You tried to keep your composer. Throughout the meeting you sat nervously next to Ubuyashiki as the hashira asked you questions.

Even with simple questions they seems to study your answers. It made your nerves worse.

'Never show your fear on your face'

You tried to remember what your father told you when facing people but sitting in front of the hashira like this you couldnt help but be nervous.

'Daughter of the demon king. I wonder if they want to kill me. WELL OBVIOUSLY THEY DO. THEY ARE. DEMON. SLAYERS.' You sweat dropped just thinking about it but your face stayed deadpanned looking around trying not to make eye contact with anyone.

"As a demon and the daughter of Muzan, I am quite disturbed to see her not restrained." The voice belonged to who you knew as the butterfly hashira.

"She is not hostile, I see no need for someone who poses no threat -" Ubuyashiki started but you quickly interrupted.

"If you see fit you can." You interrupted raising your wrists and bowing your head a little to hide your flushed out face.

'Fuck. I hope they don't tie too tight. Me and my big mouth.'

You felt a hand start a your shoulder and move down to your hands pushing them down into your lap.

"No need for that. Now if no one has anymore questions. Shinobu I would like you to take her."

The one you now knew as shinobu bowed and said, "yes sir". Leaning up the two of you made eye contact, she had her trademark smile while you tried to smile back but it looked so out of place it made 3 of the others laugh. (I'll let you choose)

The rest of the meeting you spaced out while trying not to openly freak out.

As the meeting ended, saying your goodbye to Ubuyashiki you walked away following shinobu.

It was a peaceful walk in the middle of the night

Making it to the butterfly estate she finally introduced herself.

"I'm Shinobu Kochi, and this is the Butterfly estate. I'll set up a room for your and in the morning I'll have you meet someone." She said as she started leading you to a spare room. In the room were three little girls cleaning, covering the window, and setting up a futon.

"Alright, this will do." Shinobu said with a clap getting their attention.

They all lined up, bowed and shuffled out the room leaving you alone with your thoughts.

Time skip

Around thirty minutes into you being by yourself there was racket in the room next door breaking you from your thoughts.

You tried to ignore it but with each passing second it got more irritating so you went to check it out.

Get up and walking to the next room you were met with the sense of another demon and slammed open the door.

"Huh" was all you let out at the site in front you.

The first thing in your line of site was someone with a boar head had a blonde in a choke hold and another boy with

'Fathers biggest threat is a young boy.'

"Y-you're a demon."

You started to step back.

'Beware of the hanafuda earings. The person who bares them is dangerous.' Your father words remained at the back of your head.

You turned to run away when you were tackled by the boar head.

'When did he even move, I just turned around and he was still strangling the boy.'

You used your inhuman strength to your advantage and threw him back into the room and shutting the door, finally making a run for the front door.

But you stopped seeing the sun come up from still in the shadows of the house.

"Hey!" Turning around to see the boy with the hanafuda earings you start to panic but don't show it.

"Your muzan's daughter right." He said causing you to panic internally even more.

"Why does it matter if your going to kill me."

'Fuuuck that's not what I wanted to say at all.'

"I don't want to kill you."

"Ask about my father."

"No"

"Then what."

You could feel the tension as he tried to move closer to you. Seeing as you couldn't go back any father without stepping out of the shadow, you stood there awkwardly.

"Your sent smells so scared and nervous. I just want to talk is all." He said rubbing his hand behind his neck as he was now standing like 2 feet away. "My name is Tanjiro kamado."

"Y/n kibushuji."

'My first friend is a human? Who wears hanafuda earings. Father is really gonna kill me now.'

The infinity castle was, well, infinite.

The stories passed down within your family really didn’t depict the magnitude of the situation.

Going into this battle, you had one thing in mind. Well, two things. Your son, who was nestled safely in the company of the former Flame Hashira. The old man grew into an amazing grandfather, after realizing the mistakes he made with his own children.

The other thought was of your husband.

‘What would Kyo say if he were here?’

In all honesty, you wanted nothing more to go home to your son. A living reminder of the beautiful life you once had.

So as you lay on the floor of the Infinity Castle after defeating Muzan, you look up to the ceiling.

You’re sure you can hear Tanjiro calling your name, or maybe it’s Giyuu? Definitely not Sanemi, as you two constantly clash. Then again, you have been getting along lately-

Your thoughts are stopped once you see a figure hovering over you.

