October has arrived. It is the beginning of a glimpse of autumn. Autumn flowers are slowly returning to our green road. During the summer, Hug was a little tired because of the too hot weather, but finally regained her energy and sings her favorite song in the morning light every day :-))))♪

10月をむかえて、 野辺には秋の花たちが少しずつ戻ってきました。 さあ、ちいさな秋のはじまりです。 夏の間、あまりの暑さにぐったりしていたハグも、 朝晩だけはようやく涼しくなってきたので、 （お彼岸をすぎたのに、日中はまだ真夏日！） 元来の活発さを取り戻して、朝の光を浴びながら ご機嫌に歌をうたっていますヽ( ´▽｀) ♪

容赦ない暑さが朝から朝まで（笑）続きます😵

シニア期に入り、夏がめっきり弱くなったハグは、

朝晩の陽が出ていない時間帯に散歩を済ませて、

涼しい部屋の中で１日をのんびり過ごしています。

飼い主もこのクレイジーな猛暑に負けないよう、

気力がある時はなるべくスタミナがつくものや、

食欲が湧くものを作って食べたりしていますが、

火を使うのが嫌で、ついつい「流水麺」頼りに😅

今年はそうめんをオリーブオイルやバジルソースで

いただくのがマイブームだったりします♪

なんだか無性に甘いものも食べたくなって、以前に

ハマったフレンチトースト作りを再開してみたり。

でもやっぱり暑い時はかき氷に限りますね🍧✨

ふんわり削るのが好みなんですけど、溶けやすい

のが難点。写真撮ってる場合じゃないってゆーww

ハグにも夏野菜たっぷりの冷んやりそうめんや、

味付けしないかき氷をときどきあげています。

涼しくなるまで、もうちょっとの辛抱だね。

栄養と水分をしっかり補給しながら身体を休めて

一緒に新しい季節を元気に迎えにゆこう☺️❤️🐶

Walking the “Tsukuba-Michi” #2

After eating Onigiri (Japanese rice ball) made from local rice, we slowly descend the pilgrimage route on the slope of about 4km.

This road (Tsukuba-Michi), which has been around since the Edo period, retains the old Japanese atmosphere, and we can fully enjoy the seasonal flowers and nature :-)

お土産物屋さんに立ち寄り、地元の米で作った

美味しいおにぎりで腹ごしらえをしてから、

江戸時代に筑波山への参詣道として開設された

一里ほど（約4km）の距離の「つくば道」を、

起点に向かってゆっくりと下ってゆきます。

行きは急な上り坂がキツい場所もありましたが、

帰りは足取りも軽やか、昔ながらの家並みや、

長閑な自然が広がる景色をのんびり眺めながら、

ハグも僕もいい気分です🍂🐶☺️🌾

紅葉の頃に、今度は山頂まで登れたらいいね♫

The floating time is marked by the faint rays from the cloudy sky. I wonder if I can pack air tight this wonderful troublesome feeling? Even if I draw it, as time goes on, something will fade. Forever is always a fleeting shapeless shadow.
