If the turtles are bored, they’ll watch a soap opera.
Donnie would critique and laugh at the logic of the plot.
Leo wouldn’t care at first, but somehow gets invested in one character.
Raph would get upset when the bad guys win, and cry during a sad moment.
Mikey would root for his favorite good characters, and have his eyes covers during sex scenes by his brothers.
Their favorites would be Days of Our Lives and Young & the Restless.
I finally was able to write this post. Sorry if it’s a little scattered.
If you have any feedback, please write them down. I would really like to have you guys’ opinions on this.
Thank you to anyone who likes and responds! 😁💕

So, Beakley will be working for S.H.U.S.H extensively. She was married and had a child, but the relationships have soured. Her daughter and Beakley had a rough and distant relationship. Her daughter-I'll call her Rose- decided to join F.O.W.L as revenge against her mother. This broke Beakley's heart. Ten years before the show started, Rose was selected for a project called Project April. Alongside Scrooge's, Rose's DNA was used to create Webby. Rose instantly loved Webby and wanted to be a good mother. She decided to betray F.O.W.L. after she learned their plan to use the child. Rose called Beakley and told her to come stop F.O.W.L but was killed before she could tell the reason. Beakley tracks down the call signal to destroy F.O.W.L and save her daughter. She found her daughter's dead body and was willing to do anything to get revenge-even die. Before she could, Beakley found Webby and took her in, not knowing she was her biological granddaughter.
For the finale, all what happened to Webby would happen up until the interrogation. Bradford would show up and still offer telling her the truth if she helped. He revealed that he let Beakley take Webby because she was a failed experiment. The topic of Rose will come up bringing up how much she loved Webby and died for her. Webby would want to know what experiment she was made for, but Bradford told her she has to do something for him first. Webby steps into the room and the contract shows up; she takes it and desperately asked again. Bradford takes the paper and says, "You were made and abandoned for this. As a child, you failed me but now you helped me bring Scrooge's downfall. He locks her up. The reveal and the final "battle" occurs without change. Then, near the end of the episode, Webby and Scrooge talk about what happened, and she says, "Bradford said I was left behind because the contract didn't appear. What changed then?" Scrooge sweetly responds, "I don't know, but since rescuing Beakley together back then, I've seen you as family." Webby smiles and says, "Me too." This leave an open question on whether the experiment worked or was it the power of found family. Webby tells Beakley about what Bradford said and Beakley begins to cry out of knowing that, in some way, she didn’t let her daughter down

My Thoughts on How Barbara Became Oracle.
I’ve seen people talk about this change and I wanted to join in since I have some thoughts too.
For the most part, I’m okay with the change the writers did. Young Justice is one of many DC universes so anything can happen. I applaud the writers for trying something new.
Though, I still have some problems with the change. It was pretty weird that Barbara automatically assumed Orphan never killed anyone before they met. I think the writers were trying to outright tell us that Cassandra’s story is widely different. I also would’ve preferred if Orphan made that decision not to kill or killing is bad on her own like what happened when she and her mother fought in episode 8.
I read Cassandra’s comic origins on her Wikipedia page and prefer how she decided to be a hero than YJ’s version.
Incase anyone is wondering about my thoughts on how Barbara became Oracle in the Killing Joke, I’m okay with this version. There are many people who said they didn’t like it because they believe Barbara was a consequence of Joker wanting to drive Gordon crazy. I can see where they are coming from but that was not my perspective.
From how I see it, what happened to Barbara was a devastating way to show the audience that heroes can face as much pain and tragedy in their civilian lives as them being superheroes. And that terrible things can indirectly happen to you.
I hope you liked my rant! Thanks for reading!
I saw your tmnt unpopular opinions post when scrolling through the rottmnt tag, and as someone who grew up with 2003 and will adore it to the end of my days---- YEA it should have ended after season 4. SAINW should have definitely had more time/build up/repercussions but as it is now still sticks with me 2012 April is such a victim of the writing. When I was younger I thought I just didn't like her iteration but she really isn't that bad. Just not written well so much wasted potential
This is really just a fun fact that i didn't learn about until I was older: In the original original comics of tmnt, april was not white. She was black or mixed. I'm not sure where/when the change happened but it is what it is
I really hope you don't get harassed for your opinions, have a great weekend!
