Angel looks like a hot mess rn, probably the worst he’s looked that we’ve seen him

His clothes are messed up, eye bruised, hair a mess, blood splattered all over him and we just saw him light up a bunch of fuckers

this is him raw and real

He is very aware he looks anything BUT attractive rn

And Husk goes “wow… this the real you? Please be you more often, I like real you”

I’m sorry but if a guy while I was looking like absolute trash essentially says “wow, this version of you is beautiful” like Husk did to Angel?

a Smaller Hyacinth dealing with a flareup because I realize I don’t do a lot of art with him struggling w chronic pain despite bringing it up a bunch, and a little comparison of the differences between him and his ortet I did afterwards

I think that given the nature of his condition (unfinished and fragile nerve endings/tendons) it’d be similar to the pain of multiple sclerosis…

Spoilers for Watching and Dreaming!

After my fifth rewatch of this episode, I noticed a detail that maybe made me cry. Just a bit. As we all know at the start of the episode Luz, King, and Eda are all stuck in their worst nightmares due to the Collector. The one I want to focus on is Luz's dream.

Now I could rant a ton about this, the details the emotion, but I'll keep this to a minimum. Luz finds Amity first, and Amity starts to try and attack. Luz runs off and ends up with Willow, who is also aggressive and threatening. Then Gus, who passive aggressively attacks her. Then there is Hunter. Now this one is different. Hunter is simply broke down. But the main thing is when the rest of the group, Gus Willow and Amity, start to attack, Hunter does nothing. He simply stays crouched down on the floor, crying.

After thinking about it this means so much more than just he is simply sad. Luz's worst nightmares for each of her friends are exactly as the nightmare goes. She is afraid Amity, Gus, and Willow will feel betrayed and turn and fight against her. But with Hunter, she may be afraid of this, but she is more scared that he will break down, stop fighting. Luz is more scared that her brother will finally snap, than for him to attack her. Literally sobbing help 😭