The unmistakable yellow-red eyes and corresponding hair.

You blink once, twice, and a third time, yet he is still there.

Surely, you must be dead? Why else would he be here?

“K-Kyo?” You say as you sit up. You look around at the battlefield before you. Destruction is the best way to describe it. Observing the people in the distance who seem to be frozen in time, you turn your head back to your husband, standing there in all his glory.

“Kyojuro? Is this death?”

The man let out a hearty laugh. “No my dear, I’m afraid you aren’t ready for that yet!” You couldn’t stop the tears as they started flowing.

“I want to be ready! I want to be with you again!” Broken sobs come out of your mouth. “I know it’s selfish! I know our son is at home waiting for me! I don’t think I can do it without you, Kyojuro! I-I’m struggling so much and I need you to come back to me! Please come back to me!”

The man kneels forward, and gently places a calloused hand on your cheek. “My gorgeous flame. I understand what you are thinking. Your eyes meet, and for a fleeting moment, everything else seems to vanish. You lean into his hand and savor his warm touch, feeling as if he were really there with you.

“I’m so scared, Kyojuro.”

“Y/N,” you’re shocked by the sudden movement of him pulling you into his chest, “You are the bravest, and strongest fighter that I ever had the pleasure of knowing. You completed our goal, my flame. You kept the fires burning long enough to support your allies. And they are going to need you after this. Our son is going to need you.”

Having your ear up to his chest, you swear you can hear a faint heartbeat. “What about what I need?! You- You left me! Alone!” You began trying to escape his grasp, which only got tighter.

“And I will forever hold that burden, Y/N. It wasn’t an easy decision, but for our son to know his father died protecting others is enough closure for me.”

“Where is my closure?” You say, looking up at your husband. He smiles as he presses a kiss to your forehead. “I’m right here. I needed you to know how proud of you I am. Watching you play with our son and grow as a mother has made me swell with so much pride.” You sniffled into his uniform.

“Y/N. I am so grateful that you are the one to carry on my legacy. You have so much love to give in this world, and I will be waiting for you in the next one.”

Kyojuro finally let go, and stepped away from you.

“Be brave, and be strong. I know you can. And once your time comes, I will be there.”

“Please don’t go yet!” You scream, hand stretching out. He swiftly turns around and pulls your lips to his. His skin is just as warm as you remember it to be, and he rests his forehead on yours.

“It’s time for me to go. But remember my words, Y/N. I’ll always be here for you, even if you can’t see me.”

the hashiras + the trio (tanjiro, inosuke, and zenitsu) reaction to reader, a fellow hashira, getting turned into a demon against their will right in front of them…in the middle of a fight? (reader is crying, and saying, ‘no! i want to be a human. i don’t want to…no, no, no- i’m sorry. i’m sorry, i…was so weak. forgive me…’) and then they’re forced to fight reader, who was so, so friendly and patient with them while they were human…but now, they’re an incredibly strong swordfighting demon, fighting alongside the upper moon demon who turned them. (do they k!ll reader, knock them out and tie them up… or will they turn it into another nezuko situation?…)

It's nothing personal it's just that he doesn't think a demon is capable of control even after meeting nezuko

Muichirou

Before getting his memories back he would kill you but after he wouldn't

Giyuu

He hopes that your situation is like nezuko's

If it is he will tell kagaya about you but not the others and keeps you at his estate

If you aren't like nezuko that would be his 13th reason he would k

Mitsuri

She takes her job as a hashira very seriously

Just the thought of killing you breaks her heart but she doesn't want to out anyone in danger by keeping you alive

She feels like she has to kill you so she does

Shinobu

She cant

Like she literally even if she wanted to

The best she could do was knock you out

The poison wasn't strong enough to kill you, only weaken you

She'll devote herself to finding a cure just like tanjiro did

What started off as a regular ranked mission turned into a hashira rank as upper moon 3, Akaza, arrived.

A fight started with you all having a major advantage and not giving him a chance to adjust to the constant barade of attacks.

"4 against 1, that's hardly fair. Let's even the playing field, shall we?" Akaza said as he created some distance between all of you. His eyes wondered over each one of you like a predator deciding which to eat first.

His gaze landed on you and before you could react he plunged 2 fingers into you head, allowing his blood to flow into you.

