So I've been thinking back to when I went to therapy a while ago, and while it was great for giving me perspective about how it's okay to feel like shit with all the things you're going through (and how the therapists were honestly surprised i wasn't doing worse) in the long run I think it made my depression far worse. It started the trend of me trying to look at all my problems subjectively. I kinda miss being ignorant cause it turns out most of my issues are things I can't even affect if I wanted to and life kinda sucks...
And I have like over 10 individual cup ramens in the pantry plus the whole basic 12 pack thing...
Today is a sad day… Even though I’ve been exercising far more than I used to (like from none to at least 3 hours of DDR per day) and eating healthier (other than ramen) I feel fat. Like I’ve been doing the DDR for like a week and eating healthy for like 3 days plus on top of the healthy food a bowl of ramen as a treat with dinner… Like the only thing that could be making me feel bloated is the ramen. I know having ramen every day is not healthy. I know ramen a not healthy. But if everything else is better I should at least feel the same. Ramen why.
