Shifting Realities:
Guys Shifting is really easy. I know you probably are mad or upset because you hear this all the time and it's been forever and you haven't shifted well. Let me tell you something. Yes, you have. You literally shift all the time. I mean all the time, so I don't want to hear, No, you haven't, and It's just too hard for you. Because it's not the reason you haven't shifted; it's because you have that mindset you have to have a healthy relationship with shifting; it can't be toxic. If you want to shift, then shift. It doesn't take years; it doesn't take months; it doesn't take weeks; it takes a second, and boom, you've shifted. So stop overcomplicating it and just go shift, okay? NOW GO SHIFT!!
I’ve mentioned this before, but I used to be very attached to the idea of being me in my drs. I mean like same interests same personality same look same trauma same everything—
but recently i’ve embraced being me, in essence, just different variants.
And it’s fun as hell.
I get to make playlists for my drs and fill them with the artists I’d listen to most in my dr. Mazzy Star fills my Hogwarts Academia playlist, I’m currently adding Paramore’s entire discography to my Inheritance Games playlist. These aren’t artists I necessarily gravitate towards here, but they resonate with the version of me in that reality.
I change my name, I change my past, I find new ways to be who I am without living the same history over and over again. The essence is there, and that is what truly matters to me. It was never about my life experiences, it was about my soul.
I can change my hair, my aesthetic, my interests— but nothing will change my heart.

Despite what you may have been led to believe, manifestation is completely natural—something we've all been doing since we were kids. It's in our human nature to manifest. The law has always worked and always will. So why does it seem so difficult for some of us to manifest now? I'm here to shed some light on that.
It's fairly simple: You're trying too hard.
I know, I know. A lot of people in our space have been repeating this sentiment. However, that's because it's completely true.
Manifestation is one of the easiest things you'll ever do, and I can't emphasize this enough. No matter how it may feel at times, you're not playing tug-of-war against the 3D, the universe, or whatever you think is holding you back. If I had to describe it, you're more like walking up to the rope, snatching it, and taking it home. No competition, no opposition. There’s nothing and nobody standing in the way of you and your desires. Nothing can stop you. Nothing. You are limitless.
What's the point of fighting against an invisible, nonexistent opponent when you've already got everything you could ever want? The only thing you have to do is claim it—accept it as your own because it is. Doubts? Doesn't matter. Circumstances? Irrelevant. Instead of trying to fend off your doubts or ignore the 3D, just don't. When something tests you, let it. Laugh at it. Refuse to take it seriously because it truly isn’t worth your energy. Don’t waste your time on meaningless distractions.
Revel in the fact that you already have your desire. Enjoy it! Your desire isn’t being created out of thin air—it’s already waiting for you. All you have to do is claim it. The moment you do, it’s yours. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Nothing will ever change that.
So, stop. Stop fighting. Stop wasting your energy on pointless, imaginary battles. Someone who truly has their desire wouldn’t bother—so why are you?
reminder that you can shift anytime, anywhere, under any condition. it doesn’t matter if you’re exhausted, if you’re spiralling, if you’ve just remembered an email you forgot to send and now you’re in a fugue state of regret. it doesn’t matter if you’ve put shifting on a pedestal so high it’s getting altitude sickness (even then, a pedestal is just a glorified step stool. kick it over. nothing is above you, nothing is out of reach), or if your brain is complied of intrusive thoughts and mental white noise. you could be in a grocery store queue, on a sinking ship, in the middle of a hostage negotiation. and could still shift.
people love a reason why not. alas, the conditions are not set in stone. they never were. consciousness is liquid gold. it seeps through cracks, it adapts. you don’t need the stars to align. you don’t need the perfect night, the perfect mood, the perfect silence. you need exactly what you already have... a mind.

Alright besties. I’ve never blatantly talked about my drs in detail so consider this a quick little intro to the various drs I intend to spend my time in.
