Lilith x Reader: Breaks

Lilith has NO idea how she fell for you- someone who breaks rules. Someone who does childish things. Someone who does the exact stuff of what she hates most. Yet here she is, a blushing mess infront of you, the leader of the council? Blushing over some troublemaking girl who can't stay still for more then a moment before breaking something? What the fuck. How?

"Lil. Do you have a fever?" You asked glancing over at her, her once pale face lit up in almost a flame. Her baby blue eyes looking everywhere but at you. "Hm?" Walking over to her she wacked your hand away causing you to laugh slightly "dear if your sick you shouldn't have come here!" You cooed out gently touching her forehead before reeling back in shock grabbing her hands you pulled her along the hallway her behind you

"Where are you taking me now?" She drawled out in confusion, her heart heated up, without answering her you lead her into the kitchen. Pushing her gently to sit down. "What are you doing now? You know you act like a chil-" before she could continue you placed a bowl on the table

"So I know you say you don't like sweets. But you and I both know-" you started as you poured some m&ms a gift from your human friend Luz- in the bowl pushing it infront of her "you can't resist~" you teased gently watching her puff her cheeks like she does when shes embarrassed or caught. Giggling at her reacting you put the m&m packet away where you out it? She wasn't sure. You knew to move it where she won't find it-or it will all be gone

Plopping on into her mouth you watched as an almost sparkly twinkle appeared in her eyes, you looked away to give her some more privacy, you stole some glances towards her every now and again. Before long her bowl laid empty, yours as well. Moving to grab hers her moved your hand away, grabbing hers and yours she sat up moving to put them in the wash, her dress moving as she went. Her ear twitched knowingly as you gazed at her lovenly.

"Stop with your staring Y/N." She spoke glancing back at you. Rolling your eyes you sighed standing up, you stretched a bit until you heard a loud satisfying pop! from your back-causing Lilith to flinch a bit from the sound, looking over at her you smirked,

"So what have you been up too?" You asked leaning over next to her, watching her move from the kitchen to her office, trailing behind her you waited as she looked over her desk, at her notes of whatever. What of? You weren't sure and you knew she'd never tell you-she doesn't like you getting involved with her work much. "You seem tired" you stated noting her slight eyebags from being tired

"Well I did stay up last night perfecting this spell- i have to make sure its explained perfectly" Lilith spoke smirking smuggly. She caught her mistake drawing a quick breath, she hoped you. But knowing you and how observant you are. You did

"Wait you didn't sleep last night?" You asked shocked looking at Lilith who was standing looking back at her notes she worked on from last night. She sighed running her hand through her hair, "what the hell were you doing last night?" You said before freezing-whelp she won't be happy about you swearing

"Language." She reminded you giving a warning look your way, scowling once she saw you roll your eyes "And if you must know. I was working on the notes" she said gesturing to the notes in her hand waving them. Waking over you grabbed them and put them on the table "I know what your planning and no. I won't" she spoke sternly-if it were anyone else they'd leave her be to do whatever she wants, but she knows you aren't like that

"No. I'm not giving you a option" you spoke your eyes narrowing slightly. You hated how she doesn't take care of herself. You hated how she refuses to get help-or ask for you to assist her. She knew you wouldn't let up so she just sighed deeply as you gently grabbed her arm leading to the bedroom.

"Fine." She muttered grumpily you glanced back at her sticking your tounge out at her gaining a soft scowl from her yet again "but you lay next to me then" she spoke before blushing at her words "because it would be unfair if I sleep and you don't" she ordered you rolled your eyes knowing she couldn't see you but agreed with a smile. She smiled softly at you in return

Once you both got your pajamas on. Lilith laid on her side of the bed, yawning softly and you moved turning the lights off, moving the covers you slipped into the bed smoothly before bringing them above you looking over you made sure she had a even share before turning the lamp beside you off laying on your back, you held her hand gently knowing she at least likes some distance. Looking over to the taller women you smiled gently at her-gaining an eyeroll and a soft smile from her from what you could make out from the darkness. The tips of her ears turning bright pink "it's good to take breaks every now and again Lil" you spoke making her huff a bit before moving so her head laid on your shoulder

"I suppose your right. But I refuse to be late for my meeting" she instructed half heartedly, you knew the importance of her job. And how important it is for her to be on time to everything. Moving your arm to wrap around her waist softly, in turn she wrapped on of hers around yours as well.

"I'll wake you up. You need to rest" you spoke promising her. Nodding against you she hummed softly as she closed her eyes
