BNHA Sanders Sides Chapter 4

BNHA Sanders Sides Chapter 4

Word Count: 1225

Warnings: Mentions abuse

Pairings: Suggested (Remile, and Prinxiety)

Summary: Apate and the gang play some cards, and start a club. (Pls...I’m not good with summaries...)

Apate was concerned for Logan, even though he knew Logan disliked him but he wasn’t going to let that get in the way of him being a nice person.

“Well, I wouldn’t say he abused me. He just, pushed me to be his successor. He didn’t exactly want me to join the hero course. And after I joined my dad freaked out, and punched me...and I had to rush out.” Logan mumbled, but then shook his head.

“I live with my aunt now, anyways.” Logan shrugged.

“Oh? Why not your mom?” Apate asked, and May heald his shoulder.

“His mother-” May began.

“My mother walked out on us.” Logan said, crossing his arms.

“She was emotionally unprepared for me, and my father broke.” Logan sighed, before looking over at the group outside by the pool.

“I’m going to go hang out with them, see you later Apate.” Logan walked away, and May looked down at Apate.

“Oh Logan will warm up to you, I’m going to make dinner for the lot of you.” May walked away leaving Apate with Remy, who was now waking up.

“Well! Honey, let’s do something fun.” Remy grabbed Apate’s hand, and dragged him towards the closet of games. Remy began by grabbing card games, and then Uno.

“Let’s do this. I wanna see your poker face.” Remy mumbled, and Apate sat down. The two of them stared at each other, a dech of cards on the table, and seven in each of their hands. The two of them played for a while, until Patton had came in asking for a cookie from May.

“Oh may I join next round?” Patton asked, sitting down at the table with his cookie.

“O-Of course not! Y-You can’t join now actually.” Apate stuttered, pinching himself for lying.

“Actually babes, you could so join. He’s still learning.” Remy saved the day, quickly dealing Patton in. Apate smiled, which was quickly replaced with his poker face as they played another game of Uno.

“Patton I thought you were coming in for a cookie! What happened to you padre?” Roman walked in, seeing the game of Uno in play.

“Oh! Padre beat Remy, and our new snakey friend!” Roman pulled a chair behind Patton, and helped him decide on what to play.

“Oh honey, that’s totally cheating. I don’t have a backseat gamer!” Remy stated pointing at Patton in the process. The two of them just laughed it off, as they played a plus four on Remy, who placed another plus four on top. Apate was stunned at the turn of events, and looked up in utter disbelief.

“R-Remy….why…?” Apate stuttered, as he drew eight cards.

“I didn’t want to draw four cards.” Remy stated, no remorse in his voice. Soon enough Virgil, and Emile walked in, both assisting Remy in his goal to beat everyone. The only ones missing were Thomas and Logan, which Apate ignored. The game ended, and dinner was ready, so May went to gather the boys for a meal.

“You are free to eat as much as you’d like.” May stated, before walking off to go and eat in her study.

“Why didn’t she eat out here with us? You know like she usually does?” Emile asked, Roman looking down at his plate.

“She’s just been a little occupied with somethings.” Roman stated, everyone but Apate looking up at Roman.

“Are you guys okay? Is she in need of money?” Patton asked, clear worry in his voice, at this Apate looked up.

“No! No...she’s just thinking about my future. She wants me to follow my dreams, and that was to become a famous actor before...things came up. And I decided, that instead a hero was needed instead.” Roman mumbled, messing with a ring on his finger.

“She wants me to try auditioning for a role in a movie...where I could be a hero. She said my quirk even fit the bill.” Roman stated, looking down.

“That would mean I’d have to drop from the hero course.” Roman mumbled, everyone gasping, Apate didn’t know much about Roman. All he did know was that Roman clearly wanted the role, but was conflicted with his want to become a hero. So Apate, stared at Roman searching for a sign of what he really wanted to do.

“What do you want to do?” Apate asked, and Roman looked over sadly. He knew his goals were, but he also knew what he wanted at the time.

“I want to stay with you guys.” Roman sighed, propping his head up with his hand.