Hi anon! Thank you for reply and I’m glad to know that there is someone who understands my pov of 2012 April. Unfortunately, her character is constantly criticized, and some of her fans get harassed.
I’ve heard of that fact about og comics April. I’m also curious to know why there was a change.
Fortunately, I haven’t been harassed for my opinions. The fandom does have some toxicity problems but-as far as what I’ve seen- it isn’t as bad as other fandoms.
I also hope you have a great weekend! 😁
The memories Raph lost during the Mutant Apocalypse are associated by bad or traumatic moments in his life.
I was rewatching Mutant Apocalypse and kind of noticed something. In the beginning, we see that Raph remembers his brothers but not Splinter. Same with Chompy and most likely Mona.
I think after witnessing the Mutagen bomb, his brain was so tired of the mental trauma that it sort of did a reboot. But, only the good memories stayed. Like deleting files in your computer.
Splinter was one of them because his death affected Raph then actually expressed. He saw his dad get killed and couldn’t save him. I think a part of him just wanted to forget.
Chompy and Mona got erased because they are sort of associated with space. Season 4 was not a great place mentally for the characters. Along with everyone, he had this weight on his shoulders to save the Earth, most importantly his loved ones. Plus, Raph constantly stated that he hated space and would get sick.
But, his love for Chompy was so strong, Raph remembered him at first glance.
What do you guys think? 😊❤️
Every Mentor/Mentee Relationship Ranked (Most to Least Fav)
1. All Might & Deku: They are one of the main relationships in MHA. I love that their dynamic is also a father-son one. My favorite moment is when All Might made Izuku a bento for him.
2. Hawks & Tokoyami: Their relationship was so interesting because their attitudes are different but mesh so well. I really liked that Tokoyami’s power grew when mentored by Hawks. Also, Tokoyami cried the first time when Hawks was grievously hurt and his spy status was revealed.
3. Gran Torino & Deku: I like their dynamic and Gran Torino helped Izuku level up his power. Deku incorporating Torino’s scarf was sweet but would’ve been better if the latter died (still shocked he didn’t die from Shigaraki’s attack).
4. Fat Gum, Kirishima, & Amajiki: Fat Gum’s jovial personality matches well with Kirishima while his supportive trait helped Amajiki grow. Fat Gum is also a fun character and he’s one of my favorite pro heroes.
5. Aizawa & Shinso: I was so happy that Shinso got a chance to try out the Hero Course. Aizawa giving Shinso a replica of his signature scarf and teaching him to be stealthy was great and upgraded Shinso’s hero potential. I wish they had more moments together.
6. Best Jeanist & Bakugo: I didn’t really care about this mentor/mentee relationship until it was implied that Bakugo wanted to wait and tell Jeanist his hero name first. Afterwards, I grew to really like it.
7. Sir Nighteye & Mirio: I liked how much they cared about each other. I teared up when Mirio cried after Nighteye’s goodbye and death. I think it would’ve been higher on the list if Nighteye didn’t die so soon.
8. Endeavor, Deku, Bakugo, & Shoto: I think I would’ve liked this group if more time was dedicated to the training. Shoto got better, but I don’t think Deku and Bakugo progressed that much compared to Todoroki.
9. Selkie & Tsuyu: Selkie’s a fun character and was a good mentor to Tsuyu. His louder personality and Tsuyu’s calmer one worked well. I liked the episodes he was in.
10. Ryuku, Uraraka, Tsuyu & Nejire: I like all these characters and their personalities meshed well. Ryuku seemed like a good mentor and hero but her character wasn’t that interesting.
11. Uraraka & Gunhead: Gunhead’s martial arts helped Uraraka throughout the series, but there is only one moment where their dynamic was shown. Gunhead seems like a nice guy though.
12. Midnight & Mina: I had no idea Midnight was Mina’s mentor until her death. I never really cared for Midnight so I was more angry with how her death was written than her actual death. I’m glad it led to Mina being a bit more prominent at least.
13. Uwabami, Momo, & Kendo: I was disappointed that Momo’s mentorship was this. I really wanted to see her potential grow, but all she did was the commercial. I didn’t care for the pro-hero and had to search up her name. The only good thing from this sequence is Momo and Kendo’s friendship. I understand that it wasn’t meant to show Stain’s point, but I’m disappointed that Momo didn’t progress like the other characters.
