I've been anorexic, as in starving myself and crazy exercising, but my current approach is just to move more and eat under the deficit (much healthier!).
I've gained a bit of weight since I just allowed myself to be happy, but I wanna bring it back down again. ik u can't control mental illnesses, but I'm trying.