“Are you sure? Because normally when someone says what they want they seem more enthusiastic about their choice.” Apate said, Patton nodding his head.

“Oh I’m sure you could get a schedule adjustment so you can stay in the course.” Logan suggested, Virgil nodded his head.

“Well I could but that means I’m not dedicated to the movie, and that could make them rethink me being there for the part.” Roman groaned, he was torn up. His friends wanted him to follow his dreams, but he had two separate dreams.

“I have an idea! You don’t have to be apart of that movie!” Emile said, his voice being heard throughout the house.

“What do you mean Emi?” Remy asked, everyone looking at the said person in question.

“Why don’t we all start a drama club?!” Emile yelled, everyone else kind of perking up to the idea.

“That’s a splendid idea! Well let’s get on it!” Roman stated, already rushing to his room to get a pencil and paper. Everyone else began making their roles, as Apate separated himself from the group.

“I’ll be the director!” Patton yelled, as Roman scolded him, saying that wasn’t going to be established until a show was scheduled.

“We need a club leader, and that should be mua!” Roman stated, and everyone rolled their eyes.

“Vice president should be Thomas!” Patton yelled, everyone nodding their heads in agreement.

“Logan can be the club schedule organizer.” Virgil suggested, Logan nodding his head.

“Virgil you can be the clubs treasurer. Since you seem to be the quickest to notice small changes.” Roman said, Virgil snapping his fingers.

“Oh! Could I be club counselor?!” Emile smiled, and Remy smirked.

“Of course! And Remy could be your assistant.” Roman said, as he finished writing down all the roles; Roman realized that Apate didn’t get assigned a role, and he didn’t want to feel like a jerk for not letting Apate participate.

“Apate what about you? Would you like a job?” Roman asked, as Apate shook his head.

“I’m quite alright.” Apate was lying but this was easy for him to do. As for staying over for the night, Apate didn’t want to walk home late at night; so he was fine staying with his brother and friends. Apate picked up his notebook, and walked into the living room. He still had that English work from earlier to finish, and he tried his hardest. Though he was not confident in his answers, and he had wished he’d asked for help. So once again Apate shut his notebook, and shut his eyes.

“Hey Apate wanna go swi-...oh.” Roman walked in to see a sleeping Apate.

“Roman! Let’s just swim without him.” Virgil said, as he walked upstairs to get changed.

BNHA Sanders Sides Chapter 1

Word Count: 1320

Warnings: N/A, unless (sympathetic Deceit, counts but like I hardly consider that a trigger.)

Pairings: None…(yet)

Summary: Basically the sides are all now enrolled in a school similar to U.A., but it’s in the US, for obvious reasons.

Virgil’s home

Virgil was not excited to go to school, he wanted to just stay hidden away in his room, avoiding the world at all costs. Granted he was overreacting but he knew something would go wrong, like everything always did. So he just laid down in his bed, knowing that he would much rather get kicked from the school of his dreams than to be humiliated in front of a ton of students, that would hold it over his head for the rest of his life.

“Virgil! Come on! We’re going to be early….” his brother, Deceit, screamed from downstairs. Virgil groaned, he knew that Deceit would keep yelling unless he was down there and ready to go to school.

“Give me a few minutes…” and with that Virgil was up and moving, throwing aside everything, and finding his school uniform. Which was easy for him to do, since Deceit walked in earlier and placed his clothes on his desk. Virgil quickly got dressed and ran downstairs, only to run into his snake like brother. Deceit was on the ground, Virgil being a bit taller than him didn’t make anything easy for him to hold his ground.

“O-Ow…” Deceit stood up quickly brushing the dust off of his body. He was clearly upset, but didn’t want to strain the relationship him and his brother had further. Virgil rolled his eyes, and began walking out the door, the walk to school wasn’t one that had to be rushed, so him and Deceit actually had a nice stroll there. Deceit tried to make small talk, but Virgil didn’t like to listen to his younger brother, as he was always lying about things he’s done, and the rare time he spoke in truth, was about things he really didn’t like to hear about.

“D...I don’t want to talk right now, so please shut up.”

