Who else ever feels like they can’t do anything right and you don’t deserve anything good in your life?

I’m not okay and I don’t know how to feel. I don’t want to be here right now and I want to ignore everything in my life. I feel like an awful person who can’t do anything right, I don’t want to interact with anyone, or go out, I want to stay to myself and sleep all the time. I hate having thoughts. Everything feels numb. I wish I wasn’t here.
