today's bug thing are these ladybug computer mice!
today's bug thing is cedric the centipede!
ok so something I noticed being around cis girls a lot is that if they aren’t wearing make up it makes them think they look like a boy, and then I realized that the reason they think this is because femininity is often associated with changing something about yourself (like shaving, makeup, etc) and masculinity is stuff that just naturally happens (like body hair, or no makeup etc.) and I think that’s SOOOOO dumb cuz women have to do so much already to prove themselves in this stupid world AND they have to prove that they’re a fucking woman in the first place by following rules made to hold them back. Peace and love
sometimes I feel like I’ve been in each moment for an eternity. Sometimes I feel like I’ve always existed and I’ve never been real. Sometimes I feel like I know everything that matters and sometimes I feel like I don’t even know myself. A one way mirror separates me from you. From everyone. From my own reflection.
And another one….
I just finished the dreamer trilogy. Don’t talk to me. THEYRE GETTING MARRIED
when will a beautiful brown eyed bisexual boy fall in love with me???? When’s my turn???
Physical Alternatives to Subscription Media
━☽【❖】☾━
Let's face it, subscription models that companies flock to are absolute bullshit. Thankfully it has also begun to be their demise in this era of cost of living issues, people are realising that they don't need to be spending money on these things.
So, for the people who want to get off of subscription media because of their pure hate of it or just want to return to more physical media don't worry I gotchu ;]

Movies/Shows/Audio Books
...
Fun fact: Local libraries are free to sign up to, and free to borrow stuff from. Asides from books libraries usually carry audio books, movies, and sometimes cds. Loan times vary but usually are 1 week+ and is a free alternative to buying movies from pawn brokers.
Thrifting movies is also an option and is great for saving all that plastic from landfill, only downside however is the fact that they may be scratched or scuffed. Don't fret though, cds and DVDs can be easily fixed and aren't permanently damaged. (Unless there's bubbling/sun damage)

Music
...
Again thrifting is great for discovering new music and most thrift stores sell cd's for under $5 otherwise burning music is not too difficult as long as you have either an external disc drive or a computer with a disc port. If you're going to burn music I highly recommend finding a place where the artist actually sells their music directly so that they get most if not all money from your purchase.
Along those lines, a lot of artists will have physical copies of their music in either cd's, vinyl, or cassette so if at all possible try to buy directly from them and not a platforms store like Spotify's because companies are stingy and don't give a lot back to the artists.
Local music events are always something fun and you get to discover new artists while you're there so check around for flyers or even ask the managers of venues if they have any gigs that month. They're nice people and might even tell you if other stuff is happening at another location.

Games
...
THRIFTING!
Places have some really interesting stuff and usually for pretty cheap, the only downside is when shopping for PC games you'll need a disc drive.

Now this list will be updated when I think of new stuff to add/clarify or someone mentions something to add/clarify so uh yeah happy screwing corporate companies over 👍
Trump getting inaugurated on MLK Jr. Day is a hate crime. I don't care what anyone says.
