This painting marks one of my early experiments with adding primary colors in a captivatingly abstract way to my art. The vibrant hues blur the line between realism and abstraction, all while reflecting the essence of the station's structure. And ill be honest, I wanted to add the primary colours because I like them🥳😌

The study sketches and preliminary line work down on the chalkboard. Having fun with chalk as a medium, a little messy and hard to control but it should have interesting results.

Haven't worked with chalk before so when I was presented with the opportunity I thought it would be a fun challenge and a way to go outside of the medium that I'm comfortable with.

One of the painting studies that I showed at TOAF earlier this month. Just wanted to say congrats to the IG@torontooutdoorart team for putting on such a great in person show and keeping everyone safe.
