THE SERVER IT'S THE. ONE SENT BY ME. aka setra. Haha. Ha. [just dm for the link if you can't find it this is just me being insanely embarrassed about self-indulgence. Haha. Kill me.]
Ryusui x Miryuu
A match made in heaven honestly
“Mir-chan!”
She looks up from what she’s doing at the sound of Ryusui’s voice, her heart fluttering when she sees him running right to her with one of those big grins on his face.
“Hey, Ryusui!” She says when he stops in front of her. He was breathing hard, he must have run all the way from the ship to get to her. How very like him, she thinks. When he wants something or to be somewhere, he makes it happen no matter what.
“I have a gift!” He says.
“For who?”
“You, of course!”
She blinks at him, head tilting a little in confusion. She hadn’t asked him for anything before he left, that she can recall. She stands, holding out her hand for whatever he has to give her, only for him to shake his head.
“No, you need to close your eyes,” He says
“Why?” She asks.
“Because I don’t want you to see it until it’s in your hand, of course!” He says, grinning at her.
There’s something in the way he’s standing, in the way his tone comes out a little shaky, that feels off. But she can’t quite put a pin in what it was. Could Ryusui be nervous? No, that’s not possible, he was never nervous.
Closing her eyes, she wiggles the fingers of her outstretched hand, encouraging him to just give her what he has. She hears him take a breath then the rustle of a hand digging in a pocket. He mumbles something under his breath she doesn’t quite catch, then the tips of his fingers set something small into the palm of her hand.
“Okay,” He says quietly. “Open.”
She opens her eyes, inspecting the object that she’s been given.
It’s a ring, with an aquamarine gemstone in the middle. The band of the ring wrapped around the stone like waves on the sea, and had several smaller yellow gemstones set into it. The stones were no doubt lab grown, as she wasn’t sure where they would have found natural aquamarine in the stone world, but even still, it was beautiful. She could tell that a lot of careful care and craftsmanship had gone into making it.
She looks up, lips parting to tell him what she thought of the ring, only to find him no longer standing in front of her. Instead, he was kneeling. Waiting patiently for her to give him her attention once more.
“What…are you doing?” She asks, heart leaping out of her chest. There was no way he was doing what she thought he was doing. Not in a million billion years, was he about to ask her-
“Miryuu Capitana, will you marry me?”
She stares at him, eyes wide. Was this real, or was she dreaming? Had he seriously just asked her to marry him? But-
“W-why?” She asks in her shock.
“Because I want you,” He says it like it’s the most obvious thing in the world.
“You want everyone!”
“Not like this.”
Miryuu looks between him and the ring, taking in the style and size of it. It was small and simple, nothing like what you’d expect to be given as an engagement ring from the Ryusui Nanami. And yet, it was perfect. It had her birthstone in the middle surrounded by an imitation of the waves encrusted with his birthstone. It was meant specially for her, to show just how intertwined the two of them always were, and always would be.
No one else would ever be given something like this from him. Money, sure, but nothing this intimate. Nothing this special. Only she was being given that opportunity.
“I- Ryusui-”
“Please.”
That startles her even more. Ryusui only pleaded with maybe two other people, and even then it was rare. Extremely, extremely rare.
He was being serious, and he was showing her in every possible way he could think of. There was no wide grin, no laughter. Just a serious looking Ryusui, a ring, and his question.
“Yes,” She finally breathes. “Yes, I will marry yo-”
She’s in his arms being spun around before she can even finish her acceptance. Ryusui was laughing now, excited and purely happy. She can’t help laughing too, wrapping her arms around him and pressing a few kisses into his hair.
“We’re going to have the perfect wedding!” He declares. “Only the best for my wife!”
Wife. She was about to become his wife.
