A Simlish “Wow” Sign

Hi Sims-Fans! 🤩

I'm just digging through the "My Meshes”- Folder and found this sign that I designed for myself some time ago. And remember what I did it for. I had built a restaurant in San Myshuno instead of the fitness center and wanted to have a new sign for it.

Hihi, because you have a stunning view from there, if your sims sit on the terrace, the name finding was not difficult for me, very simple: “Wow” in simlish font. I used the fantastic font CherryVanilla by Franzilla.

I thought, maybe someone will find it useful for their own Sims-Business. However, you need the GP "Dining Out" to use the shield. It comes in 16 swatches and can be mounted on the wall and/or on the charts intended for that.

I know, I’m late for an Advent Candle Arrangement, but hey it is for XMAS too. And our Sims can celebrate Christmas all 28 Days. So I’ve been not too late? 👼 

This arrangement has 4 slots for place 4 candles. So our Sims can celebrate advent. Every sunday a flame more. 😊

The arrangement you can find in Decor/Plants and cost 100§ and the candle in Table-lights and it costs 1§. I hope, you will like it.

Hi guys, today I bring you a modificated version from the CL 1x1 Desk with the compartment for books. I like this desk for small apartments or tiny starter homes. But I was wondering, why this book-compartment doesn't have the function as bookcase too. My new is now a 2in1-version. I hope, you like it. The EP City Living is required. You can find it under desks and bookcases. It comes in all EA colors. Feel free to recolor for your own taste but please without the mesh and with a link to my Download Page. Thank you! ❤️

Alternative 'AIKE' Cabinets and Shelves

Hi guys, i'm again. Today I bring you an alternative cabinet and a modular shelf for the Homechef Hustle Kitchen. I've changed the inner corner and for all cabinets the shading. It just annoys me when the inner corner is darker than the rest and when the cabinets don't really match the counters. The inner corner shelf is decluttered und now a piece of the modular shelves. There are 7 pieces like cabinets too. Hope, you'll like it.
