I’m trying to think back when #playboicarti was like only on SoundCloud and YouTube. And his lyrics were about a loft.
I never knew what a loft was till that song. Can anyone tell me what #carti song I’m thinking of

Thus far is the most accurate
It was good for a while, being empty. I didn’t hurt anymore. But as time went on, it was like I could hear myself from far away, begging for permission to come back.

The people under the stairs
Is a film about a house a poor urban kid got convinced to rob for gold coins along with olde men.
The house once the get in is full of other boys who never escaped the greasiness parents of a young daughter who lives upstairs.
I heard the title of the story from a song by Mac Miller- the people under the stairs.
It’s worth watching any movie Mac Miller references in his songs.
It helps me because in the film one of the boys in hiding in the walls and I hear voices when I’m at home so imagining there’s actually people in the walls is a strange but helpful concept.
