He's honestly too busy and caught up in his own lab work to be watching movies with you, but the one rare time when he's free is when you decide to put on a romance movie.

Once you mention the title, he immediately recognizes it. Not that he's watched it himself, but because he sometimes hears Sucrose gush about them. Despite being aware of the genre, he doesn't tell you to pick another.

Surprisingly enough, romantic movies just flip a switch in his brain. The lovey-dovey scenes specifically turn him into a different person. With the way he sees it, it actually helps him understand relationships... Or at least that's what he thought relationships should be like. You admit that it's a little bit embarrassing on your end when he tries to imitate what he sees on you.

"Albedo! You came." You exclaimed happily as you pulled him into an embrace before you moved aside to let him enter your humble abode. He chuckled as he removed his shoes by the door.

"Of course, I said I would after all. Did you think I wouldn't?" He asked, looking up at you as he untied his shoe laces and slipped on the guest slippers you often let him borrow. You laughed awkwardly as you rubbed the back of your neck.

"Hm, I suppose a little bit." Admitting, you feel his arm lock into yours. Your eyes widen at his gesture slightly from shock. Albedo wasn't the type to be affectionate with you in public - or in general, so for him to wrap his arm around yours warmly was... different. Not that you hated it, in fact, you could let him be this close to you all day long.

"It's a pity that you have no faith in me." He jokes, or at least tries to. His tone of voice whenever he was being sarcastic never changed, it was always the same old airy, serious voice. Upon hearing this, you to frown at him, squeezing his arm in yours.

"I never said that! It's just that you have work and --"

"It's all right, I get it. I was kidding." His eyes lock into yours as he chuckles again at your pouting expression. Albedo was kidding again? What a rare sight. How could he have gotten in such this mood. "All right, let's watch that movie then shall we?"

Once you two make it to your bedroom, you stumble to turn on the TV as you shove the tape in the player. Leaning against the side of the bed, the two of you sat comfortably on the floor as you pulled the covers over your laps. For some reason, Albedo decided now was a good time to be reserved with his already scarce affections, so you took it upon yourself to be the one to initiate it.

As the movie began to play, you press your back to his chest, taking his hands into yours and pulling it to wrap around you. He didn't protest against your actions, he simply let it happen. He'd usually sport a poker face, but if he was being honest with himself, his heart was exploding in his chest. A feeling he couldn't describe.

Halfway through the movie, the two main leads were finally about to kiss after pining for about the entire first hour of the movie. It felt familiar. As one of them pushed the other onto the bed, you felt the tension build up in your stomach. Tilting your head to look at your lover from where you were against his chest, he was as unreactive as ever. Not a single hint of blush on his face. His eyes stayed fixated blankly on the screen as the two characters deepened their kiss.

He notices your consistent gaze at him, and his eyes meet yours, seeing a confused expression on your face.

"Is something wrong?" He asked. A hand brushes through your hair gently like it belonged there.

"It's nothing..." You mutter before you look away, disappointedly. You couldn't deny how you somewhat hoped for him to have the littlest bit of red on his cheeks. It was cute after all, something you could use against him. He blinked at you absentmindedly before he shrugs and turns to pay attention to the movie again. Archons, Albedo was both a confused and confused guy.

Soon enough, the credits were rolling, and you released yourself from Albedo's arms, much to his own disappointment but he didn't show it. He watched as you stood up from your cramped position on the floor, and stretched your arms up in the air.

"That was a lot more boring than I expected." You say through a yawn, followed by the sound of your knuckles and joints cracking as you stretch. He remains silent for a few moments before he stands up from the floor as well.

"I enjoyed it." He says plainly. A brow raises at his words. "You did now?"

"Yes."

"Didn't think you'd be into it of all people," The slightest change of expression was something you noticed on his face. You ask, "And why is that?"

He turns away from your face without a word as silence filled the room. It wasn't an awkward kind of silence, sometimes choosing to not say anything was Albedo's go-to response and you had grown used to it. You understood how hard it was for him to vocalize his feelings anyway. You sigh, leaning down to pick up the covers, but before you're able to put them away, a hand comes to grab your wrist tightly.

Your eyes shoot up to look at your lover, confused. Your ears begin to heat up as his gaze meets yours.