Hello!😊 i've seen that you accept requests so if it's ok with you, could you write a smut fic of a polyamorous relationship with Ryusi x Stanley with reader? And if it's not too much to ask, could you include some headcanons about the relationship. Thank u
I love your stories 🥰
Oh God the personality clash between those two is insane I love it
I'll do both for you, as best I can ^-^
x gn!Reader (i tried, anyway)
Warning: NSFW material
Let's start with some headcanons:
The three of you are certainly something
Ryusui and Stanley both have intense personalities, so they can be a little hard for you to keep reigned in
Ryusui is greedy, while Stanley is selfish
But they make it work
You mellow both of them out a little, which definitely helps
But look
They are
So good to you
Protective and doting
Ryusui's enthusiasm is infectious, and he can get Stanley just as excited about something as he is (even if the soldier keeps his expression relatively neutral)
It was 100% Ryusui's idea to pull you into the relationship
He's greedy, he wants everyone, especially you and Stanley
Ryusui spoils you and Stanley both
Mans has money money
He can afford whatever either of you want
Stanley is the one to insist you all live together
He wants you and Ryusui close at all times
So he can protect you both
His certified loverboy tendencies come out so badly with you and Ryusui
Both of them like to touch you and each other as often as possible
You and Ryusui get Scary Boyfriend privilege
They are two of the horniest men you could get with, so I hope you're ready for that
Now, on to the smut! (It's the beginning of your relationship :3)
Your day had started so normally. You’d woken up, had breakfast, and helped with work around the Kingdom of Science. Then, you’d had lunch, and wandered to the shooting range where Stanley and Ryusui had been working together all day. When you’d shown up, all smiles and an easy going attitude, both of them gave you their full attention.
After that is a little blurry. Stanley offered to teach you, standing close with his hands on your hips and waist, nudging your feet with his so that you stand the right way. Ryusui at some point also got in your space, touching your arms and hands. Someone kisses you, you don’t remember who, and words of pure filth are whispered in your ear.
You hadn’t even known they were friends, nevertheless lovers. Nor had you ever thought that they would add you of all people to the whole thing. Regardless, here you were.
Sat with Ryusui’s face between your legs, Stanley’s hands everywhere else.
Your whole body feels like it’s been electrified, every kiss and lick from Ryusui sending shockwaves of pleasure through you. Stanley mutters praise in your ear encouraging you to roll your hips and fuck Ryusui’s face while he watched from his spot behind you.
You shudder, moaning as you’re pulled closer and closer to the edge of pleasure. But just before you can reach that peak, Stanley reaches around to tap at Ryusui, halting the other man in his mission to devour you whole.
“No-wait-” You whine. Ryusui catches the hand you reach out to him with, holding it in his own and pressing wet kisses to your fingertips. Stanley kisses along your neck and shoulder, soothing you in his own way.
“We aren’t done,” Stanley promises. “Just getting started.”
Ryusui surges forward, capturing your lips with his, the taste of you heavy on his tongue. Your arms wrap around him, pulling him closer. A gasp escapes you when Stanley’s hand slides between your legs, replacing Ryusui’s mouth with dexterous fingers.
You jolt when teeth sink into your shoulder, your pained whine swallowed by Ryusui’s enthusiastic kisses.
It’s all too much. Ryusui’s lips, Stanley’s hands, both of their bodies pressed against yours, it could drive a person mad. They were driving you to the edge of pleasure and insanity, and this time, they let you fall. The pressure that’s been building low in your gut breaks, your orgasm rushing through you with moans of their names. You must cry for Stanley first, though, as you can feel Ryusui pouting against your mouth.
You’re still recovering when your body is shifted, your back hitting the soft bed below you. Your legs are hiked up, and Ryusui hovers over you.
“Again,” He demands. “I want you to come again!” His cock slides inside you before you can reply, pulling a moan from you instead. You can’t see Stanley anymore, but you can feel his eyes. The intensity in which he stares as Ryusui fucks you makes you shiver.
Ryusui buries his face into your shoulder, his tongue tracing over the indents left behind by Stanley’s teeth before he kisses the spot, and moves to your other side to leave marks of his own on your soft flesh. He doesn’t bite nearly as hard as Stanley, but he leaves a trail of spots that are sure to turn into hickies by morning all along your neck.
That familiar pressure builds, your moans turning to borderline whimpers as another orgasm threatens to crash over you. Ryusui grins against the side of your face, his fingers gripping your waist tighter, hips slamming into yours until that thread snaps a second time, and you’re clawing at his back as you come a second time.
Your body shakes with overstimulation, your chest heaving with hard pants. You feel Ryusui pull out, the warmth of his own release covering the inside of your thighs. You let your eyes close, throwing your arm over your face as you try desperately to pull yourself back together a little bit.
