Gladion still ran away but now Lusamine (Mother Gothel here) has told her he's dead (he fled her "love" and as far as she's concerned he is dead to her) so imagine her surprise when after demanding the people who broke into her tower (Selene, Elio and Hau) take her to the lanterns she finds him not only alive but friends with these people (against his will he will tell her but the friends in question disagree). They get up to the usual amount of Pokemon/Tangled nonsense (Snuggly Ducklng musical number with Team Skull, Kingdom dance and foster fighting a God probably).

What if we had a new Disney film with the main character as this pessimistic cynic who's co-lead is this magical sunny optimist (very much like EPIC's Polites in "Open Arms")

The whole plot would be these two fighting against this evil which is trying to take away or break the magic of the world to try and prove themselves right about the uselessness of hope (or something along those lines their basically and old school Disney villian like Maleficent or Hades)

The cynic learning that the world does have hope/things can get better and that just saying things suck isn't going to change it and the optimist learns to have more caution in situations and that whilst it is good to see the world as this bright loving place it should not blind you to the reality that not everyone is good or kind and that shouldn't keep you down.
