I rushed this GachaL2 creation of Wizard Cookie in my take. Here's more take of Wizard Cookie:

I read from others how he's often more calm and collected in Cookierun Ovenbreak. Headcanon is that he has gotten more moody and snappy after escaping the Witch's castle to Earthbread, considering how everyone basically treats the witches as divinity, the very thing that caused him so much, which makes him awfully distrusting of others and always on defense.

He'll only soften up around strawberry and gingerbrave, and maybe with Chilli and Custard lll but still slightly tensed.

Wizard Cookie knows how to Necromancy, but barely uses it now on Earthbread and sticks with electrifying enemies, with the conclusion that it may severely affect the residence of Earthbread not being able to take it unlike the Cookies outside of Earthbread.

He's also not risking being looked up on as a villain or antagonistic for he is aware how the Arts of Dark Magic isn't well known or taken well by others. He also dislikes others associating him with witches due to most of his knowledge being directly taught to him by the Witch that owned him from his first years in life.

Alchemist Cookie, their Friendly Rival, also came from outside Earthbread, and very much notice the change in Wizard Cookie's demeanor, which did worry her, and not only her but also Vampire Cookie. Yet both also chose not to speak of the knowledge they hold about the truth of the Witches, with the belief they just might be seen crazed and antagonistic.

Alchemist Cookie in my au, is more of just a few years older than Wizard Cookie. Basically a teenager beefing with a Middle Schooler in a sibling rivalry way.

Shadow Milk Cookie is very excited to pry on Wizard Cookie's knowledge, and the probability of why he even has a Witch's wand, which he refuses to tell them how he got it or anything about themselves before Earthbread.

Shadow Milk would claim this prying to be boring and fruitless but genuinely intrigued to actually learn what was it like outside of Earthbread and what really is the truth that lies on the Witches.

Talk about Hypocrisy...

Im still figuring out more on how I'll do my beastsitting au and the interactions the oven trio and the beast trio would have for each other and themselves. Since I'm still awfully new only to the fandom and only been playing crk and not the main one, I could overlook some parts of the lore but with me simply filling it with my own take instead.

The oven trio, Gingerbrave Cookie, Strawberry Cookie, and Wizard Cookie are quite the interesting bunch dont you think?

Wizard Cookie's character take in my au might be inspired more from Obanai from Demon Slayer, since with crk, kny had been my biggest hyperfixation until now, so I might also do that to the other 2 in the trio.

I'd like to think he's kept locked by the witch that baked him after finding out his sentience and accidentally being alive because they found him amusing. They taught him spells known mostly to witches and rarely by cookies, specifically ones that took more toll on his physical state, he's malnourished and underbaked, and frail to the core.

This plays part on him constantly wanting to make others assume he's far older than he is. After all, if he's already small in some way, got to make sure you don't get smaller further. (read this kind of behavior he has from wiki about his Ovenbreak character)

I'll add in more, since I usually just make this out from the very head of mine where I have not even written this at all or planned 😭

He's staff or wand in my au can take on a snake like form.. I'd like to think before the trio got assembled, their snake staff would be the one carrying them or letting them ride on when tired, as theh easily get so. I find it sweetly funny if the snake sees Wizard Cookie to that off their own offspring 🙏, Looks like Shadow Milk Cookie would have to go through an angry mama to het through the adoption process...😔

Oh and they can change size too, I'm pretty sure the Stolen Witch's wand would be far too big anyways..

Okay, can we talk for a min about the fact that gingerbrave technically knows explicitly WHAT happens to cookies baked in the oven by the witches? Like his whole introduction in the game cookie run: ovenbreak is that he woke up one day, surrounded by non-animated cookie versions of himself, understood that the witches were planning to eat him, and RAN to save his life. And if we’re going off the idea that Gingerbrave happened upon the land of Crispia during his venture to run away from the witches, then are they just — keeping the information about the witches on the down low from them? Because they know for certain that cookies from Crispia downright revere the witches as like, their Gods, right?

Do you think when Gingerbrave found out that what White Lily Cookie saw “that night” were the witches eating non-sentient cookies, that he felt sympathetic to her PTSD? That, yeah, he was there too — it happened to him upon his birth, and he’s been running from it ever since? But why did he never say anything? Do you think he felt compelled to keep it hush-hush because the cookies of Crispia would think of it as heresy? Or do you think it’s because it’s more merciful to keep his silence — that cookies were born to be eaten?

Like can u imagine that the God you revere and pray to, that you send well-wishes to and celebrate, actually made you to sate their hunger? That your flesh is not made your own, that you were never meant to actually be alive? You were not meant to BE? You were just made to be consumed?

Maybe this is my religious trauma speaking to me and my ever-rampant need to project on my fave characters, but God, that is so fucked up. And White Lily can’t even know about — she feels all alone about what she had to witness, about what happened, like she would be labelled insane for even mentioning what she saw — but there are literal COOKIES in her presence, YOUNGER than her, that have witnessed, lived, and RAN from said witches all their lives.

Which one do you think is more fucked up; that one can’t share the horrors she witnessed because everyone else would label her a heretic, or that one can’t confide in the fact that all their life, it has been the ONLY thing they have ever known — and has been the only thing that has kept them alive?

WIZARD COOKIE TIME!!

- he highly prefers being isolated, if he’s not out in the kingdom helping with chores or adventuring across earthbread, he’s usually cooped up in his tower archiving spells or studying magic! He doesn’t let a lot of people in his tower for too long, only Brave and Strawberry can really sit in there with him (because they’re special cookies to him,,)

- Wizard mainly studies arcane magic of course, but he’s also interesting in dreaming spells! He’s working on one to let him enter other cookies dreams,, but if he dies it wrong he could be sent to a alternate dimension,,so he’ll set it aside for now

- Wizard FULLY believes he’s managed to trick everyone into thinking he’s an adult,, little does he know majority of cookies he meets think he’s only 11 because of how short he is. HollyBerry and Golden Cheese actually have an ongoing bet that he’s only 9..

- Wizard has a couple of blast scars on his body from backfiring spells, as why his cloak is so long and drapey..failure is to embarrassing for other cookies to see.

- His favorite ancient is Dark Cacao, he likes his no nonsense attitude, formidable and resilient!

- Wizards hair is actually even longer than it already looks! He keeps it in a big bun under his hat, it’s actually the only thing keeping the hat from falling off.

- Due to being an ice cream cookie, Wizard is almost always extremely cold too the touch. So much so it radiates off of him as chilly air. None of his friends are opposed to flopping onto him to cool off in hot weather.

- When it comes to experiences with the Witch, Wizard refuses to openly talk about it, it’s almost like he doesn’t even know the truth about cookies. He rarely speaks about it to Brave and Strawberry, but beyond them he never even reacts to the word witch. (extremely repressed)

- Wizard loves cats, he tries to act like he could be indifferent towards them if you’re looking at him, but the second you walk off he’s petting them and calling them silly names

- Wizard has a tiny cleft lip! He’s a little subconscious about it, so he always wears his scarf to cover it up,, Brave saw it one time but decided not to say anything to him about it, besides, it’s just a lip

- Despite his belief that alchemy is inferior to magic, Wizard knows how to make potions! Only for just in case reasons,,magic will always be better.