A grunt, and the feeling of someone collapsing next to you has your eyes snapping back open, your head turning in time to see Stanley pressing Ryusui face down into the mattress. His sharp eyes find yours, a smirk on his face.
“You rest a minute,” He says, leaning over to kiss you quickly. “But if you think I’m done with either of you, you’re dead fuckin’ wrong.”
-Get some sleep. Next time we talk, I’ll have something cool to show you.
-Promise?
-Sure, but only if you stop bothering me so I can work
She doesn’t respond.
He doesn’t think about it, after all, why would he? It was late in the States (or early, depending on who you asked), so she was probably already turned over and dozing. And if not, she was about to be. It doesn’t occur to him for a moment that anything could be wrong, not for a few thousand years, anyway.
I think the worst punishment the gods can give is making an author have absolutely zero drawing talent like what do you mean I can imagine what they look like in my head but I can't put it on paper because I can't draw a straight line this is bullshit.
if you have time, could you do some Tsukasa x reader hurt/comfort where the reader is injured while working? totally not thinking about a certain friend's oc... no.... i would never do that...
Oh, yeah, totally. Totally not thinking about the same oc I am absolutely not
😏
This is so bad I'm so sorry I don't know where my brain went does this even count as hurt/comfort-
Tsukasa x gn!Reader
It had been an accident. The knife you’d been holding had slipped and sliced into the meat of your other hand. You hissed out curses, trying to press a clean cloth against your hand to stop the bleeding before it got too bad. But the cut was deep, and you were definitely going to need stitched together.
You’re in the middle of the simple procedure when Tsukasa comes barreling into the room.
“Hey! Careful!” Yuzuriha scolds him, but her words go ignored as he rushes towards you, hands reaching for your face.
“Are you alright?” He asks, breathless. He must have run all the way from the training field once he got the news.
“Yeah, I’m okay,” You say, pressing your cheek into his hand on instinct, seeking his warmth. Tsukasa lets out a relieved sigh, his shoulders relaxing immediately.
“Thank goodness. All I’d heard was that you were hurt, but no one told me what happened,” He says.
“Can I finish working on my patient please?” Yuzuriha huffs, though you don’t think she’s actually that mad. If anything, she looked more amused than anything. “I still need to wrap their hand up.”
“I can do that,” Tsukasa says, turning and holding out his palm for the necessary supplies. Yuzuriha sighs, and hands them over before quickly and quietly slipping out of the room with a sneaky little grin on her face. Almost like this was planned.
Your friends were getting less and less sneaky about what they were trying to do.
Tsukasa takes a seat in front of you, pulling your hand into his lap so that he can inspect the careful stitching with a frown. His eyes always held a kind of intensity, but his gaze almost felt like it was burning. It made you more than a little anxious. He was always telling you to be more careful, and here you were getting hurt doing something mundane.
“I’m sorry,” You blurt suddenly, unable to hold it in. Tsukasa looks up at you, soft eyes flitting across your anxiety filled expression.
“What for?” He asks.
“Getting hurt. Again.”
“It happens to the best of us,” He says. “I’m more worried about how this is going to affect your ability to do the things you enjoy.”
“Oh…” You hadn’t had time to think about that. With an injured hand, you wouldn’t be able to write, play music, or even help with basic tasks until you were healed. There was no way Senku would let you risk an infection.
So, what were you supposed to do now? Nothing? But how could you just sit here and do nothing all day? The Kingdom of Science needed every available hand in order to keep things moving, yours included.
What a burden you’d become. Not only were you hurt, but now you were useless too.
“Hey, hey,” Tsukasa’s hand touches your face again. You blink, a little startled at his touch and worried tone.
“Huh? Oh, sorry, were you saying something?” You ask, a little embarrassed to have to even ask. You should have been paying attention already-
“No, it’s alright. You just…looked lost for a minute,” He says softly, fingers brushing across your cheek before dropping.
“Oh…”
Silence falls between you, neither knowing really what to say next. Tsukasa grabs the supplies he was given- some ointment and bandages- and gets to work on your hand. The ointment stings a bit, but not too seriously. Just enough to know it was working.
As he works, you take a moment to focus on his hands, hoping the small distraction was enough to shake some of this anxiety you were building.
They’re bigger than yours, though to be fair Tsukasa was a bit taller. And they were warm. Very warm. You always liked that about him, his warmth always giving you a strange feeling of security and comfort.
