Most of April consisted of :-
a) crying about global warming and heatwaves
b) frustration because the heat is stopping me from doing anything productive
c) being at the peak of productivity and completing all the assignments
d) being burnt out and not being able to do anything for the rest of the month
e) taking small trips and recovering from tiredness while also falling ill due to heat
honestly, it’s supposed to be spring right now! and it feels like summer near the equators.
I took a small trip to the hill yesterday, perks of living by the cost and the hills i suppose? it really helped me with me being burnt out but hey we all need break sometimes!
I hope to be more productive from now on. Plus this week consist of tests everyday! Hopefully I survive this month and the next.

I've really been struggling to study because I haven't been doing well mentally. I barely sleep so I can't concentrate and I don't have any motivation to do anything.
I really don't want to fail my exams, so tomorrow I'm going to the library in the morning. I also need structure and routine in my life. I graduated from high school 4 years ago (during the pandemic) and I feel like I haven't had a proper routine since.
I know this is going to be hard because I literally haven't studied at all. I do uni online, they give us study materials and that's it. No lectures. You study on your own, you take an exam and that's it.
So I have to study the whole semester in 2 weeks. I might not pass, but at least I'll feel better knowing I tried.
I'm going to try and study a little before bed, I'm also going to prepare some topics I would like to write about on my blog :)
reminder: people who run study blogs, channels, accounts are not productive all the time. they are not motivated 7/24. they also have their ups and downs. they fall behind their programs too. don't let the constant productive posts fool you. we are all human. it's alright to fall down as long as you get back up and keep going.

one thing that so many students forget is that, a win is a win. if you planned on doing english homework but instead you finished your history essay, celebrate that, don’t be upset taht you didn’t sick to your plan, at least you got SOMETHING DONE. a win is a fucking win and don’t let anyone tell you different.
I also recommend to put together a small first aid kit with bandages, band aids, ibuprofen and paracetamol... Things that might come in handy, and if you are like me and eat at school to have a tooth brush and toothpaste.
Notebooks/Binders
Black & blue pen
Pencil
Highligters
Hygiene kit (tissues, deodorant, period products if you menstruate/have friends that do, something in case of headache/allergy/other)
Textbooks
Headphones
Phone charger
seeing all the lovely people on my feed, all these hardworking, motivated individuals who are trying to do better, to do their best, really make my heart happy.
just know that I'm really grateful and hope you get wherever you want <3

my final exams start in a month and it’s sooo scary. they’re from may 20 to june 20…im so nervous!! i just have to keep my motivation up for another 2 months, and then it’ll be all over! 🌸
5hrs on forest today !
My now regular photo dump of kitty induced serotonin before I hide it in the ever growing Pinterest Board from my therapist. Enjoy!
I passed all my exams!! Some grades were less than expected, but I hope next semester is going to be better 🙌❤️
So my best friend and I are planning to live together when we finish studying, the problem? He loves minimalism with very sober decoration but a little bit of funny touch, and I love the most tacky and strange things you can find. So I only can do the curtains and under the condition that he has to see them first. They are going to be by crochet.
It's hard finding a balance but somehow we are doing it.
For reference, this is a gag photo I sent him.
It might be amazing for some people but for my best friend and I is not that amazing.
