This has been my WIP over the last few days. My friend, the fabulous @brimalaspino , has done beautiful Mehndi work and she inspired me to try doing a mandala for my #bulletjournal * The mandala was drawn with a #sakuramicron pen and, accented with gold foil #washitape , and then colored with #watercolorpencils * Since I didn't want to cover up and mar all the intricate work I had just done, I used thin vellum to create my weekly spread overlay. The contracting crew came back today to install our new vanity. Everything was going well, the guys were ready to install the faucet and...it didn't fit. I bought the wrong size faucet because, y'know, vanity sink needs vanity faucet. Nope. I now have to go back to Lowe's or Home Depot and buy a new 8" long, 3 hole configuation faucet for a vanity sink. 😐 The good news is that there's other stuff they're working on, so the day isn't a total bust! #homedepot #lowes #homerenovationissues
