Hi!!! Just wanted to ask. Does the last scene in the manga (the one of Yuuri saying to Wolf 'I'm your fiancé' and stuff) is on the novels as well? Thx!

I’m so happy so many new fans are approaching the novels, what a thrill!

The manga story was changed after chapter 96 to speed up the developments. (because the manga screenwriter was quitting) and chapter 108, ( the one where Yuuri’s pretty much confessing with “I’m your fiance”, and the “I finally caught you” ), was a way of summarizing a longer and deeper development in Yuuri and Wolfram’s relationship.

What that chapter tried to summarize was this:

1) Wolfram and Yuuri sleeping together in a cramped bed in a small cabin in a ship for 2 weeks without anyone else’s company. Yuuri doesn’t share details about what happened.

2) Despite not being able to talk to anyone else during this time, Yuuri refusing to leave Wolf when he had a chance to go have fun in the ship.

3) Jumping together into the ocean in the middle of the night to save children.

4) Wolfram getting shot in the heart by an arrow and Yuuri literally losing his mind (Despite Wolfram being unharmed, Yuuri can never fully recover of the trauma of thinking Wolfram was dead, not even until the last novel)

5) Possible kiss on scene (unconfirmed, as the language used was ambiguous )

6) Accidentally stabbing each other.

7) Yuuri (while blind) crawling around asking for Wolfram’s forgiveness; Wolfram upset at Yuuri for thinking he hated him, telling him he’s not angry and doesn’t hate him and that he’s just come to the end of the world for him, and Yuuri feeling relieved.

8) Yuuri asking to sleep in Wolfram’s bed telling him ‘he doesn’t have the strength to pretend anymore’, cut to black, and Yuuri doesn’t tell us what happened after that.

9) Wolfram sacrificing himself to save Yuuri (he had to punch Yuuri in the gut so he wouldn’t stop him). Yuuri flips out when realizing Wolf is in danger, runs to him to in front of the enemy, asks him what that punch meant (does it mean you want a divorce? Marry someone else? As if they were married rather than engaged). 

10) Everything turning out well, and both of them being able to return to Shinma in one piece. Wolfram extending his hand and Yuuri taking Wolfram’s hand as they walk into the ship that will take them back together.

Besides of the main novels, there are canon stories like Crossheart, where Yuuri refers to himself as Wolfram fiance (it’s a touching story that addresses what would happen if Yuuri wouldn’t be able to return to the other world), also in one of the newest stories, Love Letter, he again calls himself fiance. More stories like Misepan where Yuuri’s touching Wolfram’s bare chest and telling him “ He would give him anything”. 

 Anyways, there’s a lot more than “I’m your fiance” in the novels. I hope you join us and start reading them because they’re great .

LINKS ARE HERE | So we call it QQGK for short which stands for quanqiu gaokao (global university entrance examination / 全球高考which was written by musuli (木苏里). (look at the super pretty manhua art!!!)

SETTING/PLOT. The setting here is that people are getting “dragged into” a world where they have to pass series of tests like in a uni exam which is ruled by a System — the catch is that the exams have been twisted making it into some sort of survival game as wrong answers will take your life or [redacted]; that, and the questions have been designed to fuck you up and make you fail. The goal is for you to “pass” the test as an examinee which they believe is a way to get out of the place. And of course, since there are examinees, there are also invigilators (ones who preside and watch over the tests) and everyone in this world are under the rules of the System.

CHARACTERS + CP DYNAMICS.

Our MC is named You Huo (i love him!) and the first chapters start off with him and his cousin and uncle getting dragged into the exam. He’s kind of cold but really very intelligent as he find ways on how to twist the System’s rules to beneift the examinees and ensure their survival. He has a chunk of his memories forgotten and his only clue is his earring.

Then we have the ML whose name is Qin Jiu (he’s my fav!) and is the Head Invigilator code named Invigilator 001. He’s also extremely intelligent like You Huo. He and his team (922 and 154) were dispatched by the System initially to punish the ones who “broke the rules” in one exam which actually is You Huo. Despite supposedly being an extension of the System, he’s actually very chill about rule breaking and tiptoes the lines himself.

On their “first meeting” (wink wink), sparks fly — You Huo considers murdering this invigilator and said invigilator is having fun teasing the other. A lot of bickering from them is reaaaally good and fed me well haha We also find out that Qin Jiu’s memories were wiped by the System due to a big incident before (wink wink).

Things happen and we see a lot of action from You Huo and Qin Jiu basically fucking up the System and the System being so petty against them. Both of them are chaotic powerful individuals in their own rights so imagine how much of a power couple they are once teamed up. And what makes this better imo is that despite that kind of individuality, they’re actually really soft to each other once they got together. It’s amazing to see how they twist the System’s own rules against it and being so brazenly chaotic shameless about it and it’s kinda like —

System: This is a Maths test. If X and Y are twins whose parents left them in the house and gravity stops while Neighbor plants pizza but only on winter and there’s chocolate in the table while Channel A is on the television. How much can the twins eat?

JiuHuo: *looks at each other* *shrugs* *makes the twins eat each other*

(istg even if i made that up, the exams are that weird and fucked up lol)

Personally, QQGK is very well balanced on plot (explanations were good, little to no plot holes) and CP dynamics (jiuhuo is so good!!! please it’s literally one of my top 3 alongside weilan that’s how much i legit love them).

PLUS i just found out that EN translations for all 166 chapters are done! It has TW version physical copy and an ongoing manhua. Please legally support it! So far, the manhua chapters are free at bilibili and as usual, JJWXC doesn’t charge a lot when you avail the official chapters. Do it for JiuHuo!!!
