suguru as a fallen angel makes sm sense to me . it just clicks. because, angels, are created perfect. they cannot do wrong , they cannot sin, they do not question. they are crafted by the hand of god from the purest light. not clay as humans and the beasts of the earth are. angels do not bend. they do not break.

and suguru is an angel but he isn't free of sin. he's made of light but there is evil that consumes him. he questions and thinks and ponders and second guesses. he is capable of fault and in what should be the divine perfection of angels, he has cracks and fractures and half healed wounds . suguru does not bend. does not bend but he'll break. all at once, he'll collapse helplessly in a heap

When I tell you guys this series was so sweet and funny and beautiful :’))) such a blast to read over the past few months! I’m so glad I got to find this series and this author. Read this if you love to have a sweet, silly, sometimes angsty but overall wonderful time away from the real world. Reading this really felt like nostalgia, like being part of a friend group, like a snapshot of youth. It was a cute feeling to visit!

Truly, Des, well done!!! So so so many people have enjoyed this work, and I can’t wait for everything else you’ve got cooking for the next few months! What a star!!!

୨♡୧ Confessing your love to best friend! Satoru was more of an act of letting go, than actually hoping he would return those feelings. An act of self care your therapist adviced you to stop letting it eat at you. Never in a million years did you expect this. Never.

"And it's okay if you don't return those feelings. I just want to be honest with you. But I hope we can still be fr-"

"Are you serious?"

As you looked at Satoru you couldn't read his expression. His lips were twitching from time to time, but his eyes didn't give away any emotion. And it scared you. Because Satoru never asked if you were serious.

"... Yes?"

You would have never expected to see tears forming in Gojo Satoru's eyes. He was blinking to push them down but they were ruthless and just kept rolling down his cheeks. Panic was starting to rise inside of you.

"But this doesn't mean we can't be friends! Nothing has to change, I will get over it!"

Those were blatant lies, but you would say anything to reassure him and stop these tears.

"No, it's not that, I'm just-" he let out a shaky laugh as he closed his eyes. "I'm just so..."

'Overwhelmed' you finished his sentence in your head. 'Shocked, disappointed, disgusted. God, please don't say disgusted.'

"Relieved."

And there the boyish and almost cocky smile of best friend! Satoru was as he raised one hand to caress your cheek.

"I thought I was such a bad person for liking you."
