"Lookin' forward to it." Archie grins, leaning a little closer. Been a while since he had a good fist fight, and a laugh, too.

He carefully runs a hand over the stitches Plumeria did, sighing. Woman clearly knew what she was doing with them. Probably had to patch up that Guzma more often than not, or grunts. Either way, it was impressive. Mightyena gives him a lick in the face, clearly worried about his trainer. Archie pats him on the head, trying his best to smile genuinely. Guess the Pokémon could sense he was out of it better than anyone here. Made sense. Been together for ages. "I'll be alri'." Still, he felt a little feverish. Should probably mention that to Plumes-- Plumeria next time she comes to check up on him.

For now he'd try to rest.

“I got another bottle of painkillers somewhere. I ain’t worried. I wouldn’t give it to ya if I didn’t want to.”

Ree scratches the inside of their wrist, keeping their eyes down and away. They’re awkward and anxious, and it… sucks.

"Yeah, with like, what phone? Pretty sure I lost mine down in the ocean somewhere."

Wouldn't be the first time. He'll just get a new one. Gonna have to go through the pain of upgrading it to be depth proof again, though... Will have to tinker with that later.

"I'm mostly stuck in 'fish' mode righ' now." Why was he going along with that term. "... 's a lot of energy t' stay shifted when injured. I'd rather use it to heal, which already takes for-fucking-ever. Who the fuck nerfed us like tha'."

He's sitting down. Arms crossed, practically slouched on the nearest chair, giving him a sign as to say 'let's get this shit going'.

He's about to say something, but that'd totally ruin the moment, so he closes his mouth again.

Still, his expression probably says enough. He's literally pouting like a sore loser. If it weren't for these wounds...

Archie huffs, but soon enough he's pulled back in, the marking causing him to let out a groan. He feels a little useless, though, being stuck without much movement options. Maybe they could have another round when he was feeling better. Wait what?

The Aqua opts to pull Guzma closer, one hand roughly cupping his face and tugging him into another bitey smooch.

Yeah, nah. We're not moving anymore. As soon as Archie dared to try and get back on top, the same hand that until then was busy holding the former Aqua's jaw moved on his chest, all while its twin still tried to lift his shirt, making sure he wouldn't try anything weird.

Just as he realizes that, all things considered, he won that little match, Guzma finally dares to smirk, breaking the kiss with the umpteenth bite just to hiss at the scratches on his back, breathing against the other's lips before once again pushing himself against neck, leaving yet another mark on it.

At this point, he might as well keep on playing this game, yeah?

kinda wanna give archie a more spooky / monster like form for like. deep sea purposes iunno ))
