I love your post about there being no cringe in shifting. I am a big lover of fantasy, magic and sci-fi so you best believe that all of my DRs are one big magical adventure with all sorts of crazy things and concepts. I shift to get rid of this realities limitations and explore the possibilities that infinite realities give us, so it really annoys me when people say that I “can’t” script a certain thing because of “realism”. Just because we ended up being born in this reality where certain things are the standard doesn’t mean that this reality is the blueprint or “one true way” for things to be. There are realities where people would look at us as if we were out of our minds for doing things that are considered mundane here. I changed the layout of the planet in my DRs, added more countries that I made up, added fictional plants/animals, completely rewrote world history and added dragons, magic, etc, made unusual hair and eye colors the norm, just anything that I felt like, such as doing complete crossovers between realities, such as taking and mixing the concept of two shows and making up my own plot/setting for it (without any of the OG characters and setting) and adding the cast of a third show to this plot AND people from my main DR who I scripted from scratch, and then adding all sorts of drama on top of that. Like the multiverse truly is infinite so I don’t see the point in not experimenting to your hearts content 😭

also the thing about people in other realities looking at us weird like YES

there are realities where oxygen and water are deadly and we look like stupid idiots likeee

i’ve been wondering for awhile about how memories work after you shift. so like i know you instantly remember things that happened in the past when you shift since you don’t have them before you first shifted there. but do you still get memories when you shift back to ur cr? like memories that u didn’t think about when u were then currently in ur dr, like do you still have access to every single memory from ur dr?

this was honestly very confusing but i think i got the idea

when you shift back, you still have the memories of when you were in your dr

however after you've shifted back, you dont get new information from your dr while you're still in your cr

every single memory EVER? idk because you right now probably dont know every single memory you've ever had in your entire life

its like when you totally forget something happened until someone reminds you

when you get to your dr, you're probably (unless you script it) not gonna get all of your memories at once because you're already there, and thats like saying you get a replay of your entire life everytime you wake up

memories in general are usually prompted like you'll remember going to the beach with your friends because you saw a picture of it, not because its in your head 24/7

so will you retain EVERY memory from your dr, no, in the same way you wont remember EVERY memory from your cr when in your dr

take this with a grain of salt because everyone's shifting experiences are different and this is just what i know. if you've had a different experience feel free to reply or reblog

i’m not someone who really doubts my ability to manifest, i just woke up one day and decided that i would get what i wanted when i wanted it

but if you are, once you manifest something, act like you already got it instead of being like “damn now i gotta wait and see if it works” literally just assume that you already got it

the way i think about it, its like placing an order. you bought it, you’re just waiting for it to arrive to your house. that’s literally what i do, i go, “better skincare pls” and then wait for someone to gift me w new shit like i’m ordering at a restaurant

Hi! I'm a brand new shifter (kind of...I started at the end of last year and then stopped and I decided to start again two days ago) Anyway, I was just wondering if you have any tips or advice because shifttok is so confusing with all the different methods and opinions...🩵

my biggest piece of advice would be do what you want! do what you want, go where you want. dont want to do a method? dont! want to listen to a 7 hour long video essay instead of a subliminal while you shift, do that. shift awake, shift asleep, do what you want. really just do want you think is best for you to shift.

i realize it must be hard to be so lax about something where theres no set rules but think about it like art. we all have our own methods but we all get there in the end.

most people i've seen say that their closest attempt to shifting was when they just said fuck it and went to sleep. me included. most of me shifting is just me going "time to shift" and then taking a nap. works like 30% of the time.

hello, I’ve been feeling very frustrated with shifting and i’m losing motivation, do you have any advice here?

when im not motivated, i like to remind myself what im looking foward to like ‘boarding school aesthetic” or like moodboards of my bf

i also LOVE shifting stories, they’re so motivational when u can find them

No one asked and I dunno what’s going to come out of this but I’m going batshit so fucking have at thee.

Jason creates lightning storms. It crackles across his skin, glows inside his veins. Thunder cracks the sky when he screams. He howls and prowls the ground like a wolf, hunched over and licking his teeth. His eyes glow. He’s haunting. He speaks to birds, coaxes them in close before snapping at them whole, scarfing down blood and bones and meat. Doesn’t care the mess on his mouth. Doesn’t care the mess on his hands.

Tornados ripple when he’s mad, rolling up from every angered breath he exhales. Summons lightning bolts from the sky and wields them in calloused reddened hands like swords and spears and daggers and bows and shields. It rains when he cries. Pours down viciously the longer his sadness last. The louder he cries, the harder it hits the ground. Forming hail that breaks the earth.

Manipulates the wind around him to run fast. One minute he’s there, the next he’s gone. He can pin you down with a look, steal the breath form your lungs and hold it vicious above your head as you wheeze and sob without sound and die.

His father is the god of justice and order and it’s like switch goes off in his mind. The Underworld conducts fairness on what it sees in your soul, the life you lived. He conducts justice on what he wants, what he thinks you deserve and Cupid screams as everything burns, his blood boiling under the heat of lightning wrapped around his body, as Jason floats above him, empty-eyed and rippling like a storm, until Nico screams at him to stop it. Pulls him down with shadowy tendrils, grabs the scepter, and drags Jason away into the shadows.

It’s only when Cupid no longer in his line of sight, his range of smell, his hearing perimeter, that he switches back on. Happy kind Jason who holds Nico’s hands and asks if he’s okay with gentle tones and assures him that no one will hate him if he chooses to come out with his feelings and Nico stares at bloodied teeth and glowing eyes and know it’s true because Jason wouldn’t let them.

When you ask him why he feels the need to bloody his hands and teeth and burn electricity along the skin of those who’ve done wrong, he will simply say, “They deserved it.” Camp quickly beats this out of him with demands of regality and logic and snappish tongues and people cowering away from him so harshly he gets upset but there are moments where his eyes glow a bit too much and they fear the return of a bloodied six year old sitting hunched over like a dog atop a pile of groaning, moaning, dying bodies because they dared to call his friend names.

He’ll torture you and see nothing wrong with it. Find the electricity inside your skin and electrocute you without touching. Ramp it up by ten, by a hundred and watch you cook from the inside out. Grappling him down does nothing. He shouts and you splatter.

He’s inhuman, a god among demigods, a wolf among sheep. A predator through and through. He smiles more than stares the older he gets but the campers know what he is and they watch him emerge from Mount Othrys thrumming with the same kind of energy he had when the wolves threw him to them. Blood smeared on his mouth and hands, golden as the weapons that they grip tighter in their hands with every pounding step he takes forward.

And he smiles and laughs and it’s manic and horrifying and with the thrill of defeating a Titan single-handed still rolling through him like a live wire, everyone else goes down. All enemies burned out and emptied. Gasping for breaths that never come. Struck down by lightning. Blown apart by determined bursts of air.

And Jason is standing there in the carnage, delighted. His laughter sounds like howls. The wind rockets against him, the air, the sky, the rain, the clouds - it all twists against his skin and heals his wounds, heals his bruises, invigorates him over and over again to burn, to break, to destroy, until all their enemies are justly defeated and he can confidently declare the war is won.

Order, they realize, comes in many forms.
