i need to be asleep but i was gripped by the sudden need to refine an old velrisa design idea

leitmotifs never get old to me like holy shit dude there’s this melody that corresponds to this one guy and if you hear the melody it means the guy is there. holy shit. and sometimes it refers to ideas too not just guys. has anyone heard about this

the problem with getting better at writing is all the passion of all my old products is getting choked to death by the fact that i can’t bear to reread the segments i wrote as a fifteen year old jackass. but i also refuse to rewrite the 40-60k words that constitute the entire gxddamn half-baked plot.
