Smg4 is still antagonist after IGBP and PUZZLEVISION ?

Well yes and no?

Smg4 stop think of his friend, he think about that his friend only ruined some batch

And smg3 is saying to smg4 do something about that because he is angry and worrying

[In the book, Wilivonka, Wonka does the same thing, but that’s because he didn’t want to take disobedient children to the factory]

Smg3 give smg4 compliment for make some strange leggy creatures make his work for free..

Uhh, i remember some time when smg4 torture toads for work and uh.. this scene just show that

past villain/antagonist complimented smg4 for what he did do...basically just show us some hm bad stuff going on

Because his reaction to all eliminated friends makes me guess that his offer is actually supposed to be for smg3? Well, because they guard or something.