God you liked him so much. You just wished you’d stop embarrassing yourself in front of him every time you were together. You always said or did something that made you wish a hole would swallow you up so that you could perish in peace. But no matter what, he never stopped finding and spending time with you. It made you dare to think that maybe he liked you too.
“There we go,” Tsukasa murmurs once the bandage is firmly in place. “You’ll have to change this pretty often, but I can help you with that if you need it. I know you don’t handle pain very well.”
Your face flushes, but he just gives you a warm smile, sending your heart beating a million miles a second.
“I-I can do it on my own just fine!” You say with a huff, making him chuckle a little.
“Of course,” he says. “My mistake.”
There’s another moment of quiet, though this one is filled with a different kind of tension. The kind that told you Tsukasa was measuring his next words, planning them extremely carefully before speaking.
“I was worried,” He says softly.
“I’m so-”
“Don’t apologize, I know accidents happen. But when I was told you’d been hurt, I couldn’t help but feel anxious,” He sighs, holding your bandaged hand in his gentle palm. “I think you’re the first person other than my sister to so thoroughly scare me like that.”
Great. Fantastic. Now you felt even more terrible about the whole thing. Way to go, you!
“I’ll be more careful, I swear,” You say, praying your voice isn’t shaking given your sudden need to cry.
“Good. Because if something serious happened to you, I don’t know how I’d ever recover,” He murmurs. You’re still processing his words when he lifts your hand, and presses your bandaged palm against his lips.
It’s such a small and quick action, but the kiss has your whole body heating up, your face bright red and your heart hammering somehow even harder. You needed to calm down, and fast, before you passed out. That was the last thing either of you needed after this whole ordeal.
“I-I’ll be extra careful,” You repeat. “Cross my heart! You won’t have to keep taking care of me like this!”
Tsukasa chuckles, a warm smile on his own slightly flushed face.
“What if I said I didn’t mind taking care of you?” He asks, standing and pulling you to your feet with him.
“I’d say you shouldn’t waste your time,” You say.
“It’s not a waste. Not if it’s you.”
“Yeah?”
“Yeah.”
Hello! This is 🦐 annon here!
I have made this request before for another writer but I wanted to see different visions on this.
Imagine a witch reader that has a connection with nature and uses it to help the Kos while not caring about keeping her nature a secret. In the meanwhile, senku notices this but tries to get a logic explaining every time because for him there is no damn way witches existed all the time and no one really notices. So one day while Perseus is almost finished, reader asks to borrow the ship for just one night, and when Ryusui asks why, reader just says: "oh, I want to make a protection spell so your journey won't be hard in the sea!". Senku hears that and ALMOST says it's illogical, but this idea pop in his mind that he just waits until the night and follows reader to the ship, trying to figure out this magic witch thing. Just to get completely shocked when he saw the true nature of a witch in her action, the power that floats around reader while she cast the protection spell on the Perseus.
Don't know how to flow after that, it's up to you! Hope you have a great day!
Hello shrimp anon!
This fits so well with my horror/fantasy AU because magic would totally be more effective in the stone world
Old spirits and creatures from folklore he could accept. This was the stone world after all. Once humans were no longer an issue, anything that had been hiding from them was sure to start coming back around.
But magic? That was harder to believe.
Physical beings could be studied. If they were intelligent, they could be interviewed. But magic was little more than a concept. Something that was just science mixing with superstition. There was no evidence that it was-or ever had been-real. But it made you happy to believe that you could do it, so he just let it go.
“Ryusui!” Senku’s head turns at the sound of your voice. It was getting late, everyone needed to get some sleep so that tomorrow could go smoother. He watches from where he was sitting a short distance away as you walk with a little extra pep in your step right up to the captain of the Perseus.
He doesn’t hear what’s said between the two of you, but whatever it is has Ryusui’s eyebrows rising, one of his big, slow grins spreading over his face.
“Of course!” Ryusui yells. “I want it!” You laugh, your head nodding in agreement. Then you turn, and walk off.
“What was that all about?” Senku asks as he approaches the other man.
“They’re going to put a magical barrier on the ship!” Ryusui says. “I’m not totally sure I believe in all that, but when we’re on the open sea, we’re going to need all the help we can get. Am I wrong?”
