i just had thoughts of a zutara elemental au but i’m so conflicted on how it would work best — zuko be the ember to katara’s wade? or would katara work best as a water!ember and zuko a fire!wade???? I MEAN COME ON THIS WAS BOUND TO HAPPEN

the way i had a whole fic quartet that was essentially a spirit animals rewrite but the four fallen were actually animals summoned from our world as it was suddenly ending and transported to erdas right in front of these kids out of the blue.

but here’s the kicker: the animals have no freaking clue they aren’t on earth anymore or that their homeworld was destroyed so they recruit these kids to help them find their way back home. the animals speak to their kids telepathically and it’s very hashtag found family with the core four and the four fallen it was so bonkers actually.

could you imagine how good spirit animals would be if it wasn't written as a children's series

i think about cartoon willmatt all the time. them fighting for each other despite matt having zero experience on the field. matt’s shagon arc gets me going. m is for mercy and s is for self are masterpieces. the demon in me is banger. the tension. the banter. the endless support despite the circumstances. cartoon willmatt will always and forever trump comic willmatt.

and let’s be so real rn: there was nothing as masterful as w.i.t.c.h. season 2 before its release and there will never be anything like it again.

callum’s gonna be fully possessed or turned evil bc of aaravos and we just hang there as this is the book six cliffhanger and we pick up in book seven (hypothetically called dark) with rayllum separated and rayla and ez leading the charge to save callum while dealing with ✨trauma & shit✨
