Shazam: [First time meeting the league] oh my god this is so cool!! Tell me everything! What are all of your powers?! I mean, I know Superman is like, indestructible and can fly, and Wonder Woman is super strong and invincible, and Aquaman can talk to fish-
Aquaman: That's not-
Shazam: -and Green Lantern can create stuff, and Flash is super fast, and Batman has super strength too-
Superman: Actually, Batman doesn't have powers.
Shazam:
Shazam: Yeah he does. He's a superhero.
Flash: Nope. He's just a regular dude in a bat costume.
Wonder Woman: He's very competent though.
Wonder Woman: [quietly] compared to certain other heroes at least
Green Lantern: [offended] Hey!
Shazam: But- But how does he fight bad guys?
Flash: He punches them with his human fists and then blows them up with expensive weaponry
Shazam: That's insane! How is he not DEAD?!
Green Lantern: That's what we keep asking ourselves
Shazam: But how does he get to the bad guys if he can’t fly and doesn't have super speed?
Aquaman: Well, sometimes he catches a ride with someone else
Shazam: ...are you telling me Batman piggy back rides into battle?
Green Lantern: [straight faced] It's the only way he rides.
Shazam: Wait, what about Robin? His side kick? He has powers right?
Superman: uh, no not really.
Shazam:
Green Lantern: Only one of the Gothamites have superpowers
Shazam: Wait, you let normal children fight villains?
Superman: WE don't.
Shazam: So you, a league of superheroes, can't stop ONE powerless human from letting kids fight mutant supermonsters?
The League:
Superman: Look, he's very convincing.
Aquaman: Incredibly persuasive
Green Lantern: There was a power point presentation involved
@tardigradetheking I got you 😌
In Impulse, Issue #50 “First Fools”, Bart helps Batman on a Joker hostage case while trying to prank Robin on his first ever April Fools day.
Impulse, Issue #48 “when is a Riddle not a riddle”, Bart Allen has to save his mentor Max after being kidnapped by the riddler, who hid bombs around the city revealed only with riddles— too bad Riddler didn’t know Bart doesn’t follow the rules.
Teen Titans, #2 (2003), Bart got shot by A Jericho possessed Deathstroke, facing him off after multiple random attacks and when he first dawns the title “kid Flash”
Deathstroke #40, Impulse works with Deathstroke and multiple other heroes and anti heroes to defeat a common enemy.
In the Series Titans of Tomorrow, Bart Allen and Rose Wilson are in a steady relationship, that I still love to this day.
In Red Robin #12, Tim teams up with Bart and asks him to save Selina Kyle, The Catwoman, from League of Assassin soldiers that snuck into her house while she was asleep.
And this one isn’t with a Gotham Rogue, but it’s funny and relevant. In Young Justice #10 (1998), Bart hits his head so hard that for almost the entire comic, he believes he’s Batman!
Batman has a secret interrogation method specifically for Joker and Riddler and it’s called “Bart”. It’s super effective.
OKay but what if Owen was born first? What if when Digger got sent through time, he didn't go so far and he met Meloni BEFORE she and Don fell in love? What if Owen was raised by Meloni? And Don was his step dad? And when Bart was born, and Don was killed, the same lab that had Bart in the VR simulation kept Owen captive. And when Iris broke Bart out, she got both of them? And while she told Bart about his Thawne/Allen lineage, and about his Grandpa Barry, she also told Owen about his father, his real father? What if they were sent back in time together, and Owen protected his little brother? He tells Bart stories about the father he never got the chance to meet, and things about their mother Bart didn't get the chance to know. That when Max took Bart in, he went to find Digger? What if They already knew each other, and Bart was Impulse and Owen was Captain Boomerang Jr? That Bart never fought the Rogues and refused to bring any of them in because of it, and Owen may help rob banks and pull heists, but he wouldn't lay a hand on them Flashers. Those are Family. That every time he and Bart see each other, it's just a nice brother reunion and catching up.
And then Thad comes along and Owen being a big dumb himbo boy, goes ":0 Bart NEW BROTHER :D" and adopts the kid on the spot. Thad, never having a place ever or any kind of positive connection in his thousand years of life just accepting defeat, cause “maybe this orangutang wasn't so bad, unlike my counterpart”. And Owen was like their glue that kept them from killing each other until they established an unbreakable bond. Digger adopted all of them with Max as the co-parent and now they're just a happy family.

Bart: Collecting charity money for the Justice League Ball?
Wally: We don't have Balls.
Bart: I honestly have no response to that.
Same tho👌👌 I'm always hit with them Hamilton existential crisis'
“what do you think about when you daydream or get distracted?”
nothing. my head is just a running loop of the hamilton original cast recording
I think of Bernard dealing with his boyfriend revealing being RED ROBIN and what the interaction with superboy and impulse would be like.
Bernard: I can't believe my boyfriend date SUPERBOY like in "THE SUPERBOY"
Kon: Oh no, we didnt date or something like that, we are just friends. *Insert shy smile of Adonis in leather jacket and sunglasses*
Bernard:Ouh... WHA... HE DIDN'T DATE YOU?! WHY?! HOW YOU MISSED THE OPPORTUNITY TO DATE THE BOY OF STEEL TIMOTHY!?!?!?
Tim: We were friends and are in the same team, it would have been weird. I wasn't out and I didn't have much interest in dating someone. And I'm with you now so it doesn't ma-
Bernard: If we break up, will you date him?
Tim:...?
Kon who doesn't get Tim's boyfriend's thoughts: You don't have to worry about me I'm not trying to steal your boyfriend , I would not date my friends, much less our leader.
Bernard: Would you date us?
Tim:!!!
Kon:What-
Bart that he was there the whole time but was entertaining with the show: Can i get into the equation?
Bernad: SURE THI-
Tim and Kon thinking of the things that could happen if these two get together:NO!!! PLEASE NO!
Okay but look, I think Bart might have DID (Dissociative identity Disorder) and here’s why:
Bart obviously has a lot of trauma, a lot more than a normal teenager should, even for superheroes, and it isn’t a competition, but a lot more than all his teammates (Tim, Kon, Cassie, etc.). He hides everything about him being upset about his past and trauma behind his fun persona that he named “impulse”. He may not have made the hero name but he made its personality.
There are a lot of moments where it’s him being super positive about a really negative situation, and we know he knows it. He realises it’s a delicate situation but he still smiles. I think he has a personality that physically doesn’t let him think badly about a situation that was created by his PTSD. GuyS
Getting flashbacks to when Bart stole a car and drove it off a cliff
And another Bart doodle suggestion would be; Wally trying to teach Bart (16 years old) how to drive with all the shenanigans that this implies.
Jay: 😈🔪💥Murder💥
Bart: 🥰💕✨Murder✨
Lucifer: Do you want to hear something that's going to ruin your day?
Azazel: What?
Lucifer: If we took all familial relationships seriously, Jack would be your brother and your grandson. Which makes Jack Sam's uncle and my great-grandson as well as my biological child.
Azazel: Honestly, I thought I was the creepiest villain but you're really winning that position right now.
Lucifer: Thanks