“No, you’re not wrong,” Senku says. It was just something you were doing to make yourself feel better about the long journey ahead, and nothing more.
Wishing Ryusui a good night, Senku wanders the direction you’d gone off in. If you were going to mess around the ship in the middle of the night, you should at least have someone nearby in case something happened. Besides, he would be lying if he said he wasn’t at least a little bit curious. He’d never actually seen you cast your spells before, so he wondered just what went into something like this- whether it was real or not.
He trails after you quietly, and you either don’t notice him or don’t care, as you never once look back or try to speak to him. Maybe you were mentally preparing yourself, reciting your spell in your head so you didn’t stumble over it. You could be making a list of things you had to do, or what you needed in order to accomplish whatever it was you were planning.
He appreciated your meticulous nature.
When you reach the Perseus, you sigh out a soft ‘okay!’ and start up the ramp, hands digging through the little bag you always kept on your hip for your ”spellwork”. He follows you up onto the deck, and finally speaks up.
“So, what’s the plan here?” He asks, watching you stoop down to draw something on the wood with a piece of chalk.
“Protection spells are usually really easy for me, but this one has to be big, so I’ve gotta make sure I do it right,” You say, not fully answering his question.
“Anything I can do to help?” He may not be a believer, but you two were on the same team. He had no issue helping set up candles or tying herbs together for you.
“Um,” You pause, standing back to your full height and putting your hands on your hips. “Actually, yes. Can you come hold something for me real fast?”
“Sure, alright,” He says, following where you point him to. Once in position, you pull that something out of your bag. The one thing you don’t let anyone look at too closely.
Your spellbook is heavier than he’d expected, and he nearly drops it when you dump it in his hands to hold for you while you open and flip through it quickly. It takes everything he has not to stare at the pages of formulas and try to work them out.
Magic sure looked a lot like math in several places. But you turn the pages too quickly for him to gather much information. He makes a mental note to try to convince you to let him see it again another day.
“Oh- this one!” You stop at a page within the first quarter of the book. Smoothing your hands over the page, your eyes dart across the stone age paper, muttering under your breath as you read your own scrawled notes. Once satisfied, you take the book from him, slapping it shut and shoving it back into your bag.
So, it was more of a reference book than anything else. Interesting.
“Okay, so,” You take a breath, stepping into the middle of your lines of chalk. “This should be super fast.”
“Anything I need to do?” He asks. You shake your head.
“You can just stand there and watch.”
Fair enough, he supposed. Though, it wasn’t like anything was going to happ-
You close your eyes and inhale a long, slow breath. The air around the two of you changes, the breeze whipping around you and tugging at clothes and hair. It wasn’t anything crazy, but it was enough to get his attention.
His heart beats hard in his chest. Even though there were no bright flashing lights or words spoken, he could feel the shift in the world around him. The way the wind swirled around you, how the water calmed to near perfect stillness, and how the trees seemed to stretch their branches towards you, reaching for you as if to give you their power.
When you exhale and open your eyes, he’s not even sure he’s looking at you anymore. Your gaze held something in it he’d never seen in another human being. Hell, even the spirits he’d been having to shoo away from everything for the past few years didn’t look like that.
His mind races, trying to find a reason for everything. Maybe the weather was having a sudden turn, or maybe he was exhausted. Maybe he’s even inhaled something and is massively hallucinating.
But something in him, something deep in his blood and under his bones, told him that it wasn’t that simple. That what he was looking at had no logical explanation. That magic had no logical explanation.
He’s still reeling from the experience when you put a hand on his shoulder, startling him.
“Hey, you okay?” You ask, worried.
“What just…” He doesn’t know what to say, or what to do. A smile creeps onto your face, slow and knowing. You pat him on the shoulder before reaching to take one of his hands and start pulling him along with you back off the ship.
He looks back over his shoulder, eyes catching sight of the lines of chalk you’d just been standing in. He watches as they fade into little sparkles of dim light, each speck sinking into the Perseus and strengthening it.
“We aren’t going to make sure it worked?” He finally manages to ask once his feet hit the dirt.
“It worked,” You say with a soft hum.
“How do you know?”
“I just do.”
Can you do a touch starved tsukasa x a male reader
I will do my very best!
Tsukasa x male!Reader
The first time you touch him, he freezes, his whole body tensing at the sudden and unexpected contact.