Forgive me for how long this post’s about to be…
I have yet to shift to a dr, but alas the grind never stops. My current main drs include:
Hogwarts Band
Criminal Minds
DC Titans
The Nightmare Before Kissmas (book)
The Inheritance Games (book)
My main main dr is one where I date Spencer Reid but he’s also my uni Professor— I have no explanation for this one okay it heals something in me.
Anyways, let me break these down for ya real simple.
It’s more of a modern day Hogwarts uni type vibe. I’m a fifth year transfer and somehow miraculously start a band with Ginny, George, and Fred. It’s called Mischief Managed. I scripted out the war— just claimed Voldy kicked it when he tried to kill Harry and doesn’t come back because I simply do not want to deal with that. I just want to go to my silly wizard classes and make music with my silly little band.
There is also a two year slow burn with none other than (drum roll please) ✨Theodore Nott✨. Though there was a time it was Fred, but… we learn and we grow, or something.
I have my band’s entire discography sorted from fifth till after seventh year/graduation. Album covers and deluxe editions and all that jazz. I found way too much joy in curating it all specifically. Many of the songs come from the two year slow burn I must endure. I could yap about our discography forever.
I am Penelope Garcia’s little sister and am just joining the BAU after spending time undercover— my lore is absolutely horrific. I usually try and avoid unnecessary trauma. However, have you seen the show? I gotta catch up at this point. Anyways, love interest? Spencer Reid, obviously. He consumes my very soul. I have like— four seperate drs for this man, like my own little AUs. I scripted a lot of precautions and made sure we actually do more consulting than field shit because, again, I just wanna vibe.
It’s in the season 4 era, so 2008. My first case will be the Angel Maker case which is episode 2 of season 4, I believe. I can’t watch that episode now without absolutely losing my marbles.
I won’t go into my lore or how it comes to bite me in the ass, but know I made as non-traumatic as possible.
Now hear me out, okay? I still have my Creative Writing & Publishing degree, but I go back to school for some goofy little Criminal Behavior certificate thing. It’s just a summer semester, so I’m only there from May to mid August.
And Spencer Reid happens to teach half of my classes.
Why did I do this to myself? Look. We all have issues, okay? And in my Criminal Minds dr it’s like season 4 type vibes— this one is like, season 13. And not FBI related. And in some ways… it’s literally just me, with the same life I have here just now I’m back in uni. And I’ll get to have Spencer Reid love me, as the person I am right here right now. And that… will make me cry, thanks.
It’s only four months of devastating yearning and then we’ll live happily ever after. This is one of the only drs I can see myself living an entire life in. Like marriage and kids and growing old and all that shit. I’ve literally picked names out for our three potential children.
I have my own little friend group and it’s the summer so we get to do all sorts of fun things. I get to lounge around campus and read under the sun, or do my homework under a tree— I will finally romanticize studying, for real.
It’s one of my more chill drs, which is also a bonus. Sometimes a girl just wants a regular-ish life.
I love Dick Grayson. I love him. I want him. I need him. Anyways, I have elemental powers in this one which is fun and whimsical. Another one where I’ve said fuck the plot I just wanna be silly— picture DC Titans as a sitcom and that’s basically my dr. Just patrolling and the occasional baddie. I can’t wait to train with Grayson you have no idea I’m literally screaming just thinking about it. Also Gar my beloved I miss my bestie. I think I’m in college in this one too? Which is how I meet Gar and join the squad— I age peeps up, obviously. Dick Grayson love interest, in case you missed it.
Oh, and I have a music career. Gar, Jericho (yes he is well), and I start our own little record label (because Bruce Wayne loves me and funds my silly endeavors) and I’ve got like five albums/eps planned out. Including album covers and everything. I love sorting a Discography.
Not to be confused with the Nightmare Before Christmas, which is entirely different. This one is my pride and joy, honestly. I am so proud of all the little things in this dr. I read the book in December and immediately made a dr because it just utterly devastated and healed bits of my soul. So, you know, the obvious route.
