I agree with this I agree with this but I think their would be more guilt involved then you mentioned! I mean this in the scenario where his girlfriend didnt really DO anything they are just not clicking. Mitsuki and Masaru’s relationship was basically “love at first sight” and “chase after your dreams”, and while I don't think he would openly admit it it would probably be his ideal love story.  So on one part I think he would internally blame himself for the lingering feelings but also be mad that he has attraction to someone else??? why??? why does he fell like this??? this will probably spiral into: did I ever love them in the first place, is this lust or love, im beginning to think i never even loved anybody??? i see him as the type that if he wants to break up he’d do it at his earliest convenience. next day off or if he’s not that serious on his lunch as a phone call he’ll break up with them. (see how i’m saying them because he’s not breaking up with ME(/you lmao)) but yeah type to just break up instead of cheat??? i also can’t imagine him admitting “yeah i’ve cheated once” once he’s with you? doesn’t seem the type to.

i do see him cheating out of spite or being hurt. like if his partner did something really bad or they cheated on him then he’d go cheat. i think that could be possible. but then does that really count if they did it first??
