please help me (tooth problem)

My tooth is abscessed and I need to have it removed. I cannot function with this messed up tooth. I’m in constant pain that’s in my jaw, across my skull, and even in my neck and back. I’ve basically lost all appetite plus chewing is almost impossible with making the pain worse. I can’t sleep more than an hour at a time. Its been this way since before Thanksgiving.

A visit to the dentist will cost nearly $70. 

The extraction itself will cost almost $130.

And the tooth by the abscessed tooth needs a filling or it will go the same route as the bad tooth. So that’s another $100.

Can anyone please help me? I’ve only got maybe $5 to my name right now but I need to have this tooth taken care of or I’m not sure how I’ll get through this. Please, even just reblogging this would be great. Anything to help me feel normal again and not in constant agony. Thank you.
