I Just Spent THREE HOURS (or Maybe More) In Total To Draw Because Some FANDOM Dragged Me Back Into Its

It's freezing cold outside, and because the show band van was blocked, my boy had to stay outside overnight. Once I got him inside, I tucked him in with hopes he'd get warm. This was after he'd been sitting inside for a good twenty minutes.

I made something a while back after I'll Look Good When I'm Sober came out, and just today, I fixed it up again and made it look better. I can't remember how long exactly it took me to make, I'm pretty sure, though, that it took around an hour because of the little details and the water.

Anyways, here's a little food for the Lovejoy enjoyers :]

Part one of something I may or may not end up finishing, mostly due to the fact that it takes a lot of effort for just one panel, and also because I do not know how to formate anything remotely comic like... in other words, I'll do my best!

I may just delete it entirely, as it's not well structured, and I'm not sure if it will go anywhere.

Trying out these new watercolor pens I got. I'm trying to figure out how to blend and use them to their best ability, this is what I've done so far.

The one with the blue was the first one I drew. some things turned out to be a different color than what I wanted on it, but it's not bad for my first time ever using markers/pens like this, I'd say. There are spots on the drawing that turned out a lot thicker than I'd like them to, mainly the lips. I did not intend for it to bleed and spread so much so they look kind of odd, but hey, I'm trying my best.

The second one with the red was my second try. It turned out a lot better than the first after having had some practice with the first one.

Screwed up the lighting on this one, but it's good enough for me. I made this a month ago, and it took me two days (mainly because I worked with a few paint markers and sparkly pens) I also accidentally made his forehead just a little too big (whoops!). The main reason it looks that way is because I drew the hair coming from too high up on his head.....