14. Manual & Iida: Manual was a nice guy and got along well with Iida.
Since there are rumors of the DW reboot coming(haven’t seen any recent articles if it’s confirmed), I’m wondering how the Fearsome Five will come to play if the creators continue with the ‘17 universe. I know Negaduck is around, but the Fearsome Four got sucked back into their dimension.
I’ve seen some theories around YouTube and Tumblr, here are the summaries:
1. Jim Starling/Negaduck is going to get the actors who played the Fearsome Four to join him.
2. Negaduck will bring the Fearsome Four back from their dimension.
3. New characters from the ‘17 universe will become the Fearsome Four and join Negaduck.
I think there are more but these theories stood out to me. My favorite one might be the first one because of how interesting it would be. Though, I think the third one would be best since every DW should have something new, like Negaduck. Plus, the change can give this version of Drake more personal enemies.
Comment your favorite theory or one you have. 😁❤️
After rewatching the show and focusing more on the character(mostly Aziraphale and Crowley) instead of the plot. I realized that Aziraphale and Crowley switched jobs that they would presumably do much better. Angels are usually perceived as kind, loving, and nurturing so it would be assumed that Aziraphale would do well taking care of a child. While Crowley, whose hobby is taking care of plants, would work well as the gardener. That made me wonder why their roles were switched. Maybe Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett thought it would be a funny thing to write or if there was something deeper.
Personally, I think Crowley made the decision to be the nanny because he had a natural connection with kids. Compared to most demons, Crowley is more mischievous with his work, similar to children that play pranks. I also headcanon that Crowley has unresolved trauma from his Fall because he saw God as a parent. This further convinces me of my opinion. Maybe Crowley sees himself in children- innocent and curious who are susceptible to “bad crowds” and suffering. With Aziraphale, I think he likes kids but would feel uncomfortable taking care of them because he seems to prefer being on his own reading books or enjoying a meal with Crowley. Plus, taking care of plants would be easier since he can miracle them to be healthy if he messes up.
-Casey is a good mechanic because one of his jobs is working in a repair shop.
-His mom died in a brutal robbery.
-He blames himself since she was picking him up.
-As a kid, he was afraid of the dark.
-The reasons why Casey is doing bad in school is because of working multiple jobs and having dyscalculia.
-Has some sense of emotional intelligence.
-He doesn’t like sharing about his home life and past.
-OG Dragon Ball & Sailor Moon was his bad experience with dubbed anime.
-He had a crush on Marie Philip Roulin- an ice hockey player- and Ronda Rousey.
-Although Casey can be a womanizer, once he gets serious he’ll be a great boyfriend.
-Is a big fan of Eminem.
-Would definitely dress up as Jason Voorhees for Halloween.
-The person he cares about most is his little sister.
I’ve been trying to remember this anime I watched. I only saw the opening and never got the chance to see the whole thing but I want to now. It’s not super famous.
Here’s all I remember from the opening:
1. The song was really upbeat.
2. In the end, a dark-haired(maybe purple) girl sees a pink-haired girl sitting in those tubes you see in the playground. Then they starting running through a field together without shoes. They may be holding their them.
3. The setting kind of goes gloomy and sad near the middle of the opening. I believe there was a boy and girl with instruments- a piano and violin respectively.
4. There was a large group of people with white hoods.
5. Near the end of the opening there was a small person- maybe there were kid- standing back-to-back with a extremely big person.
6. I kind of remember a guy maniacally laughing
Thanks to anyone who knows and comments. 😁💕
Most people say Mako didn’t get development at all. I kind of disagree.
When we first meet Mako, he’s a standoffish loner who believed that getting money to protect his brother was his only job. Mako never had his own life because of these worries. By the end of LOK, he’s more open, kind, and gets to do what he wants- be a detective. Mako is free to be a bit selfish and not worry about his brother as much as before. He doesn’t need to be some kind of parent.
I think the reason why people kind of forget about this is because Mako’s development kind of matches his personality. He’s quiet and isn’t one to stand out like the others.
I feel like he is kind of the Toph of the gang. Tbh, I found Toph’s development to be Mako’s-not as in your face. Toph kind of stays the same except becomes more open. It was more of her skills that gained development.
I understand why people say Mako has bad development because of the romance debacle. That plot point messed up some progress in the show.
Thoughts? 😊❤️
