musk is going to die in a Tesla explosion in 6 months after sticking his nose where it doesn't belong and we will never get a conclusive answer on whether it was a CIA car bomb or just a normal Tesla malfunction
im rereading sbg and im at the part of ashlyns birth when her parents had the first ever encounter with a phantom
do you guys think the phantom didnt really look like it wanted to hurt anyone? because to me it looked more curious rather then threatening.
like in the second picture it looked like it just wanted to touch ashlyn instead of hurt her or hurt anyone.
or maybe im reaching idk what do yall think
oh and it didnt try to fight back when mike stabbed it

Just a quick theory that's been plaguing my mind for a long time, enjoy :)
To start off we all know that based on both tyler's and aiden's deaths you probably can't die in phantom world, but what if that was the same for the real world too?
When the change to the phantom world happens the groups' bodies change from the one in the human dimension to the one in the phantom dimension (into something that may or may not be a human) but their conscious stays the same throughout this process.
So when ashlyn first got scratched by the phantom in the sorrel weed house, her phantom dimension form was injured, but her (real) body was not affected, also in both forms she can recall what happened.
So going off this we can assume that anyone who goes into the phantom world has 2 bodies and one mind that gets transported between both of them.
So what happens when one of these bodies die?
When tyler had the tree accident we know that his phantom dimension body was probably not operational (considering most of his organs were ripped apart) but his human body was, and although it took awhile for him to regain consciousness he woke up after sometime in his human body.
In this situation essentially tylers mind has no choice but to give up on his phantom body and go back to his human body. Even though the phantom body had some magic healing powers and tyler's conscious was able to go back to it later in the story, at this time that body was not able to be used, so i'm theorising that without his human body for his conscious to go back to Tyler would be very dead.
Based on all of this, my guess it that if someone were to die in the human world and had a phantom body in a stable (not dead) condition, they would not die but would just be stuck in the phantom world in that body.
Or if the phantom world is rubbing off on their human form, the human body could regenerate and they could use it again later.
Overall making anyone who has a (in use) phantom body, more or less immortal (if we forget about old age).
Or maybe this is all just 3am brain rot, your choice.
Leave me and my inaccurate tenses alone

REBLOG IF YOU ARE AGAINST TRUMP AND PROJECT 2025
REBLOG IF YOUR BLOG IS A SAFE SPACE FOR PEOPLE WHO NO LONGER HAVE ONE IRL
in light of Trump's inauguration speech declaring multiple national emergencies that require him to take god-knows-what executive actions immediately, I'd like to remember this chapter of "On Tyranny" by Timothy Snyder:
I came here to theorize and look at cats, and that is what I will do.
