People Need To Grasp The Concept Of "just Because I Use All Pronouns Doesn't Mean You Can Call Me A Girl"

I haven’t gotten around to starting S3 Second Citadel, so I’m thinking up a bunch of cute (and some angsty) rad bouquet hcs that could so easily be crushed as soon as we start the next season depending on where that starts off (no spoilers) 

but rn… CUTE hc that after spending like 12 hours total with Damien, Arum slips up and refers to Rilla as “My Rilla” in conversation and she’s like “HAHA Damien has already gotten to you, huh?” and he’s like “I meant to say Amaryllis, my bad >:I” and shes like “no, no- I am your Rilla, it’s cute.” like, he still uses Amaryllis  most of the time, but, sometimes he’ll address her as “my Rilla”. 

and on that, Damien then begins calling her “Our Rilla”, when Arum is around and when he’s generally speaking on behalf of the two of them to their friends (just not to people dont, like, know of Arum). Furthermore, he starts being like “Oh, my heart- well, exactly half my heart-” because he loves his overly sappy pet names, but doesn’t want to leave either of them out.

sokka: BRAVE. ahem. thank you for being so BRAVE, not beautiful. aha. sorry. that was weird. i don’t know why i said that. i think the adrenaline must still be messing with my head, making me say craaaazy things. i don’t think you’re beautiful. NOT THAT YOU’RE UGLY. i mean, obviously you’re not ugly. i just mean if i had to choose, like if you put a sword to my head and said, “am i attractive or ugly? pick one.” obviously i’d have to say you’re attractive because objectively, that’s just a fact. but you’re not so attractive i can’t stop LOOKING at you, you know?