It had been such a nonchalant, casual thing for you. A simple hand on his arm while the two of you were talking. You hadn't even thought about what you'd done, or why you'd done it. It had just felt right in the moment. But you catch how still he goes, how startled he seems behind his usually calm expression.
You mumble an apology as you pull away, earning yourself one of his small smiles and nods, along with a soft assurance that it was alright.
"I'm just not used to it," He says. "Usually when I touch someone, it ends in violence."
The second time you touch him, it's more purposeful. More cautious. You offer him your hand when he’s exhausted from training and slumped on a tree stump, telling him it was time to eat.
He pauses, considers your hand, then takes it.
The third time and fourth times you make contact, it's his decision.
His hand comes down on your shoulder a little harder than he'd intended, startling you and causing you to almost mess up what you were doing. You look up over your shoulder at him, face flushing, the warmth of his palm heating your whole body.
“Sorry to startle you,” He says, looking a little sheepish. “Mind if I join?”
You nod, shifting over a bit so he can sit beside you, spreading himself just enough to let his knee bump against yours. Not that you minded, of course.
“What are you working on?” He asks, leaning closer than one would expect from him.
“Oh, uh, it's just a little personal project,” You say with a chuckle, turning the paper in your hands for him to see.
His eyes flit across the page, taking in every line scrawled across it.
“How impressive,” He says softly. “You must have a good memory to be able to do things like this.”
You laugh, completely missing the way the sound lights up his expression for a moment.
“If you're impressed, then I must be doing a good job,” You say, grinning.
“I agree.”
He leaves you not too long after that, with a hesitant hand pressed between your shoulder blades for the shortest of moments before he walks off.
The fifth time you touch, there's blood.
It's everywhere, yet he looks so calm. You keep your hands pressed into his side, eyes wide, as you try to process what happened. It had been so fast. One minute, you were collecting herbs for Senku, the next Tsukasa was next to you, taking a bite to the ribs directly from a wild animal that had snuck up on you.
Nothing but rapid apologies spill from your lips. You should have been paying more attention, should have noticed the danger before it got too close. But you were exhausted after too many long nights staring up at the ceiling begging for sleep to come. All you could do was thank the heavens that Tsukasa had been nearby, otherwise it could be you bleeding all over the place right now.
You insist that he lean on you as you head back to get him treated, so that he doesn’t agitate his injured side. He chuckles, reminds you that he’s had worse, but does it anyway.
You don’t know what exactly changes in him after that, but every time you make contact afterwards, it feels almost like he’s come to find your touch as a new comfort. Something he not just wants, but needs.
Whenever you sit or stand close to him, you find him shifting closer, letting his shoulder or knee press lightly against yours, he becomes the first to offer you high-fives when you do something cool, and whenever he approaches you from behind, he’ll press a hesitant hand to your upper back so as to not startle you.
It becomes so constant, yet you just can’t get used to it. He stays physically distant from everyone else, so what exactly was it that made you so special? Had you done something? Did he just like you more than everyone else?
If only he wasn’t so hard to read. You could ask him, you suppose, but how exactly do you bring that up in casual conversation without accidentally causing him to distance himself from you again?
You rub at your face with a sigh. Your head was killing you, and your vision was starting to get hazy. A nap would be perfect right now. Some sleep might just help you put your thoughts in order.
“Whoa-hey!” A pair of hands grabs you, catching you just as your knees give out. You blink several times, looking up at your savior.
“Tsukasa,” You say, more to confirm it to yourself that it was him looking at you with a worried expression.
“Are you alright?” He asks, still holding on to you.
“I think so,” You say. “I’m just tired. I was gonna go try to lay down for a minute or ten.”
“Let me help you.”
“Oh, no, Tsukasa I’m fine-oh!” Your breath catches in your throat when your body is lifted with ease. Tsukasa situates you in his arms, holding you close to his chest like you were a prince in distress.
“I don’t mind,” He says. “Carrying you like this is easy, and I’d much prefer to know you made it to bed alright.”
You just nod, flustered and red-faced. As he carries you towards your sleeping quarters, you catch sight of Yuzuriha, who gives you two thumbs up, silently rooting for you.
Senku raises an eyebrow at the two of you as you pass him, and you swear you see Gen grinning like some wicked fox.
