Originally that was supposed to be his hat but then I decided they work well as an eclipse actually.

And I think it'd be cool if sabo's fire was blue contrasted to Ace's orange, working together to make some spectacular fire shows.

Not all of them were abandoned by individual people like family members and their community, but the government. Specifically Franky and Law.
