Cause in America you have a country divided over two men who are pretty much on Death's doorstep, who fight like children and have less cognitive abilities than a bicycle and nobody can tell who's gonna fuck up the country less.

Goma Actif is a Congolese nonprofit that has boots on the ground in Goma, DRC, at the Kanyaruchinya displacement camp, providing food to people who have fled the latest offensive by the M23 rebel group.
The Congolese people have expressed frustration that international organizations are slow and fickle when it comes to distributing aid. Goma Actif functions entirely within DRCongo and therefore bypasses international red tape to deliver aid more reliably than external sources.

Hi everyone, I'm reposting this one from Instagram, illustration is by myself and depicts Amal. She reached out to me to share her story and her evacuation fund.
Amal's situation is exceedingly dire. She has faced extreme difficulty accessing food and medicine she desperately needs. Airstrikes and famine conditions have forced Amal to navigate an increasingly dangerous Gaza, in which she is already internally displaced. Amal is only 18 years old, and has been forced to give up her high school and college dreams in order to survive this genocide. Please join me in making sure this teenage girl has something to eat and a future to look forward to.

I have a few points to add to this:
-Yes, some parts of Palestine are homophobic. But it's only a few, very select places.
-Those places are only homophobic because of what the British implemented when Palestine was under British rule.
-Queer Palestinians happen to exist in and outside of Palestine, in case some people forgot.
-A few places being homophobic is no reason to assume that all Palestinians, Arabs, Muslims, etc. are terrible people and deserve to be involved in a genocide. That's just as bad as homophobia in my opinion.
-The argument "Palestinians are homophobic they deserve to be bombed!!" Is not only stupid but extremely harmful and straight up murderous.
-All of the Palestinian people I have interacted with throughout my life have been some of the most accepting and the kindest people I have ever met.
-If you're mad that very few places in Palestine are homophobic, then you should fucking hate America.
There are amazing articles about this exact topic I highly recommend looking up and reading, whether you believe that stupid argument or not. Anyways, as a queer, free Palestine.
I'm very tired of this "queer college students should stop supporting Palestine, they'd kill you there!" I watched a hijabi ask a trans man, "but what name do you want to go by?" A butch giving a woman their hoodie so that she could keep her hair covered after the cops took her scarf. Muslim girls making sure the lesbian couple got through the system together. Religious men making sure purple haired protestors got out safe. I don't want to hear it. Solidarity forever, free Palestine.

What a power move
Israel has destroyed every university in Gaza but despite that, many students have continued their education thanks to Palestinian universities in the West Bank
Oh I'm sure he did. The way he's standing, back straight, chest puffed out, head high, wings neatly to the side shows a lot of confidence in one's ability to perform well in the job. He's making direct eye contact with his employers with a calm expression but a slight smile, showing that he isn't faking anything but also has him present himself with a positive demeanor, which employers like. The employers also have their backs straight and are making eye contact with him, showing that they aren't bored and actually interested in what he has to offer. Looks like a successful interview to me.

My family is still staying in half of the church that wasn’t affected by the bombing because there is nowhere else to stay other than tents. They are limited to one small meal a day and one shower a week. They are sleeping on the floors, but no one can sleep since there is bombing everywhere around them. Even when there is no bombing, they can still hear the loud buzzing sound of the military planes above them, which would keep anyone who hears it awake. Along with everything, My grandma has diabetes and osteoporosis, so she can’t walk. She has to take her insulin medication along with many others; however, she has run out of many of her medications.” Am on my knees requesting for donation. Target $950