Deceit’s eyes fell, as he really wanted to become friends with his brother, even if they weren’t blood related. So Deceit shut his mouth and waited to get all the way to school so he could go and make friends.

“D, remember, if someone comes around and hurts you, tell me. Don’t paralyze them. Stay safe little bro.” Virgil gave Deceit a small hug before departing. Deceit had a giddy smile on, it was one of the few times Virgil initiated any form of contact with Deceit so of course he was happy. The bell for class rang, but Deceit had no clue where to go, and searched for it as everyone had left. He wanted to find Virgil, but his older brother had walked off and he didn’t take note of where he went. So he wandered the school, his schedule in hand, and a nervous expression on his face. It took him fifteen minutes to find another person, but it was someone who had just left a classroom. They wore, glasses, and they wrapped their jacket around their neck instead of wearing it properly. He seemed to have notice me as he walked out and ended up sauntering over to me.

“Hey there kiddo do ya need some help?” He asked, and he sounded so friendly.

“U-Um….no….” Deceit mumbled, secretly cursing his stupid lies.

“Okay then kiddo.” he began to walk off and Deceit sighed, he was lost, but didn’t want to lose his chance at having a friend.

“W-Wait! I lied...I do need help. I-I was just nervous.” Deceit quickly told a semi-truth, and the boy turned around.

“Well you don’t have to be scared at all! My name’s Patton, and you might be?” Patton extended his hand, and Deceit slowly reached out to shake it.

“Deceit.” Deceit said softly.

“Very neato name! May I see your schedule?” Patton asked, Deceit handed that to Patton, and Patton chuckled.

“It’s the room I just came from kiddo!” Patton handed my schedule back to me, and I just had to open my dumb mouth.

“I could have so found it on my own.”

Patton flinched at my tone of voice, and he soon had a scowl on his face.

“Well! I guess you don’t need help finding the rest of your classes.” Patton stormed off, and Deceit ended up deciding to keep his comments to himself. When class ended, he searched endlessly for his next one.

“Stupid...Stupid Deceit…” Deceit mumbled to himself, bumping into someone on the way to finding his next class. The person was a bit taller than him and backed away from them.

“Sorry…” he was folding on himself, and he hid behind his hands.

“What’s wrong? You seem distressed.” he smiled, and moved Deceit’s hands down.

“N-Nothing.” Deceit mumbled, and the boy in front of him, sighed, and led Deceit to the side of the hall.

“My name is Emile, would you like me to lead me to your next class?” Emile asked, Deceit, who gladly accepted.

“Y-Yessss” Deceit struggled to tell the truth, and Emile could see that but didn’t push into it.

“Let’s go!” Emile dragged Deceit with him.

“How do you even know where I’m going to be for the next class I haven’t given you my schedule!” Deceit cried, as he was dragged around, Emile’s steel grip crushing his wrist.

“I’m just helping another friend everything’s okay!” Emile placed Deceit in front of a door, and then ran off to his own class. Deceit walked in nervously and his eyes darted around the room, finding Patton shared this class with him, and Patton was talking with Virgil, and three others. So Deceit steered his way to the back of the room so he was far away from everyone. Deceit already had a rough day, and he didn’t feel like making it worse.

“D! Come here!”

Deceit walked over, a frown on his face. He tried to hide behind his hands again, mostly because he felt bad for earlier.

“D. I wanted to introduce you to my friends. Thomas he’s a very spectacular person, Logan, he’s the smarts of the group, and Roman is our idiot of the group, and you’ve already met Patton.” Virgil had a very sheepish smile on his face, almost as if he knew that Patton and Deceit already had a bad start.

“We’ve heard that you are a...Logan what was that word again?”

“Pathological Liar.”

“That! And we would like to help you not do that, or at least get to know you better so we can tell if you’re having a terrible day.” Roman said, probably knowing about the meeting with Patton.

“Oh u-um…okay? What don’t- I mean do you want to know?” Deceit corrected himself, and the others caught it as well. Logan scribbled something down, and seemed agitated already.

