Day 13 (General System Bus)

Late by a couple of days. At this point I know I won't do all the days so I'll at least focus on a few that interest me. Personal life caught up to me.

An old piece I did around mid 2021. Little sucker is Eurasian Jackdaw inspired, except I completely ignored it's natural colors and just focused on transferring lighting into it's feathers. Turned out more detailed than expected, so I was a bit proud of it at the time.

Day 3-4 - Chimney canopy and Fire spear(s) - welp this was a bit late. I burned out a bit before that but didn't want to give up on it. Looking at it now I feel like it's a bit lacking in detail but compared to the last piece I didn't want to make it as visually cluttered. I am happy with the color scheme though.

On a side note I almost messed up the region and started drawing sky islands. Which basically became the main inspiration for the shot.

Hiii, I go by Marche and I draw from time to time. The main purpose of this blog is to store my own 2d art. Not really into any specific fandom (however Rain World refuses to leave my head for over a year now). I suffer from inconsistent art-style syndrome, so my stuff ranges. Day 20 - Beehive(s) Day 21 - Spear(s) Day 23 - Pearls Day 24 - Grand Daddy Longlegs - didn't want to draw it eating a living thing :( so I gave it a sandwich

Messed up two days thinking the thing I had to draw was singular. Oh well.

Days 8-9 Saint in Filtration system Day 10 - Worm grass. Or at least how I imagine it Day 11 - Lantern Day 12 - Glow weed

The rush to finish them within a day was both a blessing and a cure. Forces me to think about when drawing them and avoid spending too much time. But also means I can't get too attached to one of them. Also I'm still figuring out my style so it shifted per piece.