"What is it?" He doesn't let go, instead, he gently pushes your chest, causing you to fall back first into your bed. A shocked gasp escapes you as you Albedo's hands plant themselves on either side of your head, hover on top of you.

Instantly, you knew what he was doing. He was doing it again. Whenever he saw something couples would do, he'd try to copy it in hopes of understanding what would please you. As much as you loved how hard he tried, you couldn't help but find it a tiny bit funny.

Slowly, he leaned in and pressed a soft kiss to your lips. A smile tugs at the ends of your lips as he quickly pulls away. A mad blush tinted your face as his empty eyes stared into yours.

"Hm, how was that? Was it like the movie?" He asked. You blinked at him before breaking into a giggle.

It'll take so many tries and lots of almond tofu to get this man to watch a movie with you. As much as he loved - but never outwardly admitted it - to spend time with you, he just knew you were setting him up for a great amount of teasing when you recommended a romantic movie.

Much to your surprise, he didn't decline your movie night offer. Maybe he actually wanted to watch one with you... Well, it was painfully obvious that he did. The way his cheeks would brighten up when you suggested to watch one with him, and how he would try so hard to fight his somewhat embarrassed reaction.

When the movie finally started playing, he soon realized how much he absolutely dreaded the kissing scenes. He'd try so hard to keep a straight face, but the blush on his face proved otherwise. Whenever you'd point out how flustered he was getting, he'd try to play it off by criticizing how humans can't live without another. How weak they were without the other.

"Remind me again why I agreed to do this." He groaned at you as you pulled his arm, dragging him to your bedroom. As he entered, the TV was on, and the show was already rolling. Attempting to speak again, his mouth was immediately met with your finger, effectively shushing him into silence.

"Shhh. It's starting." You hum before he pushes your hand away from his mouth. The feeling of your touch lingered on his lips until you sat on the bed in front of the screen. He let out another complaining groan as he bent his knees to sit beside you. Suddenly, pulled him into your chest, cushioning his head with your torso. With a shocked yelp, he looked up at you with furrowed brows. The tips of his ears burning at your actions.

"What's with you?" He asked, grumbling as he tried to cover his face with his hand. You giggled as a reaction before you pat the top of his head softly.

"Hm, getting shy now are we?" You chirp, watching the way he continues to glare at you, flustered. "You can enjoy it, y'know?"

He doesn't bother trying to argue with you, instead he surrenders into your arms and his eyes wander back to the screen. Minutes pass, and it was finally the scene Xiao dreaded the most. The kissing scene. As the two of you watched in silence, you looked down at him to gauge his reaction. He notices you a little too quickly, his brows from a knot the moment he sees your smug expression.

"Why're are you looking at me like that?" He almost hisses, and you laugh at him. "Just wanted to see your reaction." At that moment, Xiao feels his cheeks burn in embarrassment before he pulls away from your arms.

"...My reaction to a kiss? What a lowly reason." He mutters, trying to hide his face as he turns away. "Humans are always finding new ways to waste their time."

"And it seems like a certain adeptus enjoys wasting his time the same way." You chirp, hearing Xiao grumble before you tug his arm harshly, pulling him into you. You have got to stop doing that, he thinks. He stares at you in silence before his face shows a little hint of amusement.

"Do I now?" He says in a deep voice, you could feel his breath tickle your nose with how close the two of you were. You lean forward and rest your forehead against his. "Want me to prove it?" Gulping loudly, he nods. Too caught up in the moment, the two of you soon forget about the movie you were watching.

Diluc

Even Diluc himself wonders how you were able to convince him to watch such a sappy movie with him, especially considering how busy he was a person. Guess you were the only one that had him wrapped around your finger after all.

Still, he wasn’t too fond of the idea of watching a movie with you, but he didn’t like it either. He knew a ton of teasing was coming his way when he agreed to your offer much like Xiao. Maybe a part of him actually enjoyed it. Enjoyed the feeling of feeling like mush under your fingertips. You were the one person who was allowed to see him like that. The last time being back when him and Kaeya were children...

The movie itself was boring to him though. He didn’t enjoy it as much as you did, but he was really only in it to spend time with you. Whenever any of the steamy kissing scenes showed up, he would try to cough, and pretend like he needed water so he could have an excuse to leave. You always saw through it, and you wondered why he even bothered.

