just hear me out-
Alhaitham, but as a reserved yet loving dad to a Wunderkind girl.
He’s the type who’s always buried in his books or lost in thought, but the moment his daughter walks in with a new invention or a question about the universe, he’s all ears. He doesn’t say much, but his quiet pride shines through when he watches her tinker with gadgets or solve problems way beyond her age.
He’s not one for big displays of affection, but he shows his love in small, meaningful ways—like leaving her little notes in her lunchbox with riddles to solve or staying up late to help her debug a complex project, even if he’d never admit it.
To the outside world, he’s the stoic, enigmatic scholar, but at home, he’s just “Dad”—the guy who secretly smiles when his daughter outsmarts him and who’ll always have her back, even if he expresses it in his own understated way.
it’s important to clarify that this is his younger version—around twenty years old. and older one, somewhere between thirty and forty.
(i guess i’ll never settle on a consistent style sigh)
Boss Form of Ratio
Kakawasha understandably considers him a peacock, just like many of you probably do. But in truth, he’s much closer to owls, as he is in the canon.
His stone transforms his body far more dramatically than Aventurine’s did. Amethyst stretches into a humanoid bird form (slightly smaller than the Sunday!boss), like something from ancient mythical epics. He wears lavish feathered sleeves, a cloak of golden wings, and shoulder armor reminiscent of an owl’s plumage. Around his neck, feathers form a majestic collar, framing his head-marble-bust. His body is gray-blue, like marble, or like skin in the rigor mortis stage. Then there is the clothing meant to cover that which couldn’t be shown in the game...
Clawed hands. Elongated legs with twisted feet.
my pride
His abilities during the boss fight:
Talons of Fate – Sweeping, eager strikes with his clawed hands. Deals blood loss damage.
Vertigo of Knowledge – Causes dizziness for the team, making them forget how to use their basic attack, enhanced abilities, or ultimates. Alternatively, they may simply skip a turn.
The Tower of Aether – A group attack where he collapses a towering structure onto his enemies.
Skyward Stalemate – He can "place" a tower on a single character, as though putting them in checkmate on a chessboard.
His special attack:
He unnaturally curves his body. Just as owls flare their feathers when threatened, he spreads all his bird-like elements into a threatening pose. The countdown begins until his head twists 180 degrees downward.
He then declares:
"Ignorance......it is darkness."
And the battlefield is plunged into impenetrable darkness. There’s a 30% chance that an attack will hit Amethyst with +20% attack power; all other attacks miss (either hitting an ally or striking nothing).
Amethyst then surges from the darkness with his burning, fiery eyes and an unnerving smile, swinging his claws wildly.

I’m seriously wondering if it makes sense to create more content for this concept. There are a couple of nuances I’d like to highlight(what awaited him on the ocean floor, how he became the kraken, and how Aventurine reacted upon witnessing the execution of Dr Ratio), but I’m more curious—what questions would you like to see answered about my storyline?
pt.1 pt.2
Still undecided on what role to give Ratio—an esteemed doctor taken hostage, the captain, or a kraken/octopus-mermaid? Each of these would lead to a different storyline and dynamic, but I can’t decide which one to invest my time and energy in.
