My name is Mahmoud from Gaza. I have been displaced with my family to the southern part of the Gaza Strip, and we are appealing to compassionate individuals to support us in facing the harsh conditions we are living under.

As winter approaches, our suffering worsens due to the tent we live in, which is made of simple fabric and cannot provide adequate protection from the rain and freezing cold. Water seeps into the tent, making life almost unbearable, especially with young children who are struggling with hunger and cold.

The cost of a tent that could provide us with minimal protection and dignity is around $1,000. In a small displacement camp in southern Gaza, the situation was difficult due to recent events that forced many to leave their homes. But amid the suffering, a glimmer of hope began to emerge.

A group of young volunteers decided to organize a campaign to distribute saj bread (flatbread) to the displaced people in the camp. One morning, they gathered with the necessary equipment and started baking fresh saj bread. The delicious aroma filled the air, drawing in children and adults alike.

My dream has always been to become a UX/UI designer and a web developer. This dream has been my compass toward a better future for me and my family, giving my life meaning and hope despite the challenges.
