He is a crook and steals alot of stuff, he is not related to any of the ghosts. And is mostly on the bad side sometimes good but mostly bad, he is fond of jewelry and anything expensive and is able to tell from the real thing and fake. He uses his chest light to sneak in the dark. He is able to travel to crime related shows and movies.