In this one I’m the sister of Coal and Kris Claus, so I’m the Christmas Princess. But I’m also the youngest, so no one gives a fuck about what I do. In most of my drs I still have my Creative Writing & Publishing degree— this one is no exception.
It takes place a year after the book, and Coal & Hex are getting married. On December 13th, which is a Friday. Friday the 13th, in December— it’s literally the most perfect date ever for their Christmas Halloween asses. I get all giddy just thinking about the date yall. We, being me and my brothers and Iris the Easter Princess and best friend of us Christmas hooligans, travel to Halloween for the wedding. Mostly because I want to see that bitch. We get all Christmas in the book, I wanna see what Hex’s home is all about.
My love interest isn’t canon to the books. I’ve made him childhood friends with Hex who has returned from his studies to attend the wedding. His name is Moon. (and his faceclaim is s1 Spencer Reid/MGG I am just a girl okay?)
I’ve also been having dreams about Moon for over a year, ever since I returned to Christmas to help my brothers with their dismantling of the heirarchy bullshit (basically the end of the first book). Because I want a strange weirdly prophetic dream moment, okay? And Moon’s been having the same shit. So when we meet upon our arrival to Halloween— shit ensues.
It’s actually more enemies to lovers but in the sense that we’re enemies because we feel so very much and it’s all very confusing and after a year of being haunted and tormented by these constant dreams— I don’t know man I just need some angst first.
Another baby of mine. I love shifting to books because I feel like there’s so much more to discover than with a show or movie or something. You have no concrete actor or anything you associate with the characters, and everything is almost up to interpretation. It’s fun.
I replace Avery in this dr, obviously. Why shift to not be the main character? Again, less plot more shenanigans. Everyone is aged up, again. I enjoy being my age in all of my drs.
This one isn’t as planned out as I’d like it to be. But Grayson Hawthorne is the love interest. Enemies to lovers, of course. I’m not quite sure what else to yap about for this one. I focus a lot more on my writing career in this one, since being a random billionaire will definitely help with that. And who am I if not a writer?

How To Finally Shift If You’ve Been Trying For 2+ Years
⚠️ Little warning before we begin: don’t get scared off! I might sound a little negative at first, but that’s not the point of this post. My goal is for you to reach the end of this and think “Oh, I’m definitely going to shift to my DR now!”
Having said that:
If you’ve been on your shifting journey for two or more years, doing methods, reprogramming your mind, consuming advice, maintaining a mental diet, manifesting, forcing assumptions, trying to create assumptions, etc, etc⏤and you still haven’t shifted your awareness to your DR, maybe it’s time to stop trying to make yourself shift.
Stop trying to shift.
Stop trying to trigger a shift.
Maybe the thing you need at this point in your journey is to stop trying to make yourself shift.
And I’ll explain why by asking you a question:
In these two, three, four, however many years of effort, don’t you think you would have shifted by now?
Think about it. You’ve oversaturated your mind with the intention to shift. You do all your methods correctly. You try to convince yourself that you're already in your DR. You feel symptoms. Sometimes you even "mini shift." And yet… you're still here. Doing the same things. Searching for advice that leads you right back to doing the same thing:
Trying to shift. Trying to trigger a shift. Trying to shift your awareness.
Trying.
Trying confidently.
Trying hopelessly.
Trying angrily.
…Trying.
If you were going to shift by inducing a shift, triggering a shift, or successfully shifting with a method, it would have happened by now.
“But Clover, I still have a lot of soul-searching and work to do! I just need to put in more effort!”
Awesome! Then click away, because this advice isn’t for you. I’m not talking to you.
I’m talking to the person who is tired. Who is drained. Who, despite applying all the sage advice on the internet, is just burnt out from the process of shifting.
And if that sounds like you, let me repeat: Maybe you need to stop actively trying to shift.
Your work is done. And that’s a good thing.
You’ve spent years ingraining the idea of shifting into your subconscious. You’ve impressed the intention to shift so deeply that it’s already there. Congratulations! You did all the mental work. It’s done.