“How about where you came from? Virgil told us how you were adopted into his family, and how he really didn’t like how much you lied, but he does say that there are some positives about you!” Patton began to smile.

“Um...I-I do...like the question.” Deceit said softly, Virgil quickly walking over to comfort him, knowing some bits of his past.

“Not the best start up, question...how about your favorite animal? Can you do that?” Virgil asked, his voice was never that soft unless he felt Deceit was in danger.

“Snakes…” Deceit said, everyone looked at each other and softly giggled.

“Figures you have half a snake face!” Roman shouted, Deceit softly giggled as well.

“Alright if we are asking questions along that line...what’s your quirk?” Logan asked, sitting down with his notebook scribbling down everything about Deceit.

“Paralyzing venom….I have to bite people to use it…” Deceit mumbled and Roman was squealing.

“You have such a cool quirk!” Roman chuckled, and then Virgil glared at Deceit.

“Anyways D! Shouldn’t you tell them about your hero outfit?” Virgil sighed, and Deceit scratched the back of his head.

“It’s not ready yet…” Deceit mumbled.

Virgil

Tons of fights between him and deciet

His quirk is reflex which enables him to react faster and soon enhance others

He has a huge trust issue with everyone

Roman and him met when Roman confused him as a villain and punched him in the arm

Virgil forgave Roman but still taunts him with it

Virgil trains with Patton and Roman but normally avoids Logan until Friday when he wants to see how much he's improved

Virgil studies school work with Logan and Emile so they'll do good on test

Virgil is always paranoid when the group hangs out

"Watch out!"

"Virgil it's just a curb sweety."

"How do you know Roman?!"

Virgil is a sucker for sweets

He loves chcolate

Secretly listens to his music so Roman doesn't yell at him that he's an emo edge lord

Sanders Sides BNHA AU

So like I was thinking about this for a while and I now just want to draw for this a lot now. Granted I’ll also be writing the story to go along with it I do want to say my arts not that great and I am still learning! But here’s my HeadCanons for this.

Deciet

Deciet is similar to Bakugou in a sense that he wants to be a hero but is really messed up.

He speaks in lies still.

Him and Virgil are siblings and they have a love hate relationship going on there

Deciets quirk would be like venom that paralyzes his enemy but he flat out has to bite them.

He is bff’s with Roman because well… I’ll get into that later…

He is always making Logan confused with his lies.

He’d ask Remy (sleep) to knock Virgil out so he didn’t need to feel the glare on his back after he did something he shouldn’t have

Would constantly be getting in trouble.

“D…why is Logan paralyzed again?”

“I have no idea…”

He has a love for snakes…

And is a big nerd when it comes to them

Secretly cares for everyone around him

Oh and totally doesn’t know how to swim.

We All Have Bad Days

Summary: Patton has a bad day and Virgil is there to cheer him up.

Word Count: 976

Warnings: N/A (I think does sad Patton count?)

Pairings: Platonic Moxiety, Romantic Logicality

Patton had a terrible day, with all the other sides arguing all throughout the day, and him being unable to control the fighting he just felt altogether useless. Patton wasn’t going to let that ruin his day though, and decided to grin and bear it, which is what led up to him being in his room bawling his eyes out. The day started off with the fighting and constant bickering, but during breakfast he had spilled maple syrup on himself, and he had to take a shower after Deceit, who was known to take all the hot water. So after his cold shower, Patton went to clean around the mind palace, and it was quite the task. He was however not all to happy when Roman fighting with Virgil had managed to trash the common room, that he had finished cleaning first. In a fit of anger, Patton scolded the two and had them clean up their mess. As they did that Patton went onto cooking dinner.

While Patton was cooking Logan had walked in to make coffee, as he needed the caffeine to boost his energy.

“Salutations Patton. If I may ask, what’s for dinner tonight?” Logan asked, Patton turned around and smiled.

“Oh it’s just spaghetti.” Patton said, and Logan nodded leaving with his coffee. Virgil had walked in without Patton hearing him enter. So Patton just began silently crying, Virgil didn’t hear it at first until the soft sniffles became noticeable.

