You were built by friendships and kindness

Founded on an idea of safety (and destroyed by their blindness)

Thrice, the ground you stood on was broken

Twice, the people who made you were at fault for it

Your symphony is unfinished

Your legacy is incorrect

You were full of laughter, once

That’s what people forget; they only remember the pain that took place within you

Maybe you’d still be here

But the people who were loyal to you were kicked out

One died to kill his grief after he killed you

The other returned after being cast away, but was unable to save you

But that’s been such a rare sight, since you’ve been gone

On the anniversary of your final defeat he can’t get out of bed.

People still walk along whatever earth is left under you.

There is a bridge there now.

Plants grow from the obsidian that blocks out the sun

Life persists even on the tool that was used to kill you

The people who loved you remember you well

But your story hasn’t been told by them

Do you want me to be honest with you? I wish heartstopper never became a tv show. Call me selfish all you want, but its true. I wish the cast's first ever acting job (for most) didn't envolve cnstant harassment, i wish Kit Connor didn't have to go through so much shit, i wish this franchise had a better fandom. Back before the show released, this was my safespace. I met the most lovely people, i enjoyed my favorite books of all time peacefully. Did you learn nothing from the books/show? By fucking harassing Kit Connor into coming out that goes to show you learned absolutely nothing from heartstopper. Heartstopper is joyous, its meant to make people feel seen and to feel safe. Do you think the heartstopper cast feels safe? People trying to find Yasmin's dead name, people trying to cancel Joe, but this is just too fucking bizzare. Thank you, so damn much, for ruining one of my favorite things in my whole life. Please make this stop.

i often think about how we heard techno's voice really break when sam killed ranboo. it was in front of many people. i think that 'NO' was one of the most vulnerable heartbreaking moment from techno. /rp

YEAH.

and that's why i genuinely believe a lot of c!techno's actions during the saving michael/avenging ranboo stream weren't about techno and techno's beliefs but about honoring what c!ranboo meant to him.

the effect c!ranboo's death had on techno was so clear, so deep and devasting. and i think it's because he felt a sense of responsibility towards ranboo. with c!phil, he wants to keep him safe, he relies on phil, they have a very reciprocal relationship. but phil isn't his student.

there's a level of 'i failed' to what happened, especially when you consider that ranboo wasn't the one that was supposed to die: techno himself said that as the mentor, he was the one that was at risk. that cross they found on that island was supposed to be for him, not ranboo.

so techno's voice breaks in that moment, so techno vows to find his son, so techno apologizes to ranboo's husband and agrees to what he wants, so techno shelters his son, so techno looks at ranboo's ghost and says in the softest way, 'ranboo, you're wounded'

I love how the lumax shippers and the elmax shippers get along so well because they want nothing but the best for Max

Like the Elmax and Lumax shippers are sharing gossip over morning coffee, braiding each others' hair, sharing ship playlists

Then it cuts to the Bylers and the Milevens, and they're in a dark alleyway, rain is pouring, they're shouting at each other. The Milevens throw a punch at the Bylers and it goes downhill.

Meanwhile, the Lumaxes and the Elmaxes are watching "Max Mayfield best moments" compliations on Youtube together and appreciating their favorite ginger badass