Your DR is already yours. You already have the ability to shift.
So stop trying to trigger it. Stop trying to make yourself shift.
Let go of the “making yourself shift” process.
“Oh my god, she’s going to tell me to take a break.”
LMAO you thought.
Yes, breaks are excellent. They help reset and recharge your mindset. I always encourage taking breaks if you need them. But let’s be honest. Sometimes, even the thought of taking a break feels just as mentally exhausting as staying on your shifting journey.
“Oh no, she’s going to tell me to do nothing at all.”
Once again, you thought.
Instead, you’re going to capitalize on the fact that you’ve already done all this work. The intention to shift is always, always, always in your mind. Your subconscious knows you want to shift. Just like it knows how to shift your awareness.
So, the next time you lay down to do your shifting process...
Instead of trying to shift…
Instead of trying to induce a shift, induce the void, or force an outcome…
Give yourself exactly what you want.
Give yourself the feeling of being in your DR.
Drop the conscious, active intention to shift because your subconscious already has it covered. You don’t need to keep hammering it in. Instead, focus on inducing the emotions you would feel if you were in your DR.
Imagine waking up in your DR. Imagine being there. Imagine spending time with your DR friends, your S/O, whatever makes you happiest. Personally, I lean toward wake-up scenarios. You can listen to music, meditate, visualize, even do a shifting method if you enjoy it—but instead of doing it with the intention to shift, you’re doing it just to give your body and mind the feeling of being there. The happiness, the calm, the excitement, whatever it is for you.
This does not mean you’re lying there thinking, “Okay, this is going to make me shift.”
No. No, no, no, no, no.
Drop the idea of shifting entirely. That process is done.
And I’ll say it one more time:
If you were going to shift by inducing a shift, making yourself shift, or triggering a shift, it would have happened already.
So let it go. Drop it.
Induce the emotions of being in your DR, and then let go. Once you do that, go to sleep. Or go about your day. That’s it.
Because feeling is the language of the subconscious.
Think about it: The moments in your life that shaped you the most weren’t just things you thought. They were things you felt deeply. Joy, fear, excitement, grief. Emotions imprint on the subconscious. That’s why certain smells, songs, or places instantly bring back vivid memories. Because your subconscious records experiences based on emotions, not logic.
So when you stop trying to shift and instead just focus on feeling like you’re in your DR, your subconscious responds by aligning your awareness to match that emotional state.
Because to the subconscious, there’s no difference between imagination and reality. When you visualize something vividly enough, your brain fires the same neurons as if you were actually experiencing it. Athletes use this trick to enhance performance. Musicians use it to refine their skills. And guess what? It works for shifting too.
When you let go of the effort and just immerse yourself in the emotions of already being there, you bypass the resistance that trying creates.
And that’s when the shift happens.
It happens because you stopped forcing it.
It happens because your subconscious already knows how to shift, you just needed to get out of its way.
So, again, drop the struggle. Drop the effort. Stop trying to shift.
The more precise or perfect you want the shift to be, the more pressure you put on yourself. Your brain rebels against that because rigid control drains energy.
Remember this:
When you feel something strongly but aren’t clinging to the result, your subconscious has room to act. This is why sometimes, when you care less or focus on something in a passing, emotional way, it manifests easily.
This is why people can give up on shifting entirely and shift. This is why people let go of the need to shift and shift. This is why you shift without meaning to.
You: “No, I can’t do this! I need to keep trying to shift or else my subconscious will think I don’t want to shift anymore!”

A lot of people tend to struggle with that - including me. Eventually I came to the conclusion that the reason why it was so hard for me was because I was focusing on the act of ignoring. By focusing on ignoring my CR and the 3D i subconsciously put it in the center.
What helped me was focusing on my DR - in my case it was focusing on my memories, but you can focus on your senses or anything that works best for you. By focusing on my DR, my memories and my emotions the 3D automatically begins drifting away.
