If you see someone with an ESSA (Emotional Support Stuffed Animal) walk into the building you work at, don't say "oh, no animals allowed! only service dogs!" to joke around or anything along that line. It makes some of us anxious and we don't know how to respond. It also gets annoying when you've heard it multiple times a week
