If you headcanon a character with autism don't just leave out extreme sensory discomfort and meltdowns, if you headcanon a character with PTSD give it more depth than just nightmares, and for the love of God don't stereotype your headcanons!

not many know this but you can actually headcanon neurodivergencies other than adhd and autism. yes, even the Big Scary disorders like DID, schizophrenia or narcissism. no, not only for villains. yes, for the main characters, the important characters, the characters that you love. yeah!!!

if something triggers you, and you go and specifically engage with that thing and get triggered, don't blame it on the person / people posting about said content?

If my trigger was chocolate ice cream for example, I wouldnt go up to an ice cream stand, buy Chocolate ice cream, and then scream at the seller because his product triggered me.

everyone needs to take responsibility for their own triggers, you cant expect huge places like Tumblr to not somewhere in there have something that triggers you, it's your responsibility to avoid it, and not to blame the person posting about it
