my fic isn't a slowburn bc i enjoyed writing shouto beign hopelessly in love with izuku to do so

consider: he doesn’t care and just calls him kacchan even during interviews to the point some people think ‘kacchan’ is bakugou’s hero name

and then there’s unofficial merch with just 💥KACCHAN💥 written in bold letters with the dynamight aesthetic

obviously kaminari sees it and buys one for each ex-class 1-A student (+ aizawa probably), and they organize themselves to wear them all at the next class reunion

bakugou hates this (he’s going to make shirt with the dumb nicknames he gives to his classmates [think a very cool shouto shirt except it’s written ❄️ICYHOT🔥 instead])

one thing that will forever annoy me tho is that tomura couldn’t really interact with the league ever since the end of mva. compress being gone by the end of the plw… did tomura even know jin died did he know about the touya reveal (ig he did he saw the white hair but idk)

they loved each other so much. they deserved to talk one last time together… i know touya and toga got that but they all deserved it, together

he would either use that as a teaching opportunity (like teach his students to not be irresponsible, or how to quickly analyze quirks) or avoid those questions like the PLAGUE

meanwhile aizawa is watching him struggling from afar and refuses to help him, something about “having problem child deal with the consequences of his actions”

i like to imagine that somehow the true events of the hosu incident got leaked to the public causing a lot of controversy for shouto and tenyas hero careers

meanwhile izuku is in his classroom just being asked if stains tongue was really that freaky in person by his students

i feel like to him it was hilarious how absolutely no one could figure out that he was Touya and that’s why he’s being so obvious about it

also the concept of dabi name dropping touya around the league is hilarious

sends his mother rindou flowers to the hospital, signed with his name, and she assumes it's Enji who is losing it this time, but she guesses she can appreciate the thoughtful gift from her regretful husband (?)

he runs into Natsuo at the store one day and instead of running to the exit he makes sure to brush shoulders with his and take off his hood, pushing up his dyed hair so that the white roots stand out more and goes: 'Fancy meeting you here, Todoroki Natsuo'.

'??????'

then Fuyumi and Natsuo are shocked by his broadcast not because never in their wildest dreams did they imagine their older brother alive but because they were convinced they hallucinated the League of Villain's Dabi actually being their deceased older brother Touya and now they aren't sure what to think about the audacity this fucker had to approach them like that and leave without elaborating.

but with the League? can't torture his backstory out of him. he name-dropped Todoroki Touya at least 7 times around them.