If he was being honest, he stopped paying attention to the movie a long time ago, he was far more interested in playing with your hair as you leaned against him. Spinning and twirling a thick lock of your hair while your eyes were glued on to the movie. He watched the way your eyelashes fluttered as you blinked, and he focused on how your chest gently rose and fell with each inhale. It was a calming state for him, having you in his arms for once rather than the other way around. That was until you craned your head to face him, squinting your eyes at him. He tilted his head, confused.

“Is something wrong, my love?” He asked, concerned. “Are you even watching?”

His eyes widen a bit before his eyes wander to the side guiltily. You sigh. “I thought as much. C’mon it’s about to get to the good part.” The food part? For some reason, Diluc felt a little worried by what you meant, maybe this was his cue to finally start breaking down in a fake coughing fit. As he turned his attention to the TV where the two main characters were slowly inching closer to each other, he froze in place. In a hurry, he raises his hand to his mouth and starts to clear his throat. Feeling him gently try to get up from beside you, you immediately catch his wrist. 

“And where do you think you’re going?” You see his face turn a light shade of red as he tries to scramble out of your grasp. “I, uh, I'm going to get a glass of water.” He quickly lies. Your eyes bore into his as you stand up with him, his wrist still in your hold. “Is that so? Let me accompany you then.”

As the two of you made it to the manor’s kitchen, you chugged a nice cold glass of water before you wiped your mouth with the back of your hand. Diluc soon finished his refreshment with a loud sigh. Noticing the way you stared at him, he blinked. "Yes?”

“Why’re you so persistent on not watching the movie?” You ask, a frown grows on your face as you approach him. Wrapping an arm around his waist as he backs into the counter where he placed down his glass. “Is it really that boring to you?” 

“Is it not for you?” He reflects the question back to you, and you go quiet before bursting into laughter, squeezing him even tighter in your arms. “Of course not! Not when I get to see you all embarrassed over it.” He groans loudly as his entire face begins to burn, trying to break away from you, but your grip is strong. “Do you enjoy teasing me that much?” You nod lightheartedly, and Diluc sighs in response.

Once you unwrap him from your arms, his hands instantly fly up to cup your face, pulling you into a sweet kiss. As he separates from you, your mouth is left agape in shock, a subtle shade of pink on your cheeks. A small smile forms on his mouth before he chuckles. “Look who’s embarrassed now.”

for breakfast i made pitas. baked them, cut tomatoes, shaved cucumbers and cut bananas (sprinkled with expired cinnamon!). after they were done i scrambled a plain egg with only ground cinnamon on it. it was tasty but i only ate half cuz my mom wanted to go dimsum shop. (tuition at 11am)

at 9 something we arrived at jiaxuan dimsum or something similar sounding. when waiting, went to 99 speedmart. loved scrutinising the processsed bread section. the mighty white bun variety is actually mesmerizing. the packaging is very attention grabbing. strawberry lychee, butter sugar, milo, chicken floss, black pepper chicken, blueberry flavours etc!!! like wtf so many flalvors!! some other brand was mas producing multiflavoured muffins. 8 for rm5.30 dude what a deal! except i guess eating it may cause serious cardiovascular diseases teehee.

ordered 2 salted egg yolk custard buns (SUPER GOOD DUDE), 2 char siew pau (EH OK BUT GOOD), 6 siew mai (TASTED LIKE MINCED MEAT), fried turnip cake (rlly GOOD!!), fried prawn, scallop and salted egg yolk beancurd thing (love the blandness of it FOR REAL!! cuz i only ate the egg yolk part. it wasnt distributed EVENLY LOL). siew mai fell into my warm water and drenched it in oil. cuz i was grabbing it with chopsticks then my dad asked where a siew mai go and i raised it to show him that i took one.. lol. total bill: RM78 ☠️. at least it was a pleasant experience.

