I actually wax my legs but I have to let them grow out for a while and itās really helped me not care when I wear shorts in public if my hair is grown out
There are very few exceptions, like that soldier poet king song or certain gospel songs. I like Christmas music if that counts but majority of the ones I like have nothing to do with actual Christianity and are just about Santa Clause.
Do you think most or all Christian music is bad?
āItās literally impossible to be a woman.
You are so beautiful, and so smart, and it kills me that you don't think you're good enough. Like, we have to always be extraordinary, but somehow, we're always doing it wrong?
You have to be thin, but not too thin, and you can never say you wanna be thin. You have to say you wanna be healthy, but also, you have to BE THIN.
You have to have money, but you can't ask for money because that's crass.
You have to be a boss, but you can't be mean.
You have to lead, but you can't squash other people's ideas.
You're supposed to love being a mother, but don't talk about your kids all the damn time.
You have to be a career woman, but also, always be looking out for other people.
You have to answer for men's bad behavior, which is INSANE, but if you point that out, you're accused of complaining!
You're supposed to stay pretty for men, but not so pretty that you tempt them too much or that you threaten other women because you're supposed to be a part of the sisterhood, but ALWAYS STAND OUT and ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL. But never forget that the system is rigged, so find a way to acknowledge that but ALSO, always be grateful!
You have to never get old. Never be rude. Never show off. Never be selfish. Never fall down. Never fail. Never show fear. Never get OUT OF LINE. It's too hard! It's too contradictory, and nobody gives you a medal or says 'thank you!' And it turns out, in fact, that not only are you doing everything wrong, but also, everything is your fault.
I'm just so tired of watching myself, and every single other woman tie herself into knots, so that people will like us.
And if all of that, is also true for a doll just representing a woman, then I don't even know." -Gloria the barbie movie
this is it. this is exactly it oh my god.

Hi. My name is Danielle (or Dani for short). Iām 27, have Spina Bifida and Iām a full time wheelchair user. I also have hydrocephalus and require a shunt. About 2 years ago, I was diagnosed with bladder cancer, which I am learning is common in younger people with Spina Bifida. They have tried all the common treatments and immunotherapy, but it has been unable to be tamed (the cancer cells). I write this in tears because my doctors are saying this is the end of the road and I met not even make it until Christmas. There is nothing more they can do.
Iām going to start this off by saying I have been a Swiftie since the Fearless era and I have always dreamed of seeing Taylor live. To see Fearless live would make me just the happiest girl alive but I missed my chances. Listening to Taylor makes me believe in hope and the idea of miracles. The song āRonanā makes me bawl my eyes out because I understand what itās like to go through a grueling journey with cancer. All the treatments, sickness, and losing out on your youth. Itās awful and so isolating.
During the Eras tour, I watched every show and was so happy for my friends that they got to live out their dreams. I hope I get to stay here on Earth and live out my dream of seeing Taylor. Taylor, you have inspired me to be loving, patient and witty. Everything about you just makes me so happy and I wanted to thank you for helping me through this journey. ā¤ļø

iāll forgive a fat girl for so many annoying things simply because i know how fucking miserable it is to be a fat girl. like. you dont get to exist freely and with any joy until you go through a decades long soul search full of extreme emotional pain OR you nearly kill yourself to become something society might accept. or you toughen up after years of bullying forced you to be more confident. literally there is no painless route to being a fat girl in your 20 somethings. so like. fat girls can be annoying as a treat. you have all been annoying our whole lives
She/Her or They/Them. I love animals and writing and music. Humans annoy me, but I care about the ones I do like a little too much. 18.