Inosuke acted first, running towards you both swords swinging at Akaza. Tanjiro was next pulling you away from the upper moon as your veins started to show from your skin.

Tanjiro got you a good distance away and laid you on your back, Zenitsu was bouncing all around you in worry. Your eyes we're rolling to the back of your head.

"I- I'm so- rry- I was too.... Too weak" You sobbed as you chocked on your own blood.

Your vision became clouded.

In that moment you lost all control.

Your nails dug into tanjiro's arm as your speech turned inaudible, you tried to pull him toward you in an attempt to bite him.

Zenitsu wrapped his arms around your middle and ripped you away from him.

"CONTROL YOURSELF Y/N" he screeched, tears free falling from his eyes.

Your limbs struck him wildly.

Tanjiro tried to hold your arms.

Inosuke distracted himself with the Akaza. He didn't want what happened to rengoku to happen to you.

"You can fight it y/n, I know you can. Your one of the strongest people I know. PLEASE."

They struggled for hours to get you to calm down.

Akaza left.

Inosuke was ready to beat you into submission if you didn't control yourself.

One punch did the tick and something inside you snapped and everything became clear.

However your body couldn't keep up and so you fell unconscious.

summary: You and Choso go to a college party

Your first college party. You had been warned about college parties, pacing yourself, keeping an eye on your drink, don't sleep with strangers, etc. But you didn't worry too much because you had your boyfriend to protect you.

One problem tho... You were terrible at pacing yourself. an hour into the party you were the drunkest you have ever been and it was starting to get a bit overwhelming.

You sat on the couch of what you guessed was the living room when the whole room started to get hot. The music started to become muffled, and the people blurred into moving lights.

You tried to calm yourself by getting some water but as soon as you stood up you felt nauseous.

You flashed a look to Choso which he got immediately the hit and was at your side in an instant.

"Maybe we should get some fresh air, love." Choso wrapped an arm around your waist and guided you outside where there was a porch swing. He gently sat you down,

"I'll be back with some water." He pecked your head before running inside.

As you sat there and waited for him when the nauseous feeling came back, you quickly leaned over the porch railing and let everything out.

"Oh baby," You didn't even notice Choso come up behind you until he had his hand on your back. running his hand up and down soothingly, "Maybe it's time for us to go home."

You were about to object but you had to throw up again.

When you were finished wiped your mouth and leaned back to look at him. He smiled at you as he handed you a bottle of water.

"Let's go home."

At home Choso ran you a bath.

"Feeling better, love?" He said while sitting on the side of the bathtub resting his hand on your arm.

"So much better... Why don't you join me."

"I want to make sure you feel better."

"I already told you I do and I'll feel 10 times better if you join me." You raise your hand to place over his that touches your arm. He took that hand and brought it to his lips, leaving a gentle kiss.

As the boy got closer to you there was a very distinct smell that filled your nostrils.

It was Muzan's scent.

The smell was still so familiar even after centuries.

You followed the scent, going in the opposite direction of the boy. It didn't take you long to find the source.

"Excuse me?" You whispered lower than you meant to but he still heard you.

Muzan whipped his head around.

"Y/n?" His voice had grown deeper and his eyes held a bit of emotion that you almost recognized as your dad.

"You know who I am?"

Muzan walked toward and when he was close enough he pulled you into a hug.

"Of course I do. How could I forget my own child?"

"You acted as if I was an afterthought while you pretended to be human with another family. Another Child."

"I missed you so much."

"Whatever"

You hugged him back.

Muzan whipped his head around.

"Y/n, my sweet sweet little girl." He engulfed you in a hug, you tried to pull away but he was too strong. "I did everything I sought out to but it brought me no satisfaction, I realized you were the reason I wanted to do anything at all. I did everything for you but got lost along the way."

He held you as he poured his heart out but you weren't listening. You were still mad, the hundreds of years that have passed only made your anger fester.

"So what do you want me to do about it now. I felt abandoned, I tried to talk to you but you were always in a bad mood."

"It's to late for that."

"Please let me be a father again."

By this point your eyes were watering but you wouldn't dare cry in front of him.

"How?"

"You could be a demon again, we can look for the blue spider lily together this time. I promise things will be different."

"No, never again." You then turn around and start to walk away he grabbed your hand but you yanked your hand out of his grasp.

"Goodbye, dad."