“Patton you okay?” Virgil asked, walking over. Patton jumped and looked at Virgil.

“O-Oh! Kiddo! I didn’t realize you were here.” Patton smiled, and wiped his eyes.

“Why are you crying?” Virgil asked, walking over to Patton. He placed his hand on Patton’s shoulder in an attempt to comfort him.

“I-It’s nothing really.” Patton reasoned, making Virgil roll his eyes.

“I don’t believe that Patton.” Virgil sighed, and looked at the food, then he dragged Patton to his room.

“Okay we have a couple minutes before the food needs to be tended to. So could you please tell me what’s wrong?” Virgil asked, Patton just sat there tears welling up in his eyes again.

“I-I just didn’t w-want to hear y-you all fighting!” Patton cried. Virgil flinched at comment and wanted to panic, but he knew he had to help Patton first.

“Patton I didn’t know we were doing that to you. Why didn’t you tell us?” Virgil asked softly, as to not cause any alarm to the older side.

“I didn’t want to make you guys feel bad.” Patton said, a frown plastered on his face. Virgil led Patton over to the bed, and sat him down.

“You stay here, I’m going to go ask Logan to continue with the food, because we need to talk some more.” Virgil rushed off to tell the logical side about the situation and asked him to inform the others about it so they could help him out later. Once Virgil got back, he sat down next to Patton. Patton was rather quiet for the rest of the ordeal, but Virgil didn’t leave patton.

“Patton...we all care for you too, and we want you to feel happy. We don’t want you to be upset.” Virgil mumbled, Patton looked over at his dark strange son. He saw that Virgil was looking for more words, when he just leaned on Virgil. Patton’s hair just hanging in front of his face, as Virgil adjusted himself so he could give Patton some cuddles. Granted Virgil wasn’t normally this touchy feely, and struggled to not push Patton away.

“I-I just d-don’t want to b-burden you all.” Patton stuttered, Virgil just squeezed Patton a bit tighter.

“You would never make us think any less of you. We want you to be happy.” Virgil said, shifting himself a bit. A knock at the door caught Virgil’s attention and he got up to go and open the door.

“Here’s your food. Roman and I have made an agreement, we are going to make some compromises. We wanted some time alone to work on this. So he suggested that I brought food to you two.” Logan handed Virgil two plates of food, and then placed some water on a desk by the door. Logan waved goodbye and then walked towards the common room.

“Dinner’s here.” Virgil said, placing a plate in front of Patton, who happily grabbed it and began eating.

“Wow! Who made this? It’s really yummy!” Patton said, as he devoured the food. Virgil smiled, and handed Patton a water bottle, while he sat down and ate his own food. The two sat in silence for a bit, none wanting to break the rare peace in the mind palace.

“Want to go and throw water balloons at Roman and Logan?” Patton asked, Virgil nodding as the two of them went and grabbed their water balloons. Virgil had a very evil plan, that was sure to make Patton smile. The two filled their water balloons up, and placed them in a bowl of water. Patton had two water balloons and Virgil did too. They walked out quietly, and when the time was right threw the balloons at their victims. While Logan and Roman yelled about how rude it was to just throw water balloons at them. While they yelled Virgil, took the bowl of water and dumped it on Patton, who froze for a bit, before laughing his butt off. Tears fell from his eyes because of how hard he laughed, and Logan’s face was on fire from just hearing Patton’s adorable laugh.

“Virgil! I’m so glad you’re my son! You’re the best son a dad could ever have.” Patton giggled out, as Virgil crossed his arms and looked away, a very dark blush on his face.

“Whatever.” Virgil grumbled, at least his dad was feeling better and didn’t feel like trash.

Thomas telling the truth

Roman and Janus are close in my book but if I had to choose Janus.

Experiment

Comment/Reblog with your answers to these questions:

Do you think Janus’s nod after Thomas said Roman was his hero was him saying “yes, Thomas is lying” or “yes, Thomas is telling the truth”

If you were to rate the sides from favorite to least favorite, would Roman or Janus be higher up on the scale?