went home and ate oreo cadbury chocolate bar and the other half of my breakfast pita. tuition. shower. went to tapao lunch. mayang oasis food court - malay mixed rice. omg!!! pickled veggies (carrot, cucumber, onion) SO TASTYYYYYY OMGGG IM GONNA CUM, steamed broccoli (SO TENDER!! LOVE LOVE LOVE) and rendang chicken drumstick (fragrANTTT!! not implying that there were many ants at that stall, just felt like making ANT capitalised). dad bought additionally 2 angku kuih and 2 fried glutinous sesame balls. delicious. for lunch also ate chili lala clams and orange. then snacked on angku kuih, pocky, cadbury chocolate and kuih bahulu. i need to control my eating habits!!!

wrote poems, drew posters, revamped dress rental poster, wrote a story…. good night. so full. ugh!

after eating dinner, you went straight to yuehai pavilion to talk to ganyu. the guy guarding the door had tried to stop you, but looking at your expensive looking silk clothes he assumed that you were a child born in a wealthy family so he extended his hands in hopes of some bribery so he could let you in.

you grinned at how fast he was.

once you got inside, you found ganyu's room in seconds, like you have been living here since last year since you found her so quick. the door was half open so you decided to peek at her working. the hand holding her stainless steel pen was jotting down notes and signatures so swiftly, if she did her work this fast but still did overtime... the amount of work she had must be huge!

while staring off to space the door you were holding the doorknob of creaked, making ganyu stare at your direction. she opened her arms as a welcome and you, of course, came in her room. you tried to lighten your weight on her lap so she doesn't get leg cramps later.

"ganyu... what if i helped you with some papers? you can't possibly finish all this today without going through a mental breakdown."

being the stubborn person ganyu is, she tried to decline multiple times. what if ningguang notices something off about her signature? the result would be frightening!

afraid of ruining your dear friend's career of a few centuries, you decided to just accompany her while she writes so she doesn't get bored.

to not get bored yourself, you play with ganyus hair and sometimes with her porcelain fortune cat that moves its right arm every second.

"dear friend, i have finished all my documents. let's go to wanmin restaurant for supper.. well, dinner for me!"

ganyu walks slowly, even on a wooden bridge, greeting every person that passes by as a form of respect.

oh, this elegant being was so gentle and kind! and she was your friend!?? #blessed.

you could feel her heart beating against your chest, her hands and soft fabric of her hand warmers felt so good on your nape.

15th of March 2022

i ate 2 curry puffs for breakfast. tasty! i also ate some prawn biscuits in my dad's noodles.

after that i played genshin and did the average social media scrolling. my dad wants to take us out to buy lunch.

he went to AEON to buy burger king. the set came with burgers, fries, coke and a sundae. it was so tasty like no other. the cone was so crunchy!!!! ice cream was the PERFECT amount of sweetness, not like McDonalds where it gets disgusting after you eat too much...

while waiting for my dad to get subway from another mall nearby me and my mom devoured her burger in the car. i ate parts where cheese was dripping out of the meat. my dad returned with two subways and a salmon onigiri.

i ate the onigiri in the car. it's been 5 years and i still dont know how to properly open convenience store rice balls. I've only opened one correctly my whole life and i forgot how i did it.

some grains of rice keeps falling onto the cushions of the car its so annoying. i still ate the whole thing up though it was ok and decent for half frozen food.

the whole car trip I've eaten: fries, 1/4 of a burger, onigiri.

at home i ate 5 bites out of my subway. i keep shuffling from the back of the house go the dining room to watch cats behind the house. there are so many!!! a kitten and its mother and 4 more adult cats that are the same colour.

after i ate i mostly just checked on the cats again to take funny pictures of them and chatting with my friend. THEN THERES A POWER OUT AGAIN!!! they can't stop fixing the lights in the neighborhood.

it was evening. no lights, no wifi. i went outside in my pajamas from yesterday. the full moon in the blue sky was so magical. the clouds were from an oil painting, my mom said. even though oil paintings should be inspired by clouds.

i mostly just did weird stunts outside while waiting for electricity to come back again. eventually it became night and my grandparents cooked dinner in the darkness.

they cooked bihun in fishballs, meat chunks, ikan bilis and water!!! so tasty.

then i caught up with a dusty manga i havent read since last year. IT IS SO GOOD. i was reading it before i wrote this diary, so i am still reading it.

I've also bought some things in my shopee cart for my beloved!!! i used my free shipoing voucher and rm4 off voucher. i got rm13 off..🤤🤤❓❗
