He'll still hide them within his coat out of habit which is why during Weirdmageddon Stan was able to still impersonate Ford.

Ford has showed his wings to the twins when asked since they were curious about them and how they looked. Maybe Stan tries to hide the fact he doesn't have wings, maybe asking the others not to tell Ford.

I love how scar only put on his yellow skin for the thumbnail since I'm positive he did not use it at all during this episode. But I can't blame him, the episode was so chaotic.
