Webster: I know you're deflecting by making jokes about how hot you are.
Liebgott: It's not a joke! I'm a legit snack!
Feel free to contribute! No hate intended, itâs my favorite show after all.
1. Webster was never with Liebgott when Liebgott went on his little mission (with Speirsâ orders) to kill the German man in charge of the concentration camps. That was a guy named Moone, who indeed refused to shoot the guy.
2. Winters wasnât exactly the super amazing, humble, quiet guy that was portrayed. I mean he was, but he wasnât. In Wintersâ own words, he could be arrogant sometimes and actually disliked Speirs (or, at least, strongly disliked how Speirs conducted himself at times), not that Winters still wasnât absolutely fantastic. Everyone adored him.
3. Speaking of Speirs, Winters has said he actually had not been planning on Speirs to relieve Dike at Foy. When Winters turned to yell at someone, Speirs just happened to be there and Winters sent him on his way. Winters was prepared to literally just about send anyone.
4. Speaking of Dike, Dike wasnât the terrible guy he was portrayed to be. I mean, he could be flaky, but he won the bronze star for rescuing three injured soldiers under heavy fire and another for leading the protecting of a road/pathway/bridge with a bunch of random men from various companies in Holland. At Foy, as he charged, he was shot in the shoulder and went into shock, freezing up, unable to do anything, probably because he was too busy thinking about how he almost died (a good leader would still, undoubtedly, move on).
5. Eugene Roeâs grandmother was not a faith healer, nor was he that gentle. The actual Roe was known to be a little more rough and tumble, but always dependable. The men loved him.
6. On D-Day, in Band of Brothers, it is portrayed that Guarnere shot down an entire German patrol, horses and all. This did not actually happen. Guarnere didnât even have a gun, like Winters, until after the patrol was taken out.
7. John Hall does not land near Winters during D-Day. He joins up later at some point.
8. Winters actually did have a heavy Mennonite background (I feel as though itâs implied otherwise, though not explicitly stated)
9. In Holland, Winters never shot the kid who smiled at him. It was a full grown man, who did indeed smile at him. Winters also said, if he had seen the train scene beforehand, he would have told them to take it out. He wasnât âaffected in that wayâ by the killing he had to do.
10. Albert Blithe did not die of his wounds after episode 2. His family came out to say that he lived well afterward, but died of a stomach ulcer.
11. Joe Liebgott, though he did know German, was actually not a Jew.
12. When Webster is reunited with Easy Company after his injury, they were never cold to him. In fact, they were ecstatic to have him back and welcomed him with open arms. He was well-liked among the men.

So this gif wasnât going to fit into the gifset Iâm currently working on, but I still wanted to share it.
So may I present to you, Sgt. âChuckâ Grant being bloody adorable and kicking his feet like a small child.
(No one asked for this, but you know what? Iâm still gonna do it.)
The guys all live in the same apartment building.
Dick doesnt understand 99.9% of pop culture. You could probably show him a thirty minute PowerPoint about what âok boomerâ means and he still wouldnât understand.
Dick listens to old country music and Nix absolutely hates it.
Nix works at the local animal shelter and wants to bring a dog home almost every day, but Dick always tells him that the two dogs they have are enough.
Liebgott listens to Indie music.
Heâs also the bass guitarist in a band called The Flashbacks.
The Flashbacks mostly cover songs by The White Stripes, Pixies, Metric, Arctic Monkeys, and occasionally Cavetown, but they do perform a few songs that Liebgott has written, including one dedicated to Webster.
Guarnere plays the drums in The Flashbacks.
Webster writes poetry and everyone claims to hate it. (Spoiler alert: they donât.)
Webster is Instagram famous. (He mostly posts aesthetic photos heâs taken or little bits of his poetry.)
Luz is a huge fan of all kinds of ghosts, demons, and cryptids, but his favorite would have to be Mothman. He even went to West Virginia to look for him once, but ended up not seeing him.
Luz knows all of the lyrics to Take On Me and Tainted Love and sings them when he gets bored. Sometimes he doesnât even realize heâs doing it.
Toye has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and used to go boxing with Guarnere every Saturday before they got in a car crash.
Eugene can sing and play piano. Like... Really well.
Eugene has a banana ball python named Peaches.
Babe used to paint a lot when he was a teenager, so now heâs really good at it. His favorite thing to paint is Eugeneâs cat, Magnolia.
Lipton owns a small tea and coffee shop.
Liptonâs shop actually brought him and Ron together. Ron was a regular and always changed up his order to make it more complicated so he could stay longer and talk to Lip.
Ron has a rottweiler puppy named Dally and he carries him around in a puppy backpack. They have matching sunglasses.
Ron is a big Outsiders fan. Heâs been to the museum in Tusla five times and read the book at least thirteen times. (And yes, he named his puppy after Dallas Winston.)
Shifty sends everyone a wholesome meme each morning to let them know that they are loved.
Shifty works at Liptonâs tea and coffee shop.
Muck eats tomatoes like apples and everyoneâs extremely disgusted by it.
Malarkey, Muck, and Penkala like to hide tiny plastic alligators in front of everyoneâs apartments. (They always put sharks in front of Websterâs apartment.)
Luz, Babe, Malarkey, Muck, and Penkala are in a group chat called âRIP Vine đđđâ and each member sends a meme every day. Itâs been going on for two years.
Everyone always goes to Buckâs football games, even though most of them donât care for the sport, because they enjoy screaming at the other team.
Luz, Babe, And Talbert are Tik Tok famous.
