when shifting, your physical senses are the last to shift! when you’re hyper-aware of your body, you could be anchoring yourself to your current reality.

let go.

detach from the need to feel immediate sensations and trust the process. you are in control.

focus on your intention, not on whether you ‘feel’ it happening. this is why i like to make it clear that not everyone feels physical symptoms, and that is okay!!! shifting is about aligning your consciousness, not forcing physical proof.

remind yourself: you are already shifting. every thought, every visualization, every moment spent in alignment with your desired reality brings you closer.

release the need for validation. your experience is valid, whether or not you feel tingles, heaviness, or detachment. trust in your mind’s power.

shifting isn’t something you have to ‘catch’ happening - it’s something you allow to unfold.

Alright, listen up, no sugarcoating, no soft encouragement, just the brutal truth.

Every second you sit here, waiting, making excuses, or hesitating, you’re wasting time you’ll never get back. That world, your world, is right there, and you’re the only thing standing in your way. No one is going to shift for you. No one is going to hand it to you. You either get up and make it happen, or you don’t, and if you don’t, that’s on you.

You say you want this? Then prove it. Stop doubting yourself. Stop scrolling, stop waiting for some miracle, stop hoping it’ll be easier tomorrow. It won’t. But you can do this if you push yourself like you never have before. Every ounce of energy, every thought, every breath should be dedicated to making it real. Because if you let fear, laziness, or self-doubt win, you’ll be stuck here forever, watching someone else live the life that should have been yours.

So what’s it gonna be? Stay trapped in this reality, or finally take what’s yours?

let go

letting go simply means: less stress and more trust within yourself.

its the fact of not obsessing over the process of shifting. people get stressed over whether they’re doing the right thing when the truth is you are absolutely doing the right thing.

there’s no rule book on how to shift and once you realise that, that’s when you can finally let go and trust the process.

“but what about doubts/intrusive feelings?” realise that they cannot intervene in your shifting journey. really try and understand this and everything will go smooth for you.

my last shift simply went like this:

i was tired and simply decided “okay i’m already there” and i went to bed, and i shifted. i didn’t stress about me doing the right thing i simply just decided i shifted and went to sleep.

There doesn't have to be any pressure on shifting, you don’t have to do it at a specific moment. My routine takes either a moment, a day, or a week. I do specific things in preparation to shift, it isn’t a method, more so a ritual, something to help me align myself with where I want to be.   

I. Bask in who you want to be, spend mornings doing this practice, do it before a nap, before you go to bed, while you eat, etc. Settle in your mind, take this time to be in your desired selfs mind. Think about slow moments, your morning routine, the view outside your window, basking in the sun, anything of the sort; let yourself live in moments from your dr. I've noticed I shift more when I have practiced this throughout the day. 

II. Tell yourself that you are there, that you are indeed experiencing these things. Affirm how many times you feel, you are where you are. Don’t put any pressure on yourself to believe anything, just affirm. Sweep away intrusive thoughts, let them pass and focus on who and where you are. 

III. Each reality has its own soul, familiarize yourself with how your chosen reality feels. Whenever you want to go there invoke this feeling, remember the slow moments, relax and live in your dr. 

IV. I lie in bed and when I'm getting sleepy I visualize myself where I want to be and I’m there, I focus on what I am doing at that moment in that reality. 

V. After I come back I take a couple days to step away from shifting, I don’t think about going anywhere else. I try to live in this reality and when I feel I want to leave again, I begin at step one.

you mentioned that you think it's possible to shift with "sheer will" could you tell a little more about it? I grip to things very hard that's just the person that I am, if I could use it to shift instantly that would be perfect

sheer will is exactly what it sounds like.

deciding, completely and absolutely, that you are shifting and leaving no room for doubt.

it’s not about hoping or waiting, it’s about knowing and acting accordingly. if you grip things hard, use that. grip reality like a steering wheel and yank it where you want it to go. refuse to entertain the idea that it won’t work. shifting isn’t delicate; it doesn’t need to be tiptoed around. if you’re someone who latches on, then latch on to the certainty that you are where you want to be.

no hesitation, no second-guessing. just done.
