Made a MHA OC!

Since I'm already consumed by the Kacchako ship, I might as well go all in and create my own character for the franchise as well. I basically wanted to create a character that's the polar opposite of Bakugo that he would hate. lol I had a lot of fun making her and figuring her out as a character. Her hero name turned out to be harder to think of than expected. I wanted to make a hero name that was a pun on her surname like some hero names are. However it was so hard to to find a hero name that not only sounded like I could make a pun on her surname but is also the Romaji translation of an English word AND makes sense for her quirk. I stuck with Powder Puff because that's basically the name meaning of the kanji for Konasui and her look is inspired by the Power Puff Girls so I might as well embrace. Anyway here's some more details about my OC since I couldn't fit it in the main file. Birthplace: Kobayashi, Miyazaki Prefecture Favorite Things: Chocolate covered cream puffs, strawberry shortcake, sherbet, boba tea, shoujo manga, anime, onsens, and botanical gardens. Age: 24 as of chapter 430-431. Given how short she is, I don't know how different her proportions would have been in high school? I don't think much would change. Though given she doesn't become a sidekick in the traditional sense (no fancy hero high school for her), I didn't really have her teen appearance in mind when creating her. Occupation: Sidekick to Wash Agency after Rikido Sato. Anyway, that's about all I can think of to talk about for this character, let me know if your curious about her in anyway. I hope to give her more outfits in the future later so I can show her out of her uniform. I’m just as confused as you are Shorty! The battle of the sexes angle always made me scratch my head figuratively. I mean technically it was three episodes with “Helga’s Makeover”, The Harold vs.Patty episode and “Ghost Bride”. Other than those three episodes, gender isn’t that big of an issue like it was on Jimmy Neutron for example.

I’m positive that Craig mentioned it at one point in an interview what it was a reference to, but I can’t remember what the gosh darn reference is! All I can remember is something about Craig mentioning it was a reference to something and how he wanted to twist it around to have a more chill approach because that’s who Arnold is. I wish I could be more helpful.

Does anyone have any earthly idea why the HEY ARNOLD! opening sequence is… like That?

For context, on the Hey Arnold Amino, I was in a private chat with some people and I wanted to show a rough sketch of what I wanted Debora to look like with formal hair. Then somebody asked what dress I would have her wear and then I did a quick sketch of what I had in mind before I even finished the hair. After I finished finalizing both rough sketches, I was satisfied with what I had, at least until I can color it in. However, Leskuh dropped by and decided to make her own aggie.io sketch of my rough design because she thought it was cute. As usual, I was okay with this because how can I say no to surprise free art of my fan characters? Leskuh lent me the .psd file afterward so I could decide on what colors I wanted. So yeah, lineart is definitely Leskuh’s, but I colored it. I wanted to show this as a preview to what I have planned for her formal look whenever I get around to doing my own outfit lineup for the character.

Tbh, it's probably not going to be that dumpy. I'm saving all that for the ship questions post I'm going to do eventually, sorry. XD

I'll still provide context though, just the bare minimum because I plan to talk about this story lore later. Anyway, this scene is simply Willow letting go of her fear of standing out by doing an arm wave to signal that he's free to hip-hop up their waltz. Flips is very happy about this and will take the lead for their future hip-hop waltz fusion.

The idea was based on this song.

I loved how it combined hip hop elements and classical elements together into something catchy. It's something Flips and Willow would both enjoy together. Though it leans more classical because I can't help it I just like this version better than the og one. lol This video was also an inspiration behind the commission.

Though warning, if you don't want to hear a song that is very sexual in nature, skip this video.

This is very poor quality but the dancing is good from what little I could see of it. Anyway, now I'm off to work on the ship questions post for Low-Fli where the real meat and bones of this context will be.

Lookie here, more lovely art by @drawthething ! I really love how DT draws Willow based on the last commission with her in it, so I asked for more. :3 I'm responsible for all the dialogue. It's just so much fun making dialogue for these two. I don't know if any of this dialogue would be canon if I ever end up making a fanfic with them involved, but they were fun regardless. Even though WIllow will never be canon in Bob's Burgers, she's canon in heart! Just as long they never show Tina and Katie's art teacher, she's canon to me. XD If that happens, I don't know maybe I'll rework her as an oc for an original series. I really do love this character design concept. Anyway, enough rambling.
